Grate the cooked potatoes into a bowl. 2. To it, add the grated garlic, salt, pepper, chili flakes, Italian seasoning, green chili, coriander leaves, maida, corn flour, bread crumbs and mix well. 3. Refrigerate this mixture for 1 hour. 4. In a small bowl, mix corn flour, maida and water. Keep this slurry aside. 5. Apply oil to the palms and take the potato mixture to roll into desired shapes. 6. Keep the prepared cutlets aside in a plate. 7. Take each cutlet and dip into the corn flour slurry first, then coat with the bread crumbs. 8. Heat a kadai with oil and gently drop the cutlets in. 9. Fry them on medium heat until they turn golden brown in colour. 10. Remove from the pan and place them on a plate. 11. Kothimbir vadi is a delicious savory crisp snack from the Maharashtrian cuisine made with gram flour (besan), coriander leaves, peanut, sesame seeds and spices. These savory, herby and flavorful bites can be pan-fried or deep-fried. They are a popular tea-time fritter snack loaded with coriander leaves (cilantro). साहित्य : १ कोथिंबीर जुडी, २०० ग्रॅम चण्याचं पीठ, १०० ग्रॅम तांदळाचं पीठ, २५ ग्रॅम सफेद तीळ, दोन छोटे चमचे लाल तिखट, एक छोटा चमचा हळद, एक छोटा चमचा जिरं, १० ते १५ लसूण पाकळ्या, एक चमचा तेल, स्वादानुसार मीठ. कृती : प्रथम कोथिंबीर बारीक चिरून घ्या. चिरलेली कोथिंबीर चाळणीमध्ये घेऊन स्वच्छ पाण्याने धुऊन घ्यावी. स्वच्छ धुतलेली कोथिंबीर एका परातीत घ्या. मग त्यात चण्याचं पीठ, तांदळाचं पीठ, सफेद तीळ, लाल तिखट, हळद, ठेचलेल्या लसूण पाकळ्या, स्वादानुसार मीठ आणि एक चमचा तेल टाकून सर्व मिश्रण व्यवस्थित एकजीव करून, घट्ट मळून घ्या. मिश्रण तयार झाल्यानंतर त्याचे रोल तयार करा. नंतर कोथिंबीर वडीचे रोल कुकरच्या भांड्यात ठेवून, कुकरच्या ८ ते १० शिट्या झाल्यानंतर गॅस बंद करा. कुकर थंड झाल्यानंतर झाकण उघडून वडीचे रोल बाहेर काढावेत. सुमारे ५ मिनिटांनी वडीचा रोल पोळपाटावर घेऊन, सुरीने वड्या पाडून घ्या. नंतर गॅसवर तवा गरम होण्यास ठेवून, त्यावर एक पळी तेल टाका. तेल गरम झाल्यानंतर त्यावर कोथिंबीर वड्या मांडून सुमारे २ मिनिटं मध्यम आचेवर खरपूस भाजून घ्या. २ मिनिटांनी कालथ्याच्या साहाय्याने वड्या पलटी करून, त्यावर थोडं तेल टाका. तेल टाकल्यानंतर पुन्हा वड्या २ मिनिटं खरपूस भाजा. नंतर गॅस बंद करा. गरमागरम कोथिंबीर वडी तयार. तुमच्या आवडीनुसार भाकरी किंवा चपातीसोबत कोथिंबीर वडीचा आस्वाद घ्या. तसंच कोथिंबीर वडी टोमॅटो सॉसबरोबरही छान लागते. Ingredients: 1 cilantro judi, 200 gm gram flour, 100 gm rice flour, 25 gm white sesame seeds, two small spoons of red chillies, one small spoon of turmeric, one small spoon of cumin seeds, 10 to 15 garlic cloves, one spoon of oil, salt to taste. Recipe: First chop the coriander finely. Take the chopped coriander in a sieve and wash it with clean water. Take the washed coriander in a paratha. Then add chickpea flour, rice flour, white sesame seeds, red chillies, turmeric, crushed garlic cloves, salt to taste and a spoonful of oil and knead the mixture well. After the mixture is ready, make its rolls. Then keeping the coriander wadi rolls in the cooker pot, After 8 to 10 whistles of the cooker turn off the gas. After the cooker cools down, open the lid and take out the bread rolls. After about 5 minutes, take the bread roll on a plate and break the bread with a knife. Then keeping the tawa hot on the gas, pour a ladle of oil on it. After the oil is heated, place the coriander leaves on it and fry the kharpus on medium flame for about 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, flip the vadas with the help of a tongs and pour some oil on them. After adding oil, deep fry the vadas again for 2 minutes. Then turn off the gas. Hot Coriander Vadi is ready.
