Fast Set Epoxy is a 2-part, 1 to 1 epoxy adhesive with a five-minute working time. Bonded parts need only be held together for eight to ten minutes before they are sufficiently set for handling. This quick set epoxy offers excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials that are difficult to bond with, including glass, fiberglass, concrete, ceramics, china, tile, wood, and most metals and plastics.
This quick set epoxy resin is a strong adhesive glue suitable for household, industrial and manufacturing applications. It can be used for gap filling, surface repairs, and laminating.
It is available in convenient 25ML and 50ML dual cartridges, and is suitable for both manual and automated dispensing applications.
For standard adhesives, use 9200 and 9200FR. For a 1-part adhesive, use 9310. We also offer electrically conductive and thermally conductive adhesives.

9200 provides excellent electrical insulation, and protects against static discharge, thermal shock, galvanic corrosion, environmental humidity, salt water, fungus, and many harsh chemicals. It is smooth, non-sagging and thixotropic, so it is excellent for use on vertical surfaces and for gap filling.
It is also useful for potting electronics in enclosures with gaps where a non-thixotropic encapsulant would flow through. 9200 is viscous, yet flowable enough to be dispensed from a syringe. The 50ml size may be used with a mixing tip when dispensing with a caulking gun or pressurized system.
For a flame retardant version, use 9200FR. For a 1-part adhesive, use 9310. We also offer electrically conductive and thermally conductive adhesives.

4910 Soldering Tip Tinner is a lead-free mixture used to quickly clean, repair and maintain solder iron tips. It is composed of SAC305 powder mixed with thermally stable, oxide-reducing compounds to form a convenient tinning block. This re-tinning compound is suitable for both leaded and lead-free applications.
During use, a soldering iron tip can lose its protective layer of tin, leading to oxidization. Oxidized tips exhibit poor heat transfer characteristics and lose their ability to accept solder. This leads to bad joint formation, which prematurely damages the soldering iron tip. To extend the soldering tip’s lifespan and decrease solder joint failure, all de-tinned tips should be re-tinned as soon as possible. 4910 Tip Tinner re-tins better than standard rosin-cored wires and results in a more robust, oxide-protective tin layer.
4910 Tip Tinner also provides better cleaning than pads or wet sponges. Carbonized resin can be removed by simply wiping the soldering tip against the re-tinning compound, eliminating the need for heavy pressure or mechanical scrubbing.
