WE ARE GOING TO WAR
ARE WE GOING TO WAR: TENSIONS ESCALATING between China-Taiwan & Israel and Iran.
Tensions with China are at their worst in 40 years, Taiwan's defence minister has said, warning of the risk of an accidental strike between the two. Chiu Kuo-cheng's comments came after China sent a "record number" of military jets into Taiwan's air defence zone for four consecutive days.
Taiwan considers itself a sovereign state. China, however, views Taiwan as a breakaway province.
It has not ruled out the possible use of force to achieve unification.
While Chinese jets have not been flown all the way to the island, Mr Chiu warned that there was a risk of a "misfire".Taiwan's air defence zone, which it monitors for threats, extends over an area that covers the Taiwan Strait and a large swathe of the Chinese mainland. They consider jets crossing an unofficial line between China and Taiwan as an incursion.
Mr Chiu also warned China would be capable of mounting a full-scale invasion of the island by 2025. He was speaking as a parliamentary committee in Taipei considered a multi-billion-dollar defence spending bill to build missiles and warships. Acknowledging that China already has the capacity to invade, he said such a move would get easier in coming years, though he did not elaborate.
Taiwan broke away from the mainland as communists seized power in 1949.
Analysts have warned that Beijing is becoming increasingly concerned that Taiwan's government is moving the island towards a formal declaration of independence and wants to deter its President Tsai Ing-wen from taking any steps in that direction.
A number of Western allies of Taiwan have expressed concern at China's open display of military might recently.
What is the 'One China' policy?
What's behind the China-Taiwan divide?
US approves $1.8bn weapons sale to Taiwan
However, US President Joe Biden said his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping had agreed to abide by the "Taiwan agreement".
Mr Biden appeared to be referring to Washington's longstanding "one China" policy under which it recognises China rather than Taiwan.
However, this agreement also allows Washington to maintains a "robust unofficial" relationship with Taiwan. The US sells arms to Taiwan as part of Washington's Taiwan Relations Act, which states that the US must help Taiwan defend itself.
The "One China" policy, which Mr Biden and Mr Xi are believed to have referred to, is a key cornerstone of Sino-US relations but is distinct from the One China principle, whereby China insists Taiwan is an inalienable part of one China to be reunified one day.
"I've spoken with [Mr] Xi about Taiwan. We agree ... we'll abide by the Taiwan agreement," said President Biden. "We made it clear that I don't think he should be doing anything other than abiding by the agreement.
Despite the heightened tensions, relations between China and Taiwan have not deteriorated to levels last seen in 1996 when China tried to disrupt presidential elections with missile tests and the US dispatched aircraft carriers to the region to dissuade them.
Israel & Iran:
A deadly drone strike on an Israeli-operated tanker that’s been blamed on Iran has raised the stakes in a years-long shadow war between Israel and Iran. The two countries have attacked each other on land, by air and at sea in recent years, in Iran’s case sometimes through allies in the region. The July 29 attack on the tanker in the Gulf of Oman, for which Iran denied involvement, led to threats of retaliation from Israel. It also prompted warnings of potential reprisals from the U.K., which lost a crew member, and the U.S., which created a maritime force with partners in 2019 to help protect sea lanes in the Middle East.
They were allies starting in the 1950s during the reign of Iran’s last monarch, Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, but the friendship abruptly ended with the Iranian Revolution in 1979. The Islamic Republic of Iran adopted a strong anti-Israel stance, decrying the Jewish state as an imperialist power in the Middle East. Iran has supported groups that regularly fight Israel, notably Hezbollah in Lebanon and the Palestinian group Hamas. Israel regards Iran’s potential to build nuclear weapons as a threat to its existence and is thought to be behind a campaign of sabotage against the country’s atomic program.
The risks of escalation are significant for both countries. According to Israel’s military, Hezbollah has an arsenal of around 130,000 missiles, which could cause substantial damage if unleashed on Israel. A step-up of the conflict could inflame the region and likely would further weaken Iran’s economy, already beleaguered by years of sanctions and a devastating Covid-19 outbreak.

ARE AMERICANS CASHING OUT?
Are Americans cashing out their home equity? ABSOLUTELY!!! Tappable Equity Rises $1 Trillion in Q2 2021 Alone to Hit All-Time High of $9.1 Trillion; Quarter Also Sees Largest Volume of Cash-Out Refis in 15 Years.
Driven by the red-hot housing market, tappable equity – the amount available to homeowners before reaching a maximum 80% combined loan-to-value (CLTV) ratio – surged nearly 40% from last year $9.1 trillion in total – yet another record high – the average mortgage holder now has $173,000 in tappable equity available to them, an increase of $20,000 from just the end of the first quarter.
Fewer than 3% of mortgage holders have less than 10% equity – the lowest share ever observed – with the overall weighted average CLTV now 46%, the lowest mortgage-to-value leverage on record
Some 98% of borrowers in active forbearance have at least 10% equity, as compared to the Great Recession when 40% of all mortgage holders had less than 10% equity with 28% fully underwater
Even when adding 18 months of deferred principal, interest, taxes, and insurance payments onto the total debt amount, only 7% of borrowers in forbearance would have less than 10% equity in their homes
More than $63 billion in equity was withdrawn via 1.1 million cash-out refinances originated in the second quarter, the largest quarterly volume since mid-2007

FLORIDA?
Today's video will discuss the Standard of living, house prices, and rental rates in Florida.
Interested in Property in Florida? We are investors and have a network in place. themcclonebrothers@gmail.com
Florida is a state located in the Southeastern region of the United States. Florida is bordered to the west by the Gulf of Mexico, to the northwest by Alabama, to the north by Georgia, to the east by the Bahamas and the Atlantic Ocean, and to the south by the Straits of Florida and Cuba; it is the only state that borders both the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean. Spanning 65,758 square miles, Florida ranks 22nd in the area among the 50 states, and with a population of over 21 million, is third-most populous. The state capital is Tallahassee and the most populous city is Jacksonville. The Miami metropolitan area, with a population of almost 6.2 million, is the most populous urban area in Florida and the seventh-most populous in the United States; other urban conurbations with over one million people are Tampa Bay, Orlando, and Jacksonville.
Various Native American groups have inhabited Florida for at least 14,000 years. In 1513, Spanish explorer Juan Ponce de León became the first known European to make landfall, calling the region La Florida ([la floˈɾiða] for its lush greenery and the Easter season (Pascua Florida in Spanish). Florida subsequently became the first area in the continental U.S. to be permanently settled by Europeans, with the Spanish colony of St. Augustine, founded in 1565, being the oldest continuously inhabited city. Florida was repeatedly contested by Spain and Great Britain, before being ceded to the U.S. in 1819; it was admitted as the 27th state on March 3, 1845. Florida was the principal location of the Seminole Wars (1816–1858), the longest and most extensive of the Indian Wars in U.S. history. The state seceded from the Union on January 10, 1861, becoming one of the seven original Confederate States. After the Civil War, Florida was restored to the Union on June 25, 1868.
Since the mid-20th century, Florida has experienced rapid demographic and economic growth. Its $1.0 trillion economies is the fourth-largest of any U.S. state and the 16th-largest in the world; the main sectors are tourism, hospitality, agriculture, real estate, and transportation. Florida is world-renowned for its beach resorts, amusement parks, warm and sunny climate, and nautical recreation; attractions such as Walt Disney World, the Kennedy Space Center, and Miami Beach draw tens of millions of visitors annually. Florida is a popular destination for retirees, seasonal vacationers, and both domestic and international migrants; it hosts nine out of the ten fastest-growing communities in the U.S. The state's close proximity to the ocean has shaped its culture, identity, and daily life; its colonial history and successive waves of migration are reflected in African, European, Indigenous, Latino, and Asian influences.
About two-thirds of Florida occupies a peninsula between the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean. It has the longest coastline in the contiguous United States, spanning approximately 1,350 miles (2,170 km), not including its many barrier islands. Florida has 4,510 islands that are ten acres (4 ha) or larger in area, the second highest number after Alaska. Much of the state is at or near sea level, and is characterized by sedimentary soil. Florida is the flattest state in the country, with the lowest high point of any U.S. state, at just 345 feet (105 meters). Lake Okeechobee is its largest freshwater lake, and the second-largest located entirely within the contiguous 48 states. Several beaches in Florida have turquoise and emerald-colored coastal waters.
Florida's climate varies from subtropical in the north to tropical in the south. It is the only state besides Hawaii to have a tropical climate, and is the only continental state with both a tropical climate (at the lower tip of the peninsula) and a coral reef. Consequently, Florida has several unique ecosystems, most notably Everglades National Park, the largest tropical wilderness in the U.S. and among the largest in the Americas. Unique wildlife include the American alligator, American crocodile, American flamingo, Roseate spoonbill, Florida panther, bottlenose dolphin, and manatee. The Florida Reef is the only living coral barrier reef in the continental United States, and the third-largest coral barrier reef system in the world (after the Great Barrier Reef and Belize Barrier Reef).
Florida's large population and economy give it considerable influence in national politics; since the late 20th century the state has been a major battleground in presidential elections, most notably in 2000. Miami, along with Orlando and Tampa, is recognized as a global city.

30 TRILLION NATIONAL DEBT
WHO IS HOLDING ALL THIS DEBT?
The U.S. national debt exceeded $30 trillion for the first time, reflecting increased federal borrowing during the coronavirus pandemic.
Total public debt outstanding was $30.01 trillion as of Jan. 31, according to Treasury Department data released Tuesday. That was a nearly $7 trillion increase from late January 2020, just before the pandemic hit the U.S. economy.
The total debt comprises debt held by the public and intragovernmental debt. The debt milestone comes at a time of transition for U.S. fiscal and monetary policy, which will likely have implications for the broader economy. Many of the federal pandemic aid programs authorized by Congress have expired, leaving Americans with less financial assistance than earlier in the pandemic.

