There is a crazy war out there on meats and red meat in particular. There are claims that meats and red meats are causing a bunch of health issues. And there is large push towards plant based diets and fake meat and claims that plant based is the way to go and that it is better for you. But as I dug and did some deep research around all of this, I found evidence to contrary. Meaning, real meat and red meat is actually extremely good for you and superior nutrition than that in plant based diets.
