Zeus is perplexed by a cardboard game, where he has to try and grab what is inside the holes.. Every time he sticks his paws into one of the cardboard holes, he comes up empty. It’s dinner time for Zeus, but instead of walking around the box sidewall and get in the box to eat directly from his bowl, Zeus decides to approach the side of the box, lean over the top and balance his contorted body as he eats. Can you believe that? A cat so lazy, that he can’t even take five or six more steps to eat like a normal cat. Of course, Zeus just thinks he’s totally cool doing this; showing off for the camera. Typical Zeus.

Zeus The Cat, while in a deep sleep dreaming of piles of cat food and wild neighborhood adventures, is suddenly startled and awakened! "What the '#&%@' was THAT!?? Oh well, back to sleep......" Zeus brushes it off and goes back to his deep sleeping, dreaming of more piles of cat food, piled a mile high. Zeus enjoys an Uber ride to the airport, where he plans to board a plane headed for Tahiti for a well deserved, relaxing vacation on a beach, sipping on mai-tai's for his Christmas break. After Zeus raked some leaves up into a pile in the middle of the yard, he decides to have a little fun. So he sets himself, wiggles his rear end back and forth in anticipation, and makes a spectacular leap right into the leaf pile. Elated with his jump, he says to himself, "I hope SOMEBODY got that on camera! That was awesome!" Then he remembers...... "I have to bag all these leaves by sundown. Ugh!" Zeus and I ended up playing a little game of "Cat and Mouse" when it was time for him to go inside for the evening. He was all chummy with me up until the moment it was time for him to hang it up for the night. He darted off his front patio and ran down a few yards. Climbed up in a tree then ran down a few yards more. After locating him later, he then tried to escape my clutches several times, to prolong his night of frolicking. Zeus finally tired out, and gave up. Moments later he was found on the couch snoozing, tuckered out from his night of running around the neighborhood. I let Zeus out and he quickly distracts me by hiding behind a shrub before he bolts for freedom. Poof! He was gone! My neighbor Sandy texted me, hoping that I could go out and look for Zeus. So I walked up and down the street looking for him. It was a beautiful Fall evening out, so I didn't mind checking out all the autumn colors. But unfortunately, no sight of Zeus anywhere. Sandy arrives home a bit later, and quickly finds Zeus and is soon eating his dinner. Zeus was probably behind some bush, snickering at me. Zeus the Cat was taking a nice afternoon stroll in his backyard when he suddenly encountered a snake slithering beside him through the grass. He curiously started following the critter, unbeknownst to him that there was now a second snake paying close attention off to the side, ready to strike against its furry foe. Zeus declared, "Two against one!? That's not fair, guys!" And Zeus quickly retreated from his approach. Safe to say, Zeus is back indoors where he is enjoying nice cool air conditioning, while sipping on his water and enjoying some delicious cat food he often requests from his human subordinates.