Meanwhile, the Federal Reserve has signaled it could soon begin to raise short-term interest rates from near zero in an effort to curb inflation, which is at its highest level in nearly four decades.
“This is a jaw-dropping number that is a real cause for concern,” said Maya MacGuineas, president of the nonpartisan Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget. “It is the result of both borrowing for really important crises, most notably the Covid pandemic, but also trillions and trillions of borrowing for no reason other than politicians have stopped being willing to pay the bills.”
Congress during the Trump and Biden administrations authorized trillions of dollars in spending for pandemic programs aimed at supporting small businesses, unemployed workers, families with children, renters, and other groups. Those programs included the expanded child tax credit, enhanced unemployment benefits, and the Paycheck Protection Program.
The Treasury Department declined to comment on the public-debt milestone.
“In responding to the downturn in the economy induced by the pandemic, we felt and I strongly believe that it was appropriate to engage in spending that wasn’t financed by tax increases,” Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said at the World Economic Forum last month.
“It’s important to evaluate debt sustainability in the context of the interest-rate environment,” she said, adding that the interest burden of U.S. debt is “very manageable” because of low-interest rates.
The national debt of the United States is the total unpaid borrowed funds carried by the federal government. [4] Government debt increases as a result of government spending, and decreases from tax and other revenues. Both of these fluctuate during the course of a fiscal year.
The national debt of the United States is the total national debt owed by the federal government of the United States to Treasury security holders. The national debt at any point in time is the face value of the then-outstanding Treasury securities that have been issued by the Treasury and other federal agencies. The terms "national deficit" and "national surplus" usually refer to the federal government budget balance from year to year, not the cumulative amount of debt. In a deficit year, the national debt increases as the government need to borrow funds to finance the deficit, while in a surplus year the debt decreases as more money is received than spent, enabling the government to reduce the debt by buying back some Treasury securities. In general, government debt increases as a result of government spending and decreases from tax or other receipts, both of which fluctuate during the course of a fiscal year. There are two components of gross national debt:
"Debt held by the public" – such as Treasury securities held by investors outside the federal government, including those held by individuals, corporations, the Federal Reserve, and foreign, state, and local governments.
"Debt held by government accounts" or "intragovernmental debt" – is non-marketable Treasury securities held in accounts of programs administered by the federal government, such as the Social Security Trust Fund. Debt held by government accounts represents the cumulative surpluses, including interest earnings, of various government programs that have been invested in Treasury securities.
Historically, the U.S. public debt as a share of gross domestic product (GDP) increases during wars and recessions and then subsequently declines. The ratio of debt to GDP may decrease as a result of a government surplus or via growth of GDP and inflation. For example, debt held by the public as a share of GDP peaked just after World War II (113% of GDP in 1945) but then fell over the following 35 years. In recent decades, aging demographics and rising healthcare costs have led to concern about the long-term sustainability of the federal government's fiscal policies.[3] The aggregate, gross amount that Treasury can borrow is limited by the United States debt ceiling.

LOS ANGELES?
LOS ANGELES:
Los Angeles (L.A.), officially the City of Los Angeles, is a city in Southern California, in the United States. There are 3,847,400 people living in the city, and over 18 million people in the L.A. region. The city has an area of 1,200 square kilometers (460 sq mi). Los Angeles is the city with the second biggest population in the United States after New York, overtaking Chicago in the 1970s. It is also the biggest city in California. Due to being built on a fault line, which runs through the downtown, it has few skyscrapers and tall structures and is one of the most spread-out cities in the world. Greater Los Angeles is home to many of the biggest rock bands in the history of the United States. Los Angeles is surrounded by East Los Angeles, Huntington Park, Maywood, Walnut Park, Commerce, Bell, Glendale, South Pasadena, Monterey Park, South Gate, Cudahy, West Hollywood, Alhambra, Bell Gardena, and Westmont.
Los Angeles has Spanish and Mexican influences due to being a former colony of Mexico and Spain. Los Angeles is a diverse city with many ethnic groups such as Mexican, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Salvadoran, Iranian, and Armenian. Mexican and Spanish architecture can be seen in Los Angeles.
Many celebrities live in Los Angeles. Los Angeles is known to be the entertainment capital of the world. Many movies, television shows, and fashion shows are set in Los Angeles.
Los Angeles has the second-largest Hispanic and Latino population in the United States, only behind New York City. Many are of Mexican and Central American descent.
Los Angeles is one of the most expensive cities to live in.
The area comprising present-day Los Angeles County was first settled by small groups of Native Americans for centuries before the first European contact in 1769 when Gaspar de Portola and a group of missionaries camped on what is now the banks of the Los Angeles River. The name Los Angeles comes from the Spanish language, and it means "The Angels". The name is an abbreviation from the original name of the place. The original name is "El Pueblo de Nuestra Señora la Reina de los Ángeles del Río Porciúncula" (in English, "town of our lady the Queen of Angels of the River Porciúncula"), giving it both one of the longest and shortest (referring to its shortening of "LA") place names in the world.[18] Los Angeles was founded in 1781 while the area was within the borders of the Viceroyalty of New Spain. The area had earlier been explored by two Franciscan priests named Junipero Serra and Juan Crespi and following the Mexican War of Independence the region passed into the hands of Mexico which subsequently ceded control of California to the U.S. in 1848. On April 4, 1850 California became a State of the USA. Los Angeles began half a century of rapid growth after railroads arrived in the city in the 1870s. Los Angeles was home to the Olympic Games in 1932 and 1984. It will host the Olympic Games in 2028. Three times the city broke out in riots, in 1943, in 1965, and in 1992, all due to racism.[19][20] In 1994, an earthquake killed 72 people and damaged many buildings.
Los Angeles is a very large city, and the edges of the city are very far from the center, going from the beaches to the mountains. The Santa Monica Mountains run through the city, separating it into the San Fernando Valley to the north and the Los Angeles Basin to the south. The Los Angeles River also runs through the city some 51 miles (82 km). Los Angeles moves about one-quarter of an inch (6.3 millimeters) to the east every year.[21] It is caused by the city's tectonic plates and rough ground geography and since Los Angeles is at a close distance from the San Andreas Fault. This brings Los Angeles and San Francisco 2.5 inches closer together each year.
Los Angeles has dozens of neighborhoods and named areas, including:
Hollywood, home to many well-known movie studios.
Downtown Los Angeles, the financial center of the city. Home to Los Angeles' and California's two tallest buildings, the Wilshire Grand Center and the U.S. Bank Tower
Elysian Park, home of Dodger Stadium and previously Chavez Ravine.
Venice Beach.
Santa Monica, beachfront district.
Inglewood, home of SoFi Stadium and The Forum.
Brentwood, a very wealthy area in West Los Angeles.
South L.A. the center of LA's African-American jazz scene
Leimert Park, home to LA’s historic African-American museums.
Crenshaw, a well-known district in South Los Angeles.
University Park, home to the University of Southern California.
Westwood, home to the University of California.
Boyle Heights, where many Mexican Americans reside.
The Theme Building at Los Angeles International Airport
Exposition Park, home to the University of Southern California, the Coliseum, Banc of California Stadium and the California Science Center are located
San Fernando Valley, a large suburban area.
San Pedro, where the Port of Los Angeles is located in the city.

LAS VEGAS MARKET TRENDS AND UPDATE
We have owned and invested in property in the Las Vegas market for over 12 years(we did take a long break after the 2008 crisis. I have residency between Las Vegas and California. I think we have a unique understanding of the Las Vegas market. and can help you with your Real Estate needs.
Las Vegas (/lɒsˈveɪɡəs/; Spanish for "The Meadows"), often known simply as Vegas, is the 26th-most populous city in the United States, the most populous city in the state of Nevada, and the county seat of Clark County. The city anchors the Las Vegas Valley metropolitan area and is the largest city within the greater Mojave Desert.[7] Las Vegas is an internationally renowned major resort city, known primarily for its gambling, shopping, fine dining, entertainment, and nightlife. The Las Vegas Valley as a whole serves as the leading financial, commercial, and cultural center for Nevada.
The city bills itself as The Entertainment Capital of the World and is famous for its mega casino-hotels and associated activities. It is a top three destination in the United States for business conventions and a global leader in the hospitality industry, claiming more AAA Five Diamond hotels than any other city in the world.[8][9][10] Today, Las Vegas annually ranks as one of the world's most visited tourist destinations.[11][12] The city's tolerance for numerous forms of adult entertainment earned it the title of "Sin City",[13] and has made Las Vegas a popular setting for literature, films, television programs, and music videos.
Las Vegas was settled in 1905 and officially incorporated in 1911. At the close of the 20th century, it was the most populated North American city founded within that century (a similar distinction was earned by Chicago in the 19th century). Population growth has accelerated since the 1960s, and between 1990 and 2000 the population nearly doubled, increasing by 85.2%. Rapid growth has continued into the 21st century, and according to the United States Census Bureau, the city had 641,903 residents in 2020,[5] with a metropolitan population of 2,227,053.[14]
As with most major metropolitan areas, the name of the primary city ("Las Vegas" in this case) is often used to describe areas beyond official city limits. In the case of Las Vegas, this especially applies to the areas on and near the Las Vegas Strip, which are actually located within the unincorporated communities of Paradise and Winchester.[15][16]
1931 was a pivotal year for Las Vegas. At that time, Nevada legalized casino gambling and reduced residency requirements for divorce to six weeks. This year also witnessed the beginning of construction on nearby Hoover Dam. The influx of construction workers and their families helped Las Vegas avoid economic calamity during the Great Depression. The construction work was completed in 1935.
In late 1941, Las Vegas Army Airfield was established. Renamed Nellis Air Force Base in 1950, it is now home to the United States Air Force Thunderbirds aerobatic team.[24]
Following World War II, lavishly decorated hotels, gambling casinos, and big-name entertainment became synonymous with Las Vegas.
This view of downtown Las Vegas shows a mushroom cloud in the background. Scenes such as this were typical during the 1950s. From 1951 to 1962, the government conducted 100 atmospheric tests at the nearby Nevada Test Site.[25]
In 1951, nuclear weapons testing began at the Nevada Test Site, 65 miles (105 km) northwest of Las Vegas. During this time, the city was nicknamed the "Atomic City". Residents and visitors were able to witness the mushroom clouds (and were exposed to the fallout) until 1963 when the Partial Nuclear Test Ban Treaty required that nuclear tests be moved underground.[25]
In 1955, the Moulin Rouge Hotel opened and became the first racially integrated casino hotel in Las Vegas.
The iconic "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign, which has never been located within municipal limits, was created in 1959 by Betty Willis.[26]
Las Vegas is situated within Clark County, in a basin on the floor of the Mojave Desert,[28] and is surrounded by mountain ranges on all sides. Much of the landscape is rocky and arid, with desert vegetation and wildlife. It can be subjected to torrential flash floods, although much has been done to mitigate the effects of flash floods through improved drainage systems.
Las Vegas has a subtropical hot desert climate (Köppen climate classification: BWh), typical of the Mojave Desert in which it lies. This climate is typified by long, extremely hot summers; warm transitional seasons; and short winters with mild days and cool nights. There is abundant sunshine throughout the year, with an average of 310 sunny days and bright sunshine during 86% of all daylight hours. Las Vegas is among the sunniest, driest, and least humid locations in North America, with exceptionally low dew points and humidity that sometimes remain below 10%.

