The Gaffey Nature Center by Bureau of Sanitation, City of Los Angeles, features EPIC sand hydroponics and a Seitec Water Silo recirculating water via solar pump. The land leased from CalTrans is located at the Southern end of the 110 freeway in San Pedro, CA.
