Hey Little Girl Lyric Video ~ Christa Lee
This song came from a dream of a young woman running from her broken life, and making one bad decision after another, not knowing how to stop.
In the dream, the FATHER was calling out to her to stop believing lies and come back home to him.
I see her running on a concrete ‘jungle’… Darkness is looming, I see her feet almost running, her heels, her worn down dirty canvas shoes moving to a rhythm that she's so used to it's almost as if they have a mind of their own. Her soul wants something different but she's lost, she doesn't know where to go.
The call of the Father is mournful and dripping with love and intent. He knows the answer, will she listen?
The song is a reminder that there is always hope. He is always calling out to us, and when we turn and listen, He will show us a way out of our pain and troubles back to home, back to His heart.
I pray you will always remember there is HOPE and you are LOVED!
Please reach out if you need help.

A 50th birthday gift to Christa’s husband, this song YesterYears takes us to romantic, carefree days where we revel in youthful laughter. With its hint of melodic pop, this song's country-folk summer vibe will enchant you. You will enjoy captivating vocals, mingled with the inspiring tone of the Dobro guitar. This song is inspired by Christa’s lifelong romance & her teenage son’s innocent outlook where all things seem ‘right’. Remember those days?
Biggest thanks to my friends who help this project so much fun! Featuring Korky & Cynthia Neufeld, Lily & Edmond Oseker, Beckie & Jarrett Evans, Christian Rademaker & Lahela Lamb, We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for bringing your love & fun into our story. To Luke Vanderverte from the Artic; thankyou for making this video such a great memory of fun times with friends. Phillip Janz for helping put together a fantastic production and Brian Thiessen for bringing the Dobro to life on this! We absolutely love it! Of course, none of this would not be possible if my Father had not brought Reg and I together in such a unique way, and now we get to sing about it. I love you hun!

Doves Landing(DEMO) ~ Christa Lee
Doves Landing Sept 5, 2021
Alone I am here real and open
Taking time to heal the broken
I listen to hear Your truth that’s spoken
~ Rest on me
Lying waiting tethered here
Rocking floating You repair
With gentle winds you are near
~Rest on me
More of You I turn to thee I tune my ears to the heavenlies
In the wings of love that tickles me, I hear the call of eternity
~Rest in me
This song came from the story of Jesus in Matthew 3:16-17 "Then heaven was opened to him, and he saw the Spirit of God coming down like a dove and lighting on him". I was imagining what would it have been like to be in such an that amazing state that the Spirit Dove would land on me! What was he feeling inside. He knew what he was going to need to do in the near future, he knew of all the hurt and the pain of all those around him, the pain he would encounter, all those difficult thoughts...laying them aside to just receive. How would Jesus have needed to posture himself to allow the dove to rest on Him? This song is just a small glimpse of what I think he might have felt in that moment.
I want heavens Dove to rest on me, do you?

Moved by “Power of Communion” (Beni Johnson), Christa Lee was inspired to create a musical expression called Heaven’s Kisses. A deeply meditative atmospheric sound that resonates with the soul. Using a combination of smooth instrumental where vocals and strings are found floating in and around lyrics which will awaken a spiritual revival. Released for Good Friday and promoted as a tool for individuals and churches participating in communion as a soundscape behind this event.

3 major car accidents in my lifetime is where this song is written from. Its my own personal story of PAIN and how it effects my relationship with self and others. Its that space of struggle with mental, emotional or physical loss and we want to be honest & heard, to be showed kindness by a friend. Not to be 'fixed' just shown compassion. Instead the "world' is only content with this dialogue: "How are you today?" "Oh just 'FINE' thanks for asking." (lie). Yet occasionally we try to speak the truth but while being honest it feels as though their eyes 'glaze over' and we feel we've said 'too much'. Honesty is to painful for others to hear? Maybe they have their own struggles, maybe they are not able to listen? The bridge sorta tells all: 'I want you to know how I feel, because its in this space you can help me heal'. Please be patient with me. Cheers.

Love's masterpiece - Christa Lee
Thank you for listening.
One night I was lamenting to God about the hardships that my friends and I struggle over and was crying out to God about it. After I was done complaining I layed my head down on my pillow only to instantly hear this tune and words come pouring into my head. So I sat up and wrote it out. When I finished, tears were streaming down my face. Since that time I have been constantly reminded to be thankful every day for all that I have! Every blessing, even the hardships- for what I can learn from them. It is my challenge now to live in this place! My prayer as you listen is that you will also be inspired to be grateful to God for all that he gives us!
Please be kind as this is my amateur attempt at learning video and audio formatting... I recognize the flaws in this video but I am unable YET to know how to fix. Maybe one day I will. ;)
If you'd like to read more, here is a Link to a recent FB post of a scary event I went through. I was inspired after this accident to share this song with you.