THE BENEFITS OF HYPERBARIC OXYGEN THERAPY
NUMBER 7 OF MY 44 PEARLS FOR HEALTH & FITNESS!!!
Hyperbaric medicine is a medical treatment in which an ambient pressure greater than sea-level atmospheric pressure is a necessary component. The treatment comprises hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), the medical use of oxygen at an ambient pressure higher than atmospheric pressure, and therapeutic recompression for decompression illness, intended to reduce the injurious effects of systemic gas bubbles by physically reducing their size and providing improved conditions for the elimination of bubbles and excess dissolved gas.
Two types of HBOT SYSTEMS: HARD AND SOFT! HARD more effective. I use the hard HBOT SYSTEM 2 TIMES A WEEK! 8 PLUS HOURS EACH SESSION
Possible side effects:
Ear Barotrauma
The main side effect reported with hyperbaric medicine is ear discomfort or injury to the increased air pressure. In most cases, this is similar to the pain or discomfort you may experience in a drive through the mountains or the cabin pressure you feel when flying in an airplane. Patients with ear sensitivity may require ear tubes before HBOT treatments.
Oxygen Toxicity
Clinical HBOT treatments work well within the safety limits of oxygen levels and the risk of oxygen toxicity is rare. In cases of oxygen toxicity, seizures can occur. It is more likely to occur in patients with pre-existing seizure disorders or hypoglycemia. If this does occur, the treatment is to simply stop the HBOT therapy and seizures will stop.
Vision Changes
Air pressure changes that occur during HBOT treatments can cause visual changes. These changes are temporary and typically revert to normal once therapy is ended. These changes can include changes in the shape of the eye lens, resulting in worsening myopia, or nearsightedness, but at the same time improves focus on objects near the eye.
Hypoglycemia
Diabetic patients can experience a drop in blood sugar during HBOT treatments. In these cases, Dr. Spiegel and his staff may encourage you to eat before coming in for your treatments and may require regular blood sugar monitoring during treatments.
Sinus or Tooth Squeeze
Because your sinus cavity is made up of air-filled spaces, you can experience pressure changes and discomfort similar to that seen in the ear. In addition, recent dental work can leave air-filled pockets that can also be affected by pressure changes. This pressure can lead to discomfort and possible cracking of teeth.
The equipment required for hyperbaric oxygen treatment consists of a pressure chamber, which may be of rigid or flexible construction and a means of delivering 100% oxygen. Operation is performed to a predetermined schedule by trained personnel who monitor the patient and may adjust the schedule as required. HBOT found early use in the treatment of decompression sickness and has also shown great effectiveness in treating conditions such as gas gangrene and carbon monoxide poisoning. More recent research has examined the possibility that it may also have value for other conditions such as cerebral palsy and multiple sclerosis, but no significant evidence has been found.
Therapeutic recompression is usually also provided in a hyperbaric chamber. It is the definitive treatment for decompression sickness and may also be used to treat arterial gas embolism caused by pulmonary barotrauma of ascent. In emergencies, divers may sometimes be treated by in-water recompression (when a chamber is not available) if suitable diving equipment (to reasonably secure the airway) is available.
A number of hyperbaric treatment schedules have been published over the years for both therapeutic recompression and hyperbaric oxygen therapy for other conditions.
The traditional type of hyperbaric chamber used for therapeutic recompression and HBOT is a rigid shelled pressure vessel. Such chambers can be run at absolute pressures typically about 6 bars (87 psi), 600,000 Pa, or more in special cases.[81] Navies, professional diving organizations, hospitals, and dedicated recompression facilities typically operate these. They range in size from semi-portable, one-patient units to room-sized units that can treat eight or more patients. The larger units may be rated for lower pressures if they are not primarily intended for the treatment of diving injuries.
HBOT is recognized by Medicare in the United States as a reimbursable treatment for 14 UHMS "approved" conditions. A 1-hour HBOT session may cost between $300 and higher in private clinics and over $2,000 in hospitals. U.S. physicians (M.D. or D.O.) may lawfully prescribe HBOT for "off-label" conditions such as stroke,[98][99], and migraine.

MINIMUM 15% GLOBAL TAX
MINIMUM 15% GLOBAL TAX: 136 out of 140 are on board! What will be the global impact!?
The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD; French: Organisation de Coopération et de Développement Économiques, OCDE) is an intergovernmental economic organization with 38 member countries,[1] founded in 1961 to stimulate economic progress and world trade. It is a forum of countries describing themselves as committed to democracy and the market economy, providing a platform to compare policy experiences, seek answers to common problems, identify good practices, and coordinate domestic and international policies of its members. Generally, OECD members are high-income economies with a very high Human Development Index (HDI) and are regarded as developed countries. As of 2017, the OECD member countries collectively comprised 62.2 % of global nominal GDP (US$49.6 trillion)[4] and 42.8 % of global GDP (Int$54.2 trillion) at purchasing power parity.[5] The OECD is an official United Nations observer.[6]
In 1948 the Organisation for European Economic Co-operation (OEEC),[7] led by Robert Marjolin of France, was established to help administer the Marshall Plan (which was rejected by the Soviet Union and its satellite states).[8] This would be achieved by allocating United States financial aid and implementing economic programs for the reconstruction of Europe after World War II.[9] In 1961, the OEEC was reformed into the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development and membership was extended to non-European states.[10][11]
The OECD's headquarters are at the Château de la Muette in Paris, France.[12] The OECD is funded by contributions from member countries at varying rates and had a total budget of €386 million in 2019.[3]
The OECD is recognized as a highly influential publisher of mostly economic data through publications as well as annual evaluations and rankings of member countries.[13]
Organization for European Economic Co-operation
The Organisation for European Economic Co-operation (OEEC) was formed in 1948 to administer American and Canadian aid in the framework of the Marshall Plan for the reconstruction of Europe after World War II.[14] Similar reconstruction aid was sent to the war-torn Republic of China and post-war Korea, but not under the name "Marshall Plan". The organization started its operations on 16 April 1948 and originated from the work done by the Committee of European Economic Co-operation in 1947 in preparation for the Marshall Plan. Since 1949, it has been headquartered in the Château de la Muette in Paris, France. After the Marshall Plan ended, the OEEC focused on economic issues.[7]
In the 1950s, the OEEC provided the framework for negotiations aimed at determining conditions for setting up a European Free Trade Area, to bring the European Economic Community of the six and the other OEEC members together on a multilateral basis. In 1958, a European Nuclear Energy Agency was set up under the OEEC
By the end of the 1950s, with the job of rebuilding Europe effectively done, some leading countries felt that the OEEC had outlived its purpose, but could be adapted to fulfill a more global mission. It would be a hard-fought task, and after several sometimes fractious meetings at the Hotel Majestic in Paris starting in January 1960, a resolution was reached to create a body that would deal not only with European and Atlantic economic issues but devise policies to assist less developed countries. This reconstituted organization would bring the US and Canada, who were already OEEC observers, on board as full members. It would also set to work straight away on bringing in Japan.
Founding
Following the 1957 Rome Treaties to launch the European Economic Community, the Convention on the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development was drawn up to reform the OEEC. The Convention was signed in December 1960 and the OECD officially superseded the OEEC in September 1961. It consisted of the European founder countries of the OEEC plus the United States and Canada (three countries, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Italy, all OEEC members, ratified the OECD Convention after September 1961 but are nevertheless considered founding members). The official founding members are:
In 1989, after the Revolutions of 1989, the OECD started to assist countries in Central Europe (especially the Visegrád Group) to prepare market economy reforms. In 1990, the Centre for Co-operation with European Economies in Transition

CHINA SOCIAL CREDIT SYSTEM COMING TO AMERICA?
The Social Credit System (Chinese: 社会信用体系; pinyin: shèhuì xìnyòng tǐxì) is a national blacklist being developed by the government of the People's Republic of China under General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party Xi Jinping's administration. The program initiated regional trials in 2009, before launching a national pilot with eight credit scoring firms in 2014. It was first introduced formally by then Chinese Premier, Wen Jiabao, on October 20, 2011, during one of the State Council Meetings.[6] In 2018, these efforts were centralized under the People's Bank of China with participation from the eight firms.[4] By 2020,[needs update] it was intended to standardize the assessment of citizens' and businesses' economic and social reputation, or 'Social Credit'.
The social credit initiative calls for the establishment of a unified record system so that businesses, individuals, and government institutions can be tracked and evaluated for trustworthiness. Initial reports suggested that the system utilized a numerical score as the reward and punishment mechanism; recent reports suggest there are in fact multiple, different forms of the social credit system being experimented with. A numerical system has been implemented only in several regional pilot programs, while the nationwide regulatory method has been based primarily on blacklisting and whitelisting. The credit system is closely related to China's mass surveillance systems such as Skynet, which incorporates facial recognition, big data analysis, and artificial intelligence.
The Social Credit System is an extension of the existing financial credit rating system in China.[27] The origin of the system can be traced back to the 1980s when the Chinese government attempted to develop a personal banking and financial credit rating system, especially for rural individuals and small businesses that lack documented records. The Chinese government aims to enhance trust in the society with the system and regulate businesses regarding issues such as food safety, intellectual property theft, and financial fraud.
Supporters claim that the system helps to regulate social behavior, improve the "trustworthiness" of citizens (which includes paying taxes and bills on time), and promote traditional moral values. Critics of the system claim that it oversteps the rule of law and infringes the legal rights of residents and organizations, especially the right to reputation, the right to privacy as well as personal dignity, and that the system may be a tool for comprehensive government surveillance and for suppression of dissent from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

