Obi and I finishing up a final project, decided to race the sun until it set, which lasted two hours from Linwood-EHT-Ocean City, NJ. We love to keep it moving at Paws Forward Training!!!

South Jersey's Dogman and his work partner Obi-Wan going the distance through record high temps into the late summer. Endurance and stamina combined with hydration, diet, and proper rest was key to living an active lifestyle ALL SUMMER.

Nature can provide plenty of extra fun for dogs if you teach them the basic agility commands. This can add extra strength routines during hike breaks. Sets usually range from 1-3 per exercise, usually only one exercise per hike with a short swim included. Hikes usually are 2-4 miles. Downs are the center of attention for rest periods. Place is perfect for breaks around the backpacks. Human exercises can be something like push ups, body squats, or hill intervals, the key is modify and know your limits. Consult Vet/DR before adding any variety and mind your dogs skill level along with the human skill and fitness level of hiking and training on the move.

Currently we train on the street, rural, urban, woods, backwoods, oceans, sand, bays and much more, the world is our training field. It requires rest and nutrition to keep up with the high demand of overall endurance and stamina for the human and canine.

Follow the leader Bettis, Obi, well he thinks he's running the show. He did step up to a huge vertical climb, his drive was up today. Bettis, well he did amazing today. Young, ahead of the game, and the best is yet to come!!!

Mila loves staying with her human, at a young age she just learned how to walk nicely. What a pretty princess Mila is, a gem of a dog!!!

My last official day as a Camden County resident. Somer's Point, NJ is my new home. So pumped it's an area that is very small business friendly. Can't wait to support other local small business, and collaborate. Smell Ya Later Sauken!!!

Milo loves hike training!

Learn how to communicate the right way with your dog. Work as a unit utilizing positive reinforcement, and conditioning. A special emphasis is put on muscle memory on the human and dog side of training, working on mechanics, and body language. The only way forward is with positive energy. Communication is the pillar of training a dog, everyone in the household must be on the same page. Consistency is the Paws Forward Way!

You don't need much space for dog training! Isolate actions, then go find the adventure that awaits!!!

Over time I will be focused on apartment living, condo, and indoor exercises for dogs. Combing place training, and walks any dog, or breed can flourish Forward.
