Simplify Your Life, and Off Grid Tiny House Living with Ariel from Fy Nyth
Ariel, along with her husband Clay, their dogs, cats, bees, and poultry, lives in a tiny house on wheels in the mountains of western Wyoming and they are working on setting up their own new little homestead. She's been living this lifestyle since 2014 and her wonderful partner has joined her more recently. They collect and split wood for heat, source water from a gravity feed out of a natural spring, use a composting toilet, have a small solar setup, and attempt to grow, hunt, or forage as much of their own food as possible between the weather and wildlife. Living a little over 6000 feet above sea level tucked into the mountains means it's a somewhat harsh and cold climate with snow on the ground 8+ months a year and potential frost, freezes, and even snow flurries all summer long. Ariel loves to garden, cook, can/freeze/ferment/dehydrate food, hike and backpack in the mountains, and photograph the tame and wild animals she is surrounded by. And share the skills she has learned with others.

I give you my work and career development history. And dive into a lot of things I'm passionate about, as well as ideas for generating income from those things.
What are you doing to create income?

6.5 Things I DIDN'T Learn in School
Education is great, and all. But there's so MUCH about life that ISN'T taught in school that would be infinitely more useful to most people than learning how to write a 10k word essay, or calculus, or even what the capital of (random African country) is.
Here's 6 1/2 things I wish I had learned in school, but didn't. AND the #1 thing I've learned (continuing to learn) since dropping out of high school.
-How to find or create work you love (business management)
-Using tech to make life better
-How to be an effective salesman
-Finding purpose in life
-Personality insights
-How money actually works
-Critical thinking

Here's what we cover:
How'd you get into actuarial work? What is an actuary?
How did you start house hacking? What were some of the knock on effects of that?
How do you go about analyzing a property and acquiring them?

Off-grid w/Brian Norton
Went from selling chemical death by the metric ton for the oligarchs, to off grid medical cannabis promoter/preacher. I started an Air Roasted Specialty Coffee company to fund my adventures and experiments.
When the covid hit, I started TheSquatchFest to give liberty/freedom minded humans a place to gather and commune.
Recently finished a broadcast studio space and have been filing in on UnLoose the Goose. And most recently launched @Scramblin University a live show to share knowledge and build community.

TCLP 63: Narrowing your focus
This podcast comes from a question I received from Alan over on MeWe. Alan asked: "My question is how do you narrow down which opportunity to put your efforts into?
"My current dilemma is I have a million ideas, a thousand opportunities and bandwidth and cash to do 2 or 3, or honestly 1 really well.
Struggling to get myself focused on the one or two that I should put my primary effort, and especially cash into and I think with the current administration, I will need to figure that out quickly."

9 Habits Every Teen Should Master
1. They Set Goals
Successful people know what they want. More than that, they actively set goals in order to get what they want. Having goals in mind doesn't count either. You need to write your goals down, and then break them down into an action plan.
2. They Stay Healthy
Staying healthy is key on the road to success. A proper diet, solid exercise routine and getting enough sleep are 3 of the most powerful things you can do. Being healthy will let you focus on the pursuit of success and not worry about always getting sick or fatigued.
3. They Face Fear
Fear is one of the biggest roadblocks to success. Just think about things you might have missed out on because you were too nervous to take a chance. Successful people feel fear just like the rest of us, but instead of giving up they face it.
4. They Learn
It is kind of a shame that school ends so early in our lives. Some people feel like that means they are done learning. This couldn't be further from the truth. A commitment to lifelong learning will propel you towards success by keeping your mind sharp, and your skills up to date.
5. They Stay Organized
There may be a handful of geniuses who are able to create and think surrounded by a mess, but for the rest of us "normies" a cluttered space is nothing more than a distraction. You will save time, energy and boost focus if you keep your space neat and tidy.
6. They Keep Balance
What is the point of success if you don't take time to enjoy it? Hard work is clearly important but remember to relish the good times along the way. Having a life balance will keep energy levels high and give you something to look forward to besides work.
7. They Take Time to Think
Do you ever make time to just think? Successful people do. They know that being successful means continually thinking "what next?". If you want to be more successful, schedule 20-30 minutes of quiet thinking time into your day.
8. They Surround Themselves With Inspiring People
If you want to be successful, it helps to have successful friends. Besides the doors they may open for you, having successful friends will inspire you. You will learn what makes them tick, and it's never a bad thing to have a likeminded social circle.
9. They Plan Their Day
Do you ever find yourself wondering what to do next? Successful people don't. They take time to plan their day, because they know that the time invested will pay off. Taking half an hour to plan your day, could save countless hours of wondering what to do next.