THE MOST INSANE POLICY IN US HISTORY
Currently in Dubai looking at real estate. Still keeping an eye on the USA news!
The Biden administration is considering a plan to compensate families here illegally with nearly half a million dollars per person, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal AND 1 MILLION TO FAMILIES. 10 MILLION MORE WORKING AMERICANS HAVE GONE INTO POVERTY SINCE THE COVID-19 BEGAN AND HOMELESSNESS HAS EXPLODED ACROSS THE US
The ACLU reacted to President Biden not being familiar with his own Justice Department’s actions after he called a claim that his administration intends to pay illegal immigrants separated at the border $450,000 each a “garbage” report.
But ACLU Executive Director Anthony D. Romero appeared to contradict Biden on the issue, indicating that the plan to pay vast amounts of money to illegal immigrants separated from their families at the border under the Trump administration is still proceeding. The payments were first reported by the Wall Street Journal.
“President Biden may not have been fully briefed about the actions of his very own Justice Department as it carefully deliberated and considered the crimes committed against thousands of families separated from their children as an intentional governmental policy,” Romero noted in a statement just hours after Biden was questioned on the matter.
“But if he follows through on what he said, the President is abandoning a core campaign promise to do justice for the thousands of separated families,” he asserted. “We respectfully remind President Biden that he called these actions ‘criminal’ in a debate with then-President Trump and campaigned on remedying and rectifying the lawlessness of the Trump administration. We call on President Biden to right the wrongs of this national tragedy.”
The plan is a response to a series of lawsuits filed on behalf of migrant families claiming they were traumatized by Trump-era family separations at the border. The Trump administration separated migrant families under its short-lived "zero-tolerance" border policy, though families were also separated at the border during the Obama administration, according to CNN.
The American Civil Liberties Union filed a class-action lawsuit in 2019 seeking damages for families affected by the "zero-tolerance" policy. The ACLU represents plaintiffs in one of the lawsuits that pushed the Biden administration to consider payouts for illegal immigrants, per the Wall Street Journal.
If the Biden administration moves forward with payments to separated families, some families may receive more compensation than the families of 9/11 victims AND MILITARY FAMILIES the Wall Street Journal reported.
GOP lawmakers were quick to criticize the possibility of illegal immigrant payouts Thursday afternoon, accusing the Biden administration of prioritizing asylum seekers over American citizens.
Instead of encouraging, incentivizing, and rewarding illegal entry, the United States should be punishing it!" tweeted Rep. Lee Zeldin, R-N.Y., Thursday afternoon.
The reported consideration of a payout plan comes as the Biden administration grapples with an immigration crisis on the southern border, where border patrol agents have arrested a record number of illegal border crossers over the past 12 months.

MORTGAGE RATES WILL GO TO 10%?
TODAY'S VIDEO WILL GET INTO THE CURRENT STATE OF MORTGAGE RATES AND INFLATION.
*HISTORICALLY RATES ARE STILL VERY LOW AT 4%!!!!!
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate increased for the third consecutive week to 3.69%
Rates are now at levels not seen since April 2020 — nearly two years ago
Last week’s increase is the biggest weekly increase since March 2020: Rising by 23 basis points over last week
Last week’s increase aligns with the rising rates many experts have long predicted in 2022
Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell recently announced the Fed would begin winding down measures to support the economy during the pandemic, which is also likely to contribute to rising rates
Inflation is the highest it’s been in 40 years, according to the latest data released by the Bureau of Labor and Statistics (BLS) — it’s a key driver of rising rates, experts say.
Last week's increase contradicts speculation that surging COVID-19 cases and the Omicron variant might cause rates to decrease or remain flat
Despite the increase, mortgage rates are still significantly lower than pre-pandemic levels.
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate jumped up again last week, to 3.63% — the highest it’s been since April 2020.
Last week’s jump — rising by 23 basis points — is the largest weekly increase in nearly 2 years. It’s also the third week in a row that rates increased. The rising rates can be partly attributed to a recent surge in inflation, experts say, which new data shows hit a 40-year high in December.
Despite the potential for surging COVID cases amid the current Omicron wave to put a damper on economic growth, last week’s increase is consistent with recent statements by Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell that the Fed expects to raise rates three times in 2022. As the Fed increases rates with the economy improving, mortgage and refinance rates are sure to follow, experts say.
The December 2021 consumer price index✎ EditSign released by the Bureau of Labor and Statistics (BLS) suggests more rate increases should be expected as long as inflation continues. The 7% inflation in the last 12 months is the largest inflation surge in 40 years and is cited by experts and the Fed as a major factor behind rising rates.
Many experts predicted mortgage rates would reach this level in 2022, but they didn’t expect it to happen this quickly. Redfin chief economist Daryl Fairweather recently told us she thought rates would reach 3.6% by the end of 2022. “My expectation for when mortgage rates will increase is spread pretty evenly throughout the year,” said Fairweather.
Even if rates continue to inch upward, stay the same, or decrease, what’s important for homebuyers and homeowners isn’t where rates are headed, but making sure a refinance or home purchase is the right financial move for their circumstances.
No government entity sets or directly regulates mortgage rates. Rather, they’re based on a number of broader market factors. Everything from the demand for housing, inflation, and the overall health of the economy can influence mortgage rates — as well as refinance rates.
Typically, when the economy is strong and unemployment rates are low, rates will rise because demand is higher. But during an economic downturn rates tend to dip. This is why the economic impact of COVID variants is important to pay attention to when it comes to understanding mortgage rate trends.
Monetary policies set by the Federal Reserve can also have a significant impact on mortgage rates, even though they don’t directly set rates. When the Federal Reserve lowers the federal funds rate or purchases large quantities of treasury bonds, it puts downward pressure on mortgage rates.
Your monthly mortgage payment typically comprises mortgage, interest, and escrow payments. And what on the surface may look like a small increase in your interest rate, can have a big impact on your bottom line. So it’s important to compare mortgage lenders to ensure you’re getting the best deal.
How Does Your Credit Score Affect Your Rate?
Aside from macroeconomic factors that are out of your control, your personal situation will also influence the interest rate you’re eligible for. Your down payment and credit score can have a big impact on your mortgage rate.
Lenders set mortgage rates based on how risky they determine a loan to be. So having a lower credit score, or smaller down payment will increase the rate you’re likely to qualify for. On the other hand, improving your credit score and having a bigger down payment can have the opposite effect and reduce your interest rate. While each lender has different standards, having a down payment of at least 20% and a credit score of 700 to 740 will typically get you the lowest mortgage rate.
If you’re having trouble qualifying for a mortgage or getting a decent interest rate, you may have better luck with a government-secured loan.

CASHLESS SOCIETY?
ARE WE GOING TO A CASHLESS SOCIETY? A 100% cashless society might not be as easy as you think!
A cashless society describes an economic state whereby financial transactions are not conducted with money in the form of physical banknotes or coins, but rather through the transfer of digital information (usually an electronic representation of money) between the transacting parties. Cashless societies have existed from the time when human society came into existence, based on barter and other methods of exchange, and cashless transactions have also become possible in modern times using credit cards, debit cards, mobile payments, and digital currencies such as bitcoin. However this article discusses and focuses on the term "cashless society" in the sense of a move towards, and implications of, a society where cash is replaced by its digital equivalent—in other words, legal tender (money) exists, is recorded and is exchanged only in electronic digital form.
CONCERN:
Lack of privacy
In a digitized economy, payments made will be traceable. With traceable transactions, institutions would have potential access to this information. With these digital traces left behind, digital transactions become vulnerable. Such transactions allow businesses a way to build a consumer's personal profiles based on their spending patterns. The issue of data mining also comes into place as countries head towards a cashless society. Cashless transactions leave a record in the database of the company as one makes a payment, and this information becomes a way for the prediction of future events. Through a large number of records, data mining then allows the organization to compile a profile of an individual through its records in the database.
Going all-digital, these data retrieved from transactions lead to widespread surveillance where individuals can be tracked by both corporations and the government.[39] These records might also be available to hackers and could be made public after a data breach.
Problems for the unbanked
Cashless systems can be problematic for people who currently rely on cash, who are concentrated in certain populations such as the poor, disabled, elderly, undocumented immigrants, and youth. Electronic transactions require a deposit account (in a bank or other deposit-taking financial institution) and some familiarity with the payment system. Many people in impoverished areas are underbanked or unbanked.[42] In the United States, almost one-third of the population lacked the full range of basic financial services in 2012. In 2011, an FDIC survey found that approximately one-quarter of households whose annual income was less than $15,000 had no bank account. Nationwide, 7.7% of people in the United States did not have bank accounts, with levels over 20% in some cities and rural counties, and over 40% in some census tracts, as of 2016.
As part of its Smart Nation initiative, Singapore has been moving towards a cashless economy. In 2017, 14.4% of the country's population was over 65 years old, and the majority of seniors still used cash as their only method of payment. Not used to digital payment methods, troubleshooting issues such as managing lost cards or passwords and managing their expenses can create potential trouble for anyone transitioning from cash.
Digital fraud
When payment transactions are stored in servers, it increases the risks of unauthorized breaches by hackers. Financial cyber-attacks and digital crime also form a greater risk when going cashless. Many companies already suffer data breaches, including payment systems.Electronic accounts are vulnerable to unauthorized access and transfer of funds to another account or unauthorized purchases.
Attacks on or accidental outages of telecommunication infrastructure also prevent electronic payments from working, unlike cash transactions which can continue with minimal infrastructure.
Centralized control
Opponents point out that an entirely cashless system, in addition to tracking all transactions, would enable a central government to:
Enforce a transaction tax on every person-to-person payment
Eliminate the storage of cash as a means to escape nominal negative interest rates, which are used to fight deflation by discouraging savings (most effective if combined with bans on barter, private currencies like bitcoin, and storage of precious metals like gold). Certain types of money could be set to "expire" and be worthless if not spent in specific ways or by specific times. This is also possible with cash if the government allows high inflation or lets its currency undergo a devaluation.
Criticism in Sweden
Sweden is one of the best examples of the results of efforts to create a cashless society. Sweden is exceptional in that the amount of cash in circulation has reduced substantially. Swedish society changed profoundly from 2000 to 2017 due to attempts to replace all cash with digital payment methods.

