Amazing Meat-Eating Probiotic
Amazing Meat-Eating Probiotic Wade Lightheart
Animal protein delivers so many health benefits. It's sad that some, as they age, find it hard to digest. They avoid meat, poultry, pork and even fish because they just feel it laying there in their stomachs for what seems like hours. There exists a very special probiotics that, on its own, can digest meat all by itself. In fact we will link you to a time lapse video of it doing it so you can see for yourself. If you're someone who has shied away from eating meats, or you want to get more amino acids from the meats you're already eating, this interview is important to you.

Antibiotics & Microbiome: Separating Athletes from Couch Potatoes
Antibiotics & Microbiome: Separating Athletes from Couch Potatoes Dr. Theodore Garland, PhD, - Dr. Monica McNamara, PhD
New research demonstrates that by killing essential gut bacteria, antibiotics ravage athletes’ motivation and endurance. The UC Riverside-led mouse study suggests the microbiome is a big factor separating athletes from couch potatoes. “We believed an animal’s collection of gut bacteria, its microbiome, would affect digestive processes and muscle function, as well as motivation for various behaviors, including exercise,”

The 5x5 Lanore Protocol + Could Phytoestrogens Actually Be Good For You? Jim Keen - Logan Christopher
Carl started training on an ARX Alpha almost 3 months ago and the changes in his body are obvious to anyone paying attention? Could Using Your Own Stem Cells for Arthritis Actually Cause More Harm than Good?
Could Using Your Own Stem Cells for Arthritis Actually Cause More Harm than Good? Dr. Elizabeth Yurth, MD
Osteoarthritis, we have learned, has more to do with inflammation than mechanical loading. Obesity is a driver of chronic inflammation and the severely obese and inflamed develop osteoarthritis in non-load-bearing joints like fingers and the cervical spine as an example. Stem cell therapy is being touted as a viable treatment. And mire and more physicians are opting for stem cells extracted right from the patient themselves as opposed to embryonic tissues, fetal tissues, and differentiated somatic cells sources. Is there an inherent potential problem when using the patients own stem cells?

Anabolic Steroids in the Treatment of Disease States
Anabolic Steroids in the Treatment of Disease States Dr. George Touliatos, MD
While anabolic steroids are exclusively thought of appearance and performance enhancing drugs (APED’s) they serve some amazing life-saving and health-improving roles in a variety of disease states. But few physicians will prescribe them due to the sports doping stigma and that’s very sad. We discuss the various roles of anabolic steroids and their therapeutic effects in a variety of disease states and why more physicians should have the courage to prescribe them.

Glioblastoma; Paving the Way Toward Future Treatments PLUS A Conversation with Robert Patton
Glioblastoma; Paving the Way Toward Future Treatments PLUS A Conversation with Robert Patton Andrew Scarborough, BSc (Hons), PgCert - Isabella Cooper- FnDNutr., BSc (Hons), AFHEA, AMRSB, AfENDO
Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most common and aggressive malignant brain tumour in adults. The standard of care at diagnosis includes surgical resection, radiation, and chemotherapy. Little progress has been made to improve outcomes, with a median survival of 12 months from diagnosis.
One emerging strategy that differs from conventional GBM therapies is metabolic pathway targeting. At present there has yet to be any research outlining a metabolic phenotype of disease via observation of key biomarkers. To pave the way for future studies, it is key to establish what metabolic dysregulation looks like in a cohort of GBM patients to direct interventions. PLUS Necessity is the mother of invention they say. And sometimes the most obvious things are the path to the greatest changes.

Reversing Atrophy with Prolotherapy and PRP; New Study
Reversing Atrophy with Prolotherapy and PRP; New Study Adam Girmann MD Candidate
Injury, especially to nerve innervation, can cause a rapid degradation to muscle referred to as atrophy. Having a leg in a cast for a couple months makes a muscle shrink by up to 40% quickly. For a bodybuilder this is tragic. The rapid loss of hard-earned muscle can derail a career. Regaining that muscle may not happen if the nerves are damaged permanently. This new study shows the possibility of a work-around that may not even require working the muscle. And may even preserve muscle and halt atrophy.

Powerful Protein-digesting Enzymes FREE BOTTLE
Powerful Protein-digesting Enzymes FREE BOTTLE Wade Lightheart
Everyone talks about the quality of different protein sources. But no one talks about the ability of your body to break-down those proteins to unlock all those critical amino acids. The amino acids we extract from the high quality proteins we strive to eat aren't being delivered. But that all changes with the addition of this powerful protein digesting enzyme blend. You'll squeeze every drop of what's important about eating protein out of every meal. And today we are giving you an opportunity to get a free bottle just to prove it to you. I have been using this enzyme blend for the past 3 years with EVERY meal and, while I train very hard, the fuel to continue to build muscle at 64 is definitely being effected by this enzyme blend. Fact!

The Carl Lanore method of using the ARX Machine
I don’t think anybody uses their ARX machine the way I do but perhaps I’m wrong. I approach it as a power lifter. I do body parts splits with a 5 x 5 methodology. The ARX machine allows me to literally do five sets of five reps and each of those reps experiencing a one rep maximum condition. There is nothing like the ARX machine today. Gravity based weights, plate based machines, bands, none of it can do with this machine can do. You are literally fighting against the 25 hp motor. When I talk about risk in the video what I really mean is the sense of risk because you’re never at any risk with the ARX machine because you can simply stop pushing. Go to http://ARXfit.com and find an ARX machine near you to try today.

Caution! Nutritional Inadequacies of "Plant Burgers" Plus Quality Beef, Step By Step Dr. Stephen van Vliet, Ph.D. - Wes Ruff
The impossible burger claims to provide the same nutritional elements as real beef. This has raised questions of whether plant-based meat alternatives represent proper nutritional replacements to animal meat. PLUS Raising beef that's actually better for the planet than growing crops. Is it possible? Not only is it possible but it's being done and the MSM won't tell you about it.
