Hiking Lost Valley Trail Ponca Arkansas
Hiking Lost Valley in Arkansas. Our geologist friends tell us that the box canyon which forms Lost Valley was probably once all underground and that the large bluff shelter (Cobb Cave) and small underground cave are remnants of that single underground cavern.

Devil's Den, San Antonio, Texas
Devils Den
San Antonio, Texas
We did this one in the daylight. It did not seem the place two women should explore alone at night.
Two teen disappeared Nov. 12, 1996, after stepping off a bus and heading toward a brushy field in the Piper Meadow subdivision on the Northwest Side known as the ;Devil Den. The bullet-riddled bodies of the two teens were not found until Dec. 1 that year, but it would be more than two years before the case was solved. In 2000, Roger Martinez entered a guilty plea to the two murders and was sentenced to two life term

Grable Cemetery earphones recommended
Grable Cemetery
Put on earphones and let me know what you think
M. H. Graybill acquired land here in 1888. He set aside a tract to be used as a burial ground for local African American sharecroppers and their families. In 1910, Graybill (the cemetery spelling changed over time) sold this tract of land to the people of the area’s African American communities, many of whom were former slaves or descendants of slaves. Since that time, residents have maintained the burial ground, which is managed by a cemetery association. The earliest marked graves date to the early 1900s, and unique features include rows of white crosses denoting burial sites of former slaves.

Rockhounding at Crystal Vista Arkansas
Spent a wonderful day just me and my daughter visiting Crystal Vista Arkansas looking for rocks. Crystal Vista is a favorite place for folks to hunt quart. But for a rock lover and nature lover there's more then just your quartz Crystal hunting here.. Its a free public spot and as you can see from the video its visited by alot of folks but its never been more then a handful when we been there. At the top is a rain washed gully. Surface rocks have been picked over pretty good so u less you come just after a rain you may have to do a little digging. As you can see in video alot of folks have been digging around the tree roots.. personally I think you should leave the trees alone theres plenty of other places to dig. It is a great spot for beginners or just a fun family outing. Its a two mile hike up a trail. Its a easy climb I made it with my 5 and 6 year old grandkids. It is primitive no bathrooms or picnic areas. You need to bring water and snacks with you. If you want to spend out door time with the young kids this is a wonderful place. Be sure to bring bug spray, we did run into chiggers on a previous visit .

An East Texas Backroad
My daughter and I set out to find the local urban legend Stagecoach road. Following written directions from locals we came upon this old wonderful road. Toward the end of the road we saw a bridge from what appeared to be an old road behind some fences. Could this be Stagecoach Road. Although we never saw a apparition or even 100% sure we found the right spot, we did discover a beautiful old road.

An old cemetery in East Texas
My daughter and I were out exploring when came across this wonderful old cemetery on a FM outside Jefferson, TX. We were unable to find the name of the cemetery. Gravestones dated back to the 1800s. Because it was dark we were unable to get very many good videos or pictures but it was clear from the Christmas tree, the toy cars, and other items it was a place still visited by loved ones.

Mossbrae Falls,
Made a video for my daughter probably not what she expects but after hearing about the cult I couldn't resist. To get to the falls they had to sneak in the the back way and cross into Lemurian iamers cult land. I was going with the cult land atmosphere of found video of missing hikers. Ya'll know I like my horror movies.

Abandoned outside Kent Texas
We were headed to California and while driving through West Texas we came across a couple of abandoned structures. Even though we so no signs of a town, our GPS labeled it as Kent, Texas, which is also written on the school . The only other two buildings we noticed was an abandoned structure up on a hill and an old abandoned mercantile store with "No nuclear waste" painted on the front. We had to stop and do a quick explore.