BUYER PROPERTY IN DUBAI

A NOC is the abbreviation of No Objection Certificate, also known as a No objection letter UAE. It's a legal document that any agency, company, organization, or institution may issue, and even in certain cases, an individual may issue it too.
What are DLD fees in Dubai?
Government Fees

Abu Dhabi vs Dubai
One of the major differences between Abu Dhabi and Dubai is that Dubai has successfully marketed itself, compared to Abu Dhabi, which is why we have heard so little about Abu Dhabi compared to Dubai. Dubai is well established in terms of overseas investment interests and the property market, but Abu Dhabi is getting more appeal than Dubai in terms of long-term investment plans. Experts predict that Abu Dhabi real estate prices are growing and expanding. Dubai’s real estate market, when compared to Abu Dhabi, is overpriced, whereas Abu Dhabi is considered to have significant room for growth, and is competitively more expensive than London real estate. Abu Dhabi has a stricter legal system when compared to Dubai.
Abu Dhabi is a much calmer, more traditional city and more family and community-led than Dubai. There’s more focus on a good work-life balance here in the capital. “The best part of living in the UAE is the quality of life and the opportunities that living here affords us. Other bonuses are the good weather (if a touch on the hot side for a large part of the year!), central location for travel and access to affordable services — dry cleaning pick-up and delivery anyone?! It’s small things like these that make a very big difference.
“Dubai is great for shopping and it’s great to have it down the road, but I’m much happier now in Abu Dhabi. We loved Dubai and it’s great when you just want to have some fun, but all the action can get a bit much after a while.”
Dubai is known for its party scenes and nightlife, whereas Abu Dhabi nights are quieter and more peaceful. Abu Dhabi has beautiful parks, wider roads with high buildings, and tree-lined streets, whereas Dubai has shopping malls, awesome late-night fun, and is very noisy. Both of the cities have over-crowded traffic hours and traffic jams, and a growing number of accidents is occurring on Dubai roads.
The temperatures of both the cities is almost the same, and they are only two hours away from each other. Abu Dhabi is traditional, whereas Dubai has a western touch, and it is a cosmopolitan state of UAE. Tourists prefer Dubai for holidays and leisure, whereas Abu Dhabi is preferred for residential purposes. Dubai is much busier than Abu Dhabi, and the population is less than that of Dubai. If we compare food expenses, Abu Dhabi again beats Dubai, because you can eat the same food at a much cheaper rate in Abu Dhabi. If you want to inter travel between the cities, a cab is the first choice for tourists. It is easy to get a cab from Abu Dhabi to Dubai, but quite difficult to find a cab and go back to Abu Dhabi from Dubai.
Abu Dhabi holds more than eighty percent of the land of UAE, and is considered to be richer than Dubai. It is small, but has more political importance than Dubai, because it is the capital of UAE. Abu Dhabi is rich in oil, and its net income levels are higher, and still on the rise when compared to Dubai.
Summary:
1. Abu Dhabi is the capital of UAE, and holds more political significance.
2. Dubai is busy and overcrowded, with higher living expenses than Abu Dhabi.
3. Dubai is the business hub of many national and international companies.
4. Abu Dhabi is richer, and its net income level growth rate is higher than Dubai’s.
5. Dubai has more influence from western culture, whereas Abu Dhabi holds more traditional values.
Many theories have been proposed as to the origin of the word "Dubai". One theory suggests the word used to be the souq in Ba. An Arabic proverb says "Daba Dubai" (Arabic: دبا دبي), meaning "They came with a lot of money. According to Fedel Handhal, a scholar on the UAE's history and culture, the word Dubai may have come from the word daba (Arabic: دبا) (a past tense derivative of yadub (Arabic: يدب), which means "to creep"), referring to the slow flow of Dubai Creek inland. The poet and scholar Ahmad Mohammad Obaid traces it to the same word but to its alternative meaning of "baby locust" (Arabic: جراد) due to the abundance of locusts in the area before settlement.

VIOLENT CRIME IN AMERICA SURGING?
Crime in the United States has been recorded since the early 1600s. Crime rates have varied over time, with a sharp rise after 1900 and reaching a broad bulging peak between the 1970s and early 1990s. After 1994, crime rates began to fall year by year. This trend lasted until 2015, where crime rates began to rise slightly. This reversed in 2018 and 2019, but violent crime increased significantly again in 2020. Despite the increase in violent crime, particularly murders, between 2020 and 2021, the quantity of overall crime is still far below the peak of crime seen in the United States during the late 1980s and early 1990s, as other crimes such as rape, property crime and robbery continued to decline.
Statistics on specific crimes are indexed in the annual Uniform Crime Reports by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and by annual National Crime Victimization Surveys by the Bureau of Justice Statistics. In addition to the primary Uniform Crime Report known as Crime in the United States, the FBI publishes annual reports on the status of law enforcement in the United States. The report's definitions of specific crimes are considered standard by many American law enforcement agencies. According to the FBI, index crime in the United States includes violent crime and property crime. Violent crime consists of five criminal offenses: murder and non-negligent manslaughter, rape, robbery, aggravated assault, and gang violence; property crime consists of burglary, larceny, motor vehicle theft, and arson.
The basic aspect of a crime considers the offender, the victim, type of crime, severity, and level, and location. These are the basic questions asked by law enforcement when first investigating any situation. This information is formatted into a government record by a police arrest report, also known as an incident report. These forms layout all the information needed to put the crime in the system and it provides a strong outline for further law enforcement agents to review. Society has a strong misconception about crime rates due to media aspects heightening their fear factor.[6] The system's crime data fluctuates by crime depending on certain influencing social factors such as economics, the dark figure of crime, population, and geography.[6]
A violent crime, violent felony, the crime of violence, or crime of a violent nature is a crime in which an offender or perpetrator uses or threatens to use harmful force upon a victim. This entails both crimes in which the violent act is the objective, such as murder, assault, rape, and assassination, as well as crimes in which violence is used as a method of coercion or show of force, such as robbery, extortion, and terrorism. Violent crimes may, or may not, be committed with weapons. Depending on the jurisdiction, violent crimes may be regarded with varying severities from homicide to harassment.
Violent criminals who use hostile acts towards others include murderers, active shooters, kidnappers, rapists, burglars, muggers, and torturers. Another category of violent criminals is pirates and hijackers of cars or aircraft. Criminal organizations, gangsters, and drug cartels frequently employ violent criminals in their group, usually as enforcers or hitmen. Violent criminals often display characteristics such as low anger threshold, disinhibition/absence of impulsivity control, strong dominance/territorial instinct, antisocial personality, psychological/mental health issues, and aggressive tendencies which enable them to carry out usually violent acts.
In 2011, surveys indicated more than 5.8 million violent victimizations and 17.1 million property victimizations took place in the United States; according to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, each property victimization corresponded to one household, while violent victimizations in the number of victims of a violent crime.

ADEQUAN THE "HOLY GRAIL" FOR JOINT & INFLAMMATION HEALTH?
NUMBER 11 OF MY 44 PEARLS FOR HEALTH & FITNESS. I AM NOT A DOCTOR AND THIS IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. I HAVE PERSONALLY USED THIS PRODUCT FOR OVER 9 YEARS! WITH GREAT RESULTS.
Adequan® was approved in the mid-1980s and that Legend® was approved not too long thereafter, there’s certainly been plenty of time to get the products approved for use in human medicine. Adequan/Arteparon is a substance available to combat joint pain. They are the same substance only named differently because one is for humans (Arteparon) and one for animals (Adequan) and both are registered brand names. They are available as an oral (hard to find) a IM injectable and a IA injectable (easy to find under Adequan). One of the older, injectable steroids, is Adequan, an intramuscular joint treatment/supplement. Adequan is mainly used to reduce pain and inflammation and help repair the damaged joint. Adequan is very popular for the treatment of horses, dogs, and cats but bodybuilders haven't found it that useful. Adequan is very useful in other sports besides bodybuilding. If there is an increased risk of joint injury in a particular sport, you will probably find Adequan in use. Adequan was originally designed to be given to racehorses to help them heal from joint injuries. Due to the fact that Adequan has been around for countless years, it was not unforeseen that newer steroid treatments and therapies have been conceived.
Adequan
Chemical Name: Polysulfated Glycosaminoglycan (PSGAG)Drug Class: Injury Repair AgentAdequan is a water-based injectable which has been available for a long time for the purposes of joint repair, but never really caught on in the bodybuilding world. In the world of athletics, it was rumored that a very good international rugby team (with a low injury rate) was using loads of Adequan. This seemed to make sense because while it was not approved at that time for human use, the country that team was from had a very big market for horse racing…and that’s what Adequan was originally used for repairing joint injuries for injured racehorses. Aflutop, another joint remedy, is more widely available and has recently replaced Adequan on the underground market, for the most part- but that doesn’t mean that Adequan isn’t worth looking into. Some say adequan works better. It depends which one you have access to.
Although Adequan works well to improve traumatic joint injuries, it seems much better at improving degenerative or long-term, joint problems. It works well enough for either, though. When we look at treating joint problems, a lot of times we immediately look to NSAIDs (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory stuff like aspirin, etc...) to be used in conjunction with physical therapy, but that’s not the optimal treatment according to current research. Although the aspirin (or other NSAIDs) will help with pain, it could delay the recovery time. Adequan doesn’t and actually helps to improve range of motion and flexion as well as being able to increase synovial fluid. In all treated subjects in test studies, Adequan improved their joint injuries.
When recovering from an injury, in one study, a side effect of Adequan was that IM administration of 500mgs E4D for 12 weeks produced a 13.5% increase in body weight! Whether that was a “true” anabolic effect, or just increased weight gained by recovering from an injury- is unclear.
A reasonable protocol for joint recovery using Adequan is 125mgs, via intramuscular injection near the affected joint, every 4 days should suffice. This protocol should be followed for at least 28 days or longer.
FAST ACCESS TO THE JOINTS: Beneficial levels of Adequan are already at work in all major joints within two hours after intramuscular injection, with even greater uptake (up to 73% higher) in joint tissues that are inflamed or diseased. LONG-TERM EFFECTS: Adequan relieves the pain and disability of joint damage, and the relief has been shown to last up to 6 months or longer. BREAKS THE DESTRUCTIVE CYCLE: Adequan binds to damaged cartilage and boosts cartilage metabolism, facilitating repair processes. At the same time, it blocks the action of destructive enzymes that promote joint inflammation, breaks down the synovial fluid, and attack the cartilage. RENEWS THE JOINT FLUID: Adequan stimulates the synovial membrane to manufacture new synovial fluid to replace the thin, degraded fluid of joint disease. By doing so, Adequan helps lubricate, nourish, and clean the cartilage.
Administration: An initial 8-dose series is recommended: 2 mg/lb intramuscularly twice a week for four weeks. Adequan is packaged in 5 mL (100 mg/mL or 500mg/ml) multidose vials .
How long will it take to see results with Adequan?
You may see significant improvement by the second or third injection and maximal benefits are seen after the entire, eight-injection treatment course is completed. In clinical studies, 78.5 percent of humans and canines that responded to Adequan were still improved six months later.

