Biggs loves to take time out to teach first time drivers all sorts of great things about basic driving. He's not by any means the best driver instructor, but we go over a lot of the day to day basics of driving in Mexico. We like to get him to drive in an area where there is not a lot of traffic. Biggs takes the Cutlass to the smog shop for its first pass on the machine! We are mainly just trying to see how this car is running, what its gonna need to get it to pass the Californistan strick smog requirements. Biggs explains the trouble he runs into while learning just how rich his car is actually running. We were able to make great adjustments, but it was not enough for the first go around. Bottom line is we will need to rebuild the carburetor. Biggs also shows off his great tasting food from Paul's Place, (A local Diner he in OC). We recommend you go check out this place to eat. Biggs finally gets his date to appear for the CHP State Rep. This is an inspection that AAA insurance said I needed to go to because their guy could not see one little number... It frustrated me that I have to go through these extra steps just to plate my Cutlass. But I am transferring my car from Texas to California. Every car that comes into the state must go through this type of inspection. But being that this is a Cutlass, folks tend to give me a hard time for just about everything I do! Biggs goes to his local Hand Wash place near his house to get the Cutlass ready for inspection. Biggs gets the OK from the state to go ahead and smog the car. However we keep running into more issues as a lot of folks don't want to touch this clean Cutlass. Next week we should be able to rebuild the carburetor and get this thing official. In this video Spanky comes back to town from working up north to pay us a visit now that we have started this new channel! We usually go to the spot we call "The Kitchen", which is formally Mae's Cafe in Garden Grove. This Cafe is open 24/7 and has a big history in Orange County's night life for decades. This is the final video of the introduction of the 1985 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Brougham. In this episode Biggs talks a little bit about his old 1964 Chevy Impala he had, his past situations living and trying to keep his old 64 Impala, while still trying to keep a roof over his head. Oh Man this is rough, but it's a start. Hi everyone this is Biggs from LimeTime Garage! This is the first of hopefully many more videos to come. I like making videos of car stuff that I love.
