Gladiator Overlanding

Charlie is use to the warm 70-85 degree water in his backyard on the River in the Midwest! He found out how cold it was @TwinLakes the first time he stuck his head in the water! Looked like Brain Freeze !

Took a drive up to Ball Mountain from Leadville Colorado Route starts about 1/4 mile up a trail just south of the West Side "air down spot" for Mosquito Pass route from Leadville to Alma

River has a lot of large ice coming down ! If the temps stay below 10F for a few more days it should be frozen over!

A couple 3 year olds sparring with a 3rd buck nearby. 2 does are out of video view about 10 yards away.

A couple 3 year olds sparring with another buck a few yards away. There were 2 does nearby outside of video. They were about a hundred yards away and of course today and I was hand holding a 300MM/F4 so there is a bit of shake!