NATIONAL RENT REVIEW
In this video, we want to delve into the current state of the national rental market.
There are many possible reasons for renting instead of buying, for example:
In many jurisdictions (including India, Spain, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States) rent paid in a trade or business is tax-deductible, whereas rent on a dwelling is not tax-deductible in most jurisdictions.
Financial inadequacy, such as renting a house when one is unable to purchase, i.e "renting by necessity".
Reducing financial risk due to depreciation and transaction costs, especially for real estate which might be needed only for a short amount of time.
When something is needed only temporarily, as in the case of a special tool, a truck or a skip.
When something is needed that may or may not be already owned but is not in proximity for use, such as renting an automobile or bicycle when away on a trip.
Needing a cheaper alternative to buying, such as renting a movie: a person is unwilling to pay the full price for a movie, so they rent it for a lesser price but give up the chance to view it again later.
The tenant may want to leave the burden of upkeep of the property (mowing the lawn, shovelling snow, etc.) to the owner or his agents.
There is no need to worry about lifespan and maintenance.
Renting keeps off-balance-sheet the debt that would burden the balance sheet of a company in case the property would have been bought.
Renting is good for the environment if products are used more efficiently by maximizing utility rather than being disposed of, overproduced, and underutilized.[1]
Risks aside, renting has the potential to generate a regular stream of revenue for the owner. The more the churn (the number of times the item is rented out) the higher the income. Eventually, the rental income crosses the product procurement value, and every churn post that becomes a profit for the owner
Renting often also becomes an alternate revenue pool for idle inventory vs. overly depending on a stagnant / slowing retailing business environment
Short-term rental of all sorts of products (excluding real estate and holiday apartments) already represents an estimated €108 billion ($160 billion) annual market in Europe and is expected to grow further as the internet makes it easier to find specific items available for rent.[2] According to a poll by YouGov, 76% of people looking to rent would go to the internet first to find what they need; rising to 88% for those aged.
It has been widely reported that the financial crisis of 2007–2010 may have contributed to the rapid growth of online rental marketplaces, such as erento, as consumers are more likely to consider renting instead of buying in times of financial hardship. Environmental concerns, fast depreciation of goods, and a more transient workforce also mean that consumers are increasingly searching for rentals online.
A 2010 US survey found 27% of renters plan to never buy a home.
There is typically an implied, explicit, or written rental agreement or contract involved to specify the terms of the rental, which are regulated and managed under contract law.
Examples include letting out real estate (real property) for the purpose of housing tenure (where the tenant rents a residence to live in), parking space for a vehicle(s), storage space, whole or portions of properties for business, agricultural, institutional, or government use, or other reasons.
When renting real estate, the person(s) or party who lives in or occupies the real estate is often called a tenant, paying rent to the owner of the property, often called a landlord (or landlady). The real estate rented may be all or part of almost any real estate, such as an apartment, house, building, business office(s) or suite, land, farm, or merely an inside or outside space to park a vehicle or store things all under Real estate law.
The tenancy agreement for real estate is often called a lease and usually involves specific property rights in real property, as opposed to chattels.
In India, the rental income on property is taxed under the head "income from house property". A deduction of 30% is allowed from total rent which is charged to tax.
The time use of a chattel or other so-called "personal property" is covered under general contract law, but the term lease also nowadays extends to long-term rental contracts of more expensive non-Real properties such as automobiles, boats, planes, office equipment, and so forth. The distinction, in that case, is long-term versus short-term rentals. Some non-real properties commonly available for rent or lease are:

USING DMT TO TREAT SUBSTANCE ABUSE & ADDICTION PROBLEMS
ENTHEON BIOMEDICAL CORP IS LOOKING INTO NONTRADITIONAL APPROACHES TO TREAT ADDICTION/SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROBLEMS. INTERESTING SMALL-CAP COMPANY WITH POSSIBLE SOLID UPSIDE POTENTIAL.
Entheon Biomedical Corp. ENTBF: Trading at 0.29….. Operates as a biotechnology research and development company. The Company focuses on developing and commercializing DMT-based psychedelic therapeutic products for treating addiction and substance use disorders. Entheon Biomedical serves clients worldwide.
N,N-Dimethyltryptamine (DMT or N,N-DMT) is a substituted tryptamine that occurs in many plants and animals and which is both a derivative and a structural analog of tryptamine.[3] It is used as a recreational psychedelic drug and prepared by various cultures for ritual purposes as an entheogen.
DMT has a rapid onset, intense effects, and a relatively short duration of action. For those reasons, DMT was known as the "business trip" during the 1960s in the United States, as a user could access the full depth of a psychedelic experience in considerably less time than with other substances such as LSD or psilocybin mushrooms.[5] DMT can be inhaled, ingested, or injected and its effects depend on the dose, as well as the chosen mode of administration. When inhaled or injected, the effects last a short period of time: about five to 15 minutes. Effects can last three hours or more when orally ingested along with an MAOI, such as the ayahuasca brew of many native Amazonian tribes.[6] DMT can produce vivid "projections" of mystical experiences involving euphoria and dynamic hallucinations of geometric forms.
DMT is a functional analog and structural analog of other psychedelic tryptamines such as O-acetylpsilocin (4-AcO-DMT), 5-MeO-DMT, psilocybin (4-PO-DMT), psilocin (4-HO-DMT), and bufotenin (5-HO-DMT). The structure of DMT occurs within some important biomolecules like serotonin and melatonin, making them structural analogs of DMT.
DMT is produced in many species of plants often in conjunction with its close chemical relatives 5-methoxy-N,N-dimethyltryptamine (5-MeO-DMT) and bufotenin (5-OH-DMT).[8] DMT-containing plants are commonly used in indigenous Amazonian shamanic practices. It is usually one of the main active constituents of the drink ayahuasca;[9][4] however, ayahuasca is sometimes brewed with plants that do not produce DMT. It occurs as the primary psychoactive alkaloid in several plants including Mimosa tenuiflora, Diplopterys cabrerana, and Psychotria viridis. DMT is found as a minor alkaloid in snuff made from Virola bark resin in which 5-MeO-DMT is the main active alkaloid.[8] DMT is also found as a minor alkaloid in bark, pods, and beans of Anadenanthera peregrina and Anadenanthera colubrina used to make Yopo and Vilca snuff, in which bufotenin is the main active alkaloid.[8][10] Psilocin and its precursor psilocybin, an active chemical in many psilocybin mushrooms, are structurally similar to DMT.
The psychotropic effects of DMT were first studied scientifically by the Hungarian chemist and psychologist Stephen Szára, who performed research with volunteers in the mid-1950s. Szára, who later worked for the United States National Institutes of Health, had turned his attention to DMT after his order for LSD from the Swiss company Sandoz Laboratories was rejected on the grounds that the powerful psychotropic could be dangerous in the hands of a communist country.
DMT is generally not active orally unless it is combined with a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) such as a reversible inhibitor of monoamine oxidase A (RIMA), for example, harmaline. Without an MAOI, the body quickly metabolizes orally administered DMT, and it, therefore, has no hallucinogenic effect unless the dose exceeds the body's monoamine oxidase's metabolic capacity. Other means of ingestion such as vaporizing, injecting, or insufflating the drug can produce powerful hallucinations for a short time (usually less than half an hour), as the DMT reaches the brain before it can be metabolized by the body's natural monoamine oxidase. Taking an MAOI prior to vaporizing or injecting DMT prolongs and potentiates the effects.
Dimethyltryptamine (DMT), an endogenous ligand of sigma-1 receptors (Sig-1Rs), acts against systemic hypoxia, Research demonstrates DMT reduces the number of apoptotic and ferroptotic cells in mammalian forebrain and supports astrocyte survival in an ischemic environment. According to these data, DMT may be considered as adjuvant pharmacological therapy in the management of acute cerebral ischemia.
Induced DMT experiences can include profound time-dilation, visual, auditory, tactile, and proprioceptive distortions and hallucinations, and other experiences that, by most firsthand accounts, defy verbal or visual description. Examples include perceiving hyperbolic geometry or seeing Escher-like impossible objects.

ELON MUSK THE END OF HUMANITY IS COMING?
IS THE END OF CIVILIZATION COMING?
SpaceX and Tesla founder Elon Musk has warned of the end of civilization. This American billionaire businessman has also expressed his concern over the global population due to the declining birth rate. The total number of people currently living on Earth is soon going to reach eight billion. Despite this, Musk believes that there are not enough people on Earth. He said that note down my words, it will definitely happen.
Elon Musk has a grim prediction for the future of humanity.
A “population bomb,” as he puts it, will go off in the coming decades, when an increasingly-elderly global population clashes with declining birth rates around the world. This isn’t the first time Musk talked about a worldwide collapse in human population, reports Business Insider, but now he’s elaborating to say that we’ll start to see the most dire effects by 2050.
According to a study by the renowned science journal The Lancet, the world population is expected to reach 9.7 billion in 2064. At the same time, many experts have predicted that the human population on Earth will fall to 8.8 billion by the year 2100. After this, the population of the earth will decrease further in the coming centuries.
Many people believe that many areas of the world are already carrying the burden of overpopulation. Quite the contrary, Elon Musk insists that we must continue to create new life now or face the consequences. Musk’s concern has also increased about the rapidly shrinking local population in America. He said please look at the figures. If people have no more children, civilization will crumble. Note down my words.
More people died than were born in half of all states last year, The Wall Street Journal reported, and early estimates show the U.S. population grew just 0.35 percent in the year ending July 1, 2020 — the lowest ever documented, according to the outlet.
Meanwhile, population growth this year is expected to remain flat. The Journal reported an estimated 300,000 fewer births in the U.S. this year as people are hesitant to have children amid the economic uncertainty associated with the pandemic.
Musk, a father of six, replied to a tweet earlier this month about fighting off population collapse.
"I’m trying to set a good example!" he said. "Population collapse is a much bigger problem than people realize and that’s just for Earth. Mars has a great need for people, seeing as the population is currently zero."
"Humans are the custodians of other life on Earth. Let us bring life to Mars!" he urged.
Musk and SpaceX have been working in partnership with NASA to develop a "human landing system" to send the first woman and first person of color to the moon, though Amazon founder Jeff Bezos' Blue Origin has not yet given up on working with the agency toward this goal.

