What happens when you die? This is a question James and Amy Carthyst had never been too concerned with, but when their childhood friend, Elisabeth Parker, vanishes, leaving nothing but blood at the crime scene, they are forced to reckon with the idea of the afterlife. They meet a group of supernatural beings who tell them they might have a way to get Elisabeth back.
