I Can Hear You
All I can say about this one is that it is dedicated to the one I love who is no longer with me in this world, except in memory.
I hope this can and will resonate with any other who may ave lost someone special o themselves.
Now, when the cold wind blows and I seems like it's going to chill me to the bones, I will think o her, and tough the sadness's prevails, still, the warmth that fills the heart van keep you moving on.
Here we are, in a world that can be old and mean at times, but where there is a spirit o love, then that can help break on through those ark cloudy days. Then the sun shines bright, very bright indeed. Sounds corny I'm sure, but trust me...it can be so.
State o mind...and remembering Loveland knowing that love is the answer to many things that would disturb peace of mind.
God bless...

Moonlligt - by Minan
Composed by my wife, Minan!
This recording/performance was fussed over by myself after she passed away in 2015, the arrangement built up around some of her live play. Sad to say that the recording was never completed until after she was gone. I did obsess over it, wanting to get it as close to what she had wanted it to be.
She and I met via correspondence, and the day came when I found myself in flight, 16 hours, to Seoul South Korea, where we got married, came back to Canada, and were together for close to thirty years.
Naturally, this track is close and personal to me, as are other songs se and I recored together, in a small studio o our own, that we put together rater performing at a local Beatles Convention, in Ottawa, with Pete Best as the headline act. A good time was had by all, but she and I decide that we had to move on, in order to be ourselves.
She ws adamant about that, and, o course, so am I, even to this day. We both felt inclined, as well, to advise others to 'just be yourself", because if you have to be what, say, some other, such as a wanna be manager, might want you to be, then you will never ever find a voice o your own.
This piece is melancholy, yes, but it is Minan in reflection. I am glad to have produced this and to have been involved, not only in plain my parts, but in the final arranging as well. So, hope there will be others out there who will enjoy.
God bless...

Man In A Tin Can
Well, there are times when I feel exactly like that, the man in a tin can. nonetheless, I reuse to be boxed in, and I hope you do too. In other words, just be yourself, and do be the best self you an be. Uoi can either be a force or good in the world, o I going with the evil is your cup of tea...well, hmmm, I certainly hope not. I think we already have more than enough o that.
As or this piece, well, I don't exactly know what to say. It's an odd on for sure, but then, from time to time, I so like wandering o in unexpected ways. It's an experimental one.
As for me, I am Alien Syndrome Deluxe, ot ASD for short.
As for the track here, it cis from an album called LOOKING FOR SANCTUARY, over on Bandcamp:

Whadda Ya Know
I have come to conclude that, if you want clarity, transparency, in order to avoid confusion, then, this is how you should discuss tings, logically and reasonably, with certain political figures.
If, of course, this does not work, then please don't Balme me. All I can say is "what do I know anyway?"
After all, I am one of those who has unacceptable views. How about you?

Just Another Working Joe
You do know, don't you, that 'when they 'roll up their sleeves', they really do 'mean business'...those working Joes only want to hurt you for your own 'damn good'...remember, lock down is for your protection, You do want to be safe...don't you? Safe from what? Hmmm...perhaps you shouldn't be asking that question....