BUILD-BACK-BETTER?

The Great Reset is the name of the 50th annual meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF), held in June 2020. It brought together high-profile business and political leaders, convened by Charles, Prince of Wales, and the WEF, with the theme of rebuilding society and the economy in what proponents believe is a sustainable way following the COVID-19 pandemic.[1]
WEF chief executive officer Klaus Schwab described three core components of the Great Reset: the first involves creating conditions for a "stakeholder economy"; the second component includes building in a more "resilient, equitable, and sustainable" way—based on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics which would incorporate more green public infrastructure projects; the third component is to "harness the innovations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution" for the public good.[2][3] In her keynote speech opening the dialogues, International Monetary Fund director Kristalina Georgieva listed three key aspects of the sustainable response: green growth, smarter growth, and fairer growth.[4][1] At the launch event for the Great Reset, Prince Charles listed key areas for action, similar to those listed in his Sustainable Markets Initiative, introduced in January 2020. These included the re-invigoration of science, technology, and innovation, a move towards net zero transitions globally, the introduction of carbon pricing, re-inventing longstanding incentive structures, rebalancing investments to include more green investments, and encouraging green public infrastructure projects.[1]
In June 2020, the theme of the January 2021 51st World Economic Forum Annual Meeting was announced as "The Great Reset", connecting both in-person and online global leaders in Davos, Switzerland with a multi-stakeholder network in 400 cities around the world.[5] The Great Reset was also to be the main theme of the WEF's summit in Lucerne in May 2021.[6]
According to The New York Times,[7] the BBC, The Guardian, Le Devoir, and Radio Canada, baseless conspiracy theories spread by American far-right groups linked to QAnon surged at the onset of the Great Reset forum and increased in fervor as leaders such as U.S. President Joe Biden and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau[8] incorporated ideas based on a "reset" in their speeches.
In June 2020, Klaus Schwab, who founded the World Economic Forum (WEF) in 1971 and is currently its CEO, described the three core components of the Great Reset.[2] The first includes creating conditions for a "stakeholder economy"; improving policies and agreements on taxes, regulations, fiscal policies, and trade to result in "fairer outcomes".[2] The second component addresses how the large-scale pandemic spending programs with private investments and pension funds could improve on the old system by building one that is more "resilient, equitable and sustainable" over the long term by "building green urban infrastructure and creating incentives for industries to improve their track record on environmental, social and governance (ESG) metrics". The third component of a Great Reset agenda is to "harness the innovations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution" for the public good.[2] A July 2020 non-fiction by Schwab and economist Thierry Malleret develops the plan in more detail.
According to Prince Charles, the economic recovery must put the world on a path to sustainability, which would include carbon pricing. Prince Charles emphasized that the private sector would be the main driver of the plan.[1] The market should adapt to the current reality by aiming for fairer results, ensuring that investments are aimed at mutual progress including accelerating ecologically friendly investments, and starting a fourth industrial revolution, creating digital economic and public infrastructure.[1]
According to Klaus Schwab, they would not change the economic system, but rather improve it to what he considers to be "responsible capitalism". WHAT IS RESPONSIBLE CAPITALISM?
The Brookings Institute described their three-point plan in response to the COVID-19 crisis; response, recovery and reset. For the near term, it involves response. In the medium term, this involves "rebuilding economic and social activity in a manner that protects public health, promotes societal healing and preserves the environment." The reset is for systems over the long term of establishing through our "collective imagination" a great reset; a "new equilibrium among political, economic, social and environmental systems toward common goals."

OMICRON & THE HOUSING MARKET
How will the omicron variant impact the housing market?
Healthcare experts think that Omicron is so weak that they do not need to trace the Omicron variant among the people. This is good news for those who believe that the Omicron will help with herd immunity. It’s bad news for Fauci and his political operatives pushing vaccinations. Scientists at Case Western Reserve University have preliminary evidence that the risk of being admitted to the hospital or the intensive care unit during the omicron surge in the U.S. is about half of the risk observed during the delta surge. And this reflects what doctors across the country are now seeing firsthand with their patients. SO WILL HAVE TO KEEP AN EYE ON IT.
Omicron (/ˈoʊmɪkrɒn, ˈɒmɪkrɒn, oʊˈmaɪkrɒn/; uppercase Ο, lowercase ο, όμικρον) is the 15th letter of the Greek alphabet. This letter is derived from the Phoenician letter ayin: Phoenician ayin.SVG. In classical Greek, omicron represented the sound [o] in contrast to omega [ɔː] and ου [oː]. In modern Greek, both omicron and omega represent the mid-back rounded vowel /o̞/. Letters that arose from omicron include Roman O and Cyrillic O. The word literally means "little O" (o Mikron) as opposed to "great O" (ō mega).[2] In the system of Greek numerals, omicron has a value of 70.
The big-O symbol introduced by Paul Bachmann in 1894 and popularized by Edmund Landau in 1909, originally standing for "order of" ("Ordnung") and being thus a Latin letter, was apparently viewed by Donald Knuth in 1976 as a capital Omicron, probably in reference to his definition of the symbol (capital) Omega. Neither Bachmann nor Landau ever calls it "Omicron", and the word "Omicron" appears just once in Knuth's paper: in the title.
There were several systems for writing numbers in Greek; the most common form used in late classical era used omicron (either upper or lower case) to represent the value 70.
More generally, the letter omicron is used to mark the fifteenth ordinal position in any Greek-alphabet marked list. So, for example, in Euclid's Elements, when various points in a geometric diagram are marked with letters, it is effectively the same as marking them with numbers, each letter representing the number of its place in the standard alphabet.
Omicron is used to designate the fifteenth star in a constellation group, its ordinal placement an irregular function of both magnitude and position.[4][5] Such stars include Omicron Andromedae, Omicron Ceti, and Omicron Persei.
In Claudius Ptolemy's (c. 100–170) Almagest, tables of sexagesimal numbers 1 ... 59 are represented in a conventional manner[c] for Greek numbers: ′α ... ′νθ . Since the letter omicron [which represents 70 (′ο) in the standard system] is not used in sexagesimal, it is re-purposed to represent an empty number cell. In some renditions, the cell was just left blank (nothing there = value is zero), but to avoid copying errors, positively marking a zero cell with omicron was preferred, in the same way, that blank cells in modern tables are filled with a dash (—). Both an omicron and a dash imply that "this isn't a mistake, the cell is actually supposed to be empty". By coincidence, the ancient zero-value omicron (ο) resembles a modern Hindu-Arabic zero.
The World Health Organization (WHO) uses the Greek alphabet to describe variants of concern of SARS‑CoV‑2, the virus which causes COVID-19.[6] On November 26, 2021, Omicron was assigned to the B.1.1.529 variant of concern.

LOS ANGELES TOP 7 NEIGHBORHOODS?
In this video, we will review 7 Neighborhoods in the city of Los Angeles. Many beautiful pockets in the City of Angels.....let's review
“The Road Not Taken” by Robert Frost
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
Robert Frost poetAnd sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves, no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
Los Angeles (US: Spanish: Los Ángeles, pronounced [los ˈaŋxeles], lit. 'The Angels'), referred to by its initials L.A. is the largest city in California. With a 2020 population of 3,898,747, it is the second-largest city in the United States, following New York City. Los Angeles is known for its Mediterranean climate, ethnic and cultural diversity, Hollywood film industry, and sprawling metropolitan area.
The City of Los Angeles lies in a basin in Southern California, adjacent to the Pacific Ocean, and extends through the Santa Monica Mountains and into the San Fernando Valley, covering a total of about 469 square miles (1,210 km2). It is the seat of Los Angeles County, which is the most populous county in the United States.
Home to the Chumash and Tongva indigenous peoples, the area that became Los Angeles was claimed by Juan Rodríguez Cabrillo for Spain in 1542. The city was founded on September 4, 1781, under Spanish governor Felipe de Neve, on the village of Yaanga.] It became a part of Mexico in 1821 following the Mexican War of Independence. In 1848, at the end of the Mexican–American War, Los Angeles and the rest of California were purchased as part of the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, and thus became part of the United States. Los Angeles was incorporated as a municipality on April 4, 1850, five months before California achieved statehood. The discovery of oil in the 1890s brought rapid growth to the city. The city was further expanded with the completion of the Los Angeles Aqueduct in 1913, which delivers water from Eastern California.
Los Angeles has a diverse and robust economy and hosts businesses in a broad range of professional and cultural fields. It also has the busiest container port in the Americas.[19] In 2018, the Los Angeles metropolitan area had a gross metropolitan product of over $1.0 trillion,[20] making it the city with the third-largest GDP in the world, after Tokyo and New York City. Los Angeles hosted the 1932 and 1984 Summer Olympics and will host the 2028 Summer Olympics.
The city of Los Angeles covers a total area of 502.7 square miles (1,302 km2), comprising 468.7 square miles (1,214 km2) of land and 34.0 square miles (88 km2) of water.[68] The city extends for 44 miles (71 km) north-south and for 29 miles (47 km) east-west. The perimeter of the city is 342 miles (550 km).
Los Angeles is both flat and hilly. The highest point in the city proper is Mount Lukens at 5,074 ft (1,547 m), located at the northeastern end of the San Fernando Valley. The eastern end of the Santa Monica Mountains stretches from Downtown to the Pacific Ocean and separates the Los Angeles Basin from the San Fernando Valley. Other hilly parts of Los Angeles include the Mt. Washington area north of Downtown, eastern parts such as Boyle Heights, the Crenshaw district around the Baldwin Hills, and the San Pedro district.
Surrounding the city are much higher mountains. Immediately to the north lie the San Gabriel Mountains, which is a popular recreation area for Angelenos. Its high point is Mount San Antonio, locally known as Mount Baldy, which reaches 10,064 feet (3,068 m). Further afield, the highest point in the Greater Los Angeles area is San Gorgonio Mountain, with a height of 11,503 feet (3,506 m).
The Los Angeles River, which is largely seasonal, is the primary drainage channel. It was straightened and lined in 51 miles (82 km) of concrete by the Army Corps of Engineers to act as a flood control channel. The river begins in the Canoga Park district of the city, flows east from the San Fernando Valley along the north edge of the Santa Monica Mountains, and turns south through the city center, flowing to its mouth in the Port of Long Beach at the Pacific Ocean. The smaller Ballona Creek flows into the Santa Monica Bay at Playa del Rey.

GOVERNOR GAVIN NEWSON DOUBLES YOUR TAXES?
A new healthcare proposal that would nearly double California’s tax revenue has the potential to push more people out of the state.
The ambitious legislative proposal would create a single-payer healthcare system and use the increased taxes to fund it. While the legislation faces an uphill battle, Gov. Gavin Newsom has publicly voiced support for single-payer systems in the past. He has yet to weigh in on the new legislation.
Jared Walczak, vice president of state projects at the Tax Foundation, told the Washington Examiner that if passed, the legislation would amount to a $163 billion per year tax increase that would effectively double state collections. That increased revenue comes with a cost, though, one borne by taxpayers that could push residents to lower-tax states.
“You would expect to see a substantial exodus of businesses and middle- and high-income earners,” Walczak said of California if the tax-and-spend proposal were to become law.
“Migration out of states like California and New York has been persistent. Every year, we see an out-migration from these states and high levels of in-migration to some of the lowest-taxed states,” Walczak said. He made the point that these are long-term trends, as a sizable number of people temporarily relocated to different states during the pandemic because of the ability to work remotely.
But does this legislation have a chance of becoming law?
The dramatic change is likely to face an uphill battle given that it would require a constitutional amendment (and thus a supermajority of the Legislature), as well as the support of voters, as it would end up on the ballot. While Democrats control both chambers and the single-payer legislation already made it through committee, some of the more centrist members may not throw their weight behind such a drastic change to the state’s tax code.
Business groups such as the California Chamber of Commerce are already fighting against the changes and will lobby the public to vote down the tax changes should the proposal make it to ballot boxes. The chamber has said that even with the tax hikes, the CalCare system would still be too costly.
California taxes would rise again to pay for Newsom universal health care, including for illegal immigrants
A tax hike on people and businesses that earn more than $149,509 a year to support the program is progressing through the state legislature
California Gov. Gavin Newsom is hoping to make his state the first to offer universal health care to all residents, but it would mean raising taxes to help pay for it.
Newsom announced the plan Tuesday, stating that he wants to provide coverage for everyone living in the state, including illegal immigrants.
CALIFORNIA GOV. GAVIN NEWSOM OUTLAWS PRICE GOUGING ON-AT-HOME COVID-19 TESTS
"Here in the largest state in our union, the state of California, we are positioned with this budget to be able to deliver on what we’ve been promoting: universal health care for all, regardless of the pre-existing condition, regardless of the ability to pay and regardless of your immigration status," he said.
The Democratic governor also had a message for those who oppose such a move, claiming, "We have universal health care in this state, in this country, but it’s only on the back end. It’s called the emergency room and it’s costing you, the taxpayer, a fortune."
Newsom said his plan is for this to take effect in January 2024 if approved.
"We said we were going to do it," Newsom said. "We said it would take a few years. We're committed to doing it."
The Democratic governor said his state's budget surplus would help in paying for the program, which Newsom said is estimated to cost upward of $2 billion.
The rest would come from raising taxes. Assemblyman Kevin Kiley, a Republican who is now running for Congress, has railed against state legislation that aims to raise state taxes a total of $163 billion to pay for health care. On Tuesday, he confirmed that the Assembly’s Health Committee approved a single-payer health care measure by a vote of 11-3. The new taxes would be imposed on individuals and businesses earning more than $149,509 a year.
"Gov. Newsom spent hours at the podium reveling in his $286 billion budget," Kiley tweeted. "That's up to $100 billion in five years. I've never seen anyone so gleeful about lighting cash on fire."

BIDEN : EXECUTIVE ORDER REGULATE CRYPTOCURRENCY?
The directive will ask federal agencies to determine the risks and opportunities posed by digital assets.
Before U.S. President Joe Biden signed the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act into law in November, many groups spoke out against a provision that broadens the tax code’s definition of “broker.” But there is another hidden cryptocurrency provision in this new law that amends part of the tax code in a way that will greatly expand financial surveillance, criminalize certain cryptocurrency transactions and, in my view, violate the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
The directive would place the White House in a central role overseeing efforts to set policies and regulate digital assets, Bloomberg reported.
Federal agencies have already been studying or providing regulatory guidance around the digital asset sector for years.
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Securities and Exchange Commission and Commodity Futures Trading Commission have issued guidance letters, informal statements, and public rule-making efforts to direct how different aspects of the crypto industry should comply with federal law. But these efforts have not been coordinated in a single document or by one agency.
Biden Administration senior officials have met multiple times to discuss the directive, which will be presented to the president in the next few weeks, according to Bloomberg.
The Biden administration reportedly is preparing an executive order concerning cryptocurrencies, to be issued as early as sometime in February 2022. In preparation, various federal agencies are assessing the risks and opportunities posed by digital currencies, and senior administration officials have held a series of meetings on the matter, sources indicate.1
The news about the executive order emerged a day after the Federal Reserve Board (FRB) released a discussion paper that explores the pros and cons of creating a central bank digital currency (CBDC) for the U.S., which seeks public comment through May 20, 2022. The White House apparently is looking to seize the initiative, taking a central role in setting U.S. government policy on cryptocurrencies.
Federal agencies reportedly have been studying digital currencies and possible policy and regulatory responses to them for several years, but not in a concerted and coordinated fashion. Meanwhile, this fragmented effort and the attendant lack of clarity about the overall direction of U.S. policy have been a source of frustration to participants in the growing cryptocurrency market. Also, some observers are concerned that decisions by other major nations to issue CBDCs may threaten the dominance of the U.S. dollar in the global economy.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
1. The Biden administration reportedly is preparing an executive order regarding cryptocurrencies.
2. Key goal of the order is to develop a coordinated policy response from all agencies and departments within the U.S. federal government.
3. Maintaining U.S. leadership in the global economy is another goal.
4. The order may be issued as early as February 2022.
5. News about the order came a day after the Fed released a report on the pros and cons of creating a U.S. central bank digital currency (CBDC).

KIDNEY STUFF FOR HEALTH & FITNESS
NUMBER 10 OF MY 44 PEARLS FOR HEALTH & FITNESS!
We Have Not Long to Love
BY TENNESSEE WILLIAMS:
We have not long to love.
Light does not stay.
The tender things are those
we fold away.
Coarse fabrics are the ones
for common wear.
In silence, I have watched you
comb your hair.
Intimate the silence,
dim and warm.
I could but did not, reach
to touch your arm.
I could, but do not, break
that which is still.
(Almost the faintest whisper
would be shrill.)
So moments pass as though
they wished to stay.
We have not long to love.
A night. A day...
The kidneys are two reddish-brown bean-shaped organs found in vertebrates. They are located on the left and right in the retroperitoneal space, and in adults, humans are about 12 centimeters (4+1⁄2 inches) in length. They receive blood from the paired renal arteries; blood exits into the paired renal veins. Each kidney is attached to a ureter, a tube that carries excreted urine to the bladder.
The kidney participates in the control of the volume of various body fluids, fluid osmolality, acid-base balance, various electrolyte concentrations, and removal of toxins. Filtration occurs in the glomerulus: one-fifth of the blood volume that enters the kidneys is filtered. Examples of substances reabsorbed are solute-free water, sodium, bicarbonate, glucose, and amino acids. Examples of substances secreted are hydrogen, ammonium, potassium, and uric acid. The nephron is the structural and functional unit of the kidney. Each adult human kidney contains around 1 million nephrons, while a mouse kidney contains only about 12,500 nephrons. The kidneys also carry out functions independent of the nephrons. For example, they convert a precursor of vitamin D to its active form, calcitriol; and synthesize the hormones erythropoietin and renin.
Chronic kidney disease (CKD) has been recognized as a leading public health problem worldwide. The global estimated prevalence of CKD is 13.4%, and patients with kidney failure needing renal replacement therapy are estimated between 5 and 7 million. Procedures used in the management of kidney disease include chemical and microscopic examination of the urine (urinalysis), measurement of kidney function by calculating the estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) using the serum creatinine; and kidney biopsy and CT scan to evaluate for abnormal anatomy. Dialysis and kidney transplantation are used to treat kidney failure; one (or both sequentially) of these are almost always used when renal function drops below 15%. Nephrectomy is frequently used to cure renal cell carcinoma.
Renal physiology is the study of kidney function. Nephrology is the medical specialty that addresses diseases of kidney function: these include CKD, nephritic and nephrotic syndromes, acute kidney injury, and pyelonephritis. Urology addresses diseases of kidney (and urinary tract) anatomy: these include cancer, renal cysts, kidney stones, ureteral stones, and urinary tract obstruction. The word “renal” is an adjective meaning “relating to the kidneys”, and its roots are French or late Latin. Whereas according to some opinions, "renal" should be replaced with "kidney" in scientific writings such as "kidney artery", other experts have advocated preserving the use of renal as appropriate including in "renal artery"
In humans, the kidneys are located high in the abdominal cavity, one on each side of the spine, and lie in a retroperitoneal position at a slightly oblique angle. The asymmetry within the abdominal cavity, caused by the position of the liver, typically results in the right kidney being slightly lower and smaller than the left and being placed slightly more to the middle than the left kidney. The left kidney is approximately at the vertebral level T12 to L3, and the right is slightly lower. The right kidney sits just below the diaphragm and posterior to the liver. The left kidney sits below the diaphragm and posterior to the spleen. On top of each kidney is an adrenal gland. The upper parts of the kidneys are partially protected by the 11th and 12th ribs. Each kidney, with its adrenal gland, is surrounded by two layers of fat: the perirenal fat present between renal fascia and renal capsule and pararenal fat superior to the renal fascia.
The kidney is a bean-shaped structure with a convex and concave border. A recessed area on the concave border is the renal hilum, where the renal artery enters the kidney, and the renal vein and ureter leave. The kidney is surrounded by tough fibrous tissue, the renal capsule, which is itself surrounded by perirenal fat, renal fascia, and pararenal fat. The anterior (front) surface of these issues is the peritoneum, while the posterior (rear) surface is the transversal fascia.
The superior pole of the right kidney is adjacent to the liver. The left kidney is next to the spleen. Both, therefore, move down upon inhalation.
