The Gospel of Jesus - The Rapture - Time is Near Jesus Brings the Reward
As a Christian we have one thing we are certain of. It is this, that the words of Jesus are faithful and true! It is through the word of God that we are able to understand the Triune God. It is through His word that our relationship with Christ grows. His word tells us that He is coming quickly, that we should be watchful and that our reward awaits us in heaven.
There is going to come a time where it may be too late for you if you do not receive Christ while you have air in your lungs. This is some of the message throughout the bible, 'Don't wait to give your life to Christ.' 'Be ready for the return of Christ.' 'Understand the mission from God and execute it to the best of your ability.' 'Separate yourself from the world.'
In Daniels vision (Daniel 8:26) Daniel was told to close up the book. In (Revelation 10:4) the seven thunders told John to close the book. In the last chapter of the bible, John is told NOT to close the book. This is because this is the end. The Revelation is complete. We find that the gates of the New Jerusalem are open. That the true believers are welcome in. We also know that the sinners are left out. That there is no other opportunity for them. Once outside, you will forever be outside the walls of the New Jerusalem.
There are seven blessings in the book of Revelation (1:3; 14:13; 16:15; 19:9 20:6; 22:7, 14) that allow us to understand where we will live for eternity. When we read, follow God's commands, embrace His word and give our life to Christ we are blessed. Conversely, if we ignore Gods commands, continue to live in the world for the world, we will be condemned to darkness.
You can only separate yourself from the world and live for Christ if you have the desire to do it. Knowing of Jesus is much different than knowing Jesus personally. Being a Christian requires much more than talking about Jesus to your Christian friends or sitting in church for an hour a week. It takes getting in the word of God, living the biblical principles you have learned, sharing the gospel of Jesus and following the commandments that God has left us with. As we live righteously, God will bless us and our reward is the kingdom of heaven.
My prayer is that we would recognize the times we are in. That time is short and that there would be a sense of urgency to give your life to Christ so you may live for eternity with Jesus. I pray that the Lord speak clearly into you and that you are filled with the Holy Spirit to discern the signs of the times. That you would adopt a boldness to speak the truth in love. That you would love as God loves with an everlasting, longsuffering, righteousness for the rest of your days. In Jesus Mighty Name Amen! Amen!

The Gospel of Jesus - The Rapture - Seven Letters to the Churches in the Apocalypse
The Gospel of Jesus -
The Rapture - Seven Letters to the Churches in the Apocalypse - It's Not the Building
Revelation 1:9-11
As Christians we are taught through scripture that we (our bodies) are the temple where God resides. When God is our focus, our relationship with Jesus grows and Jesus becomes the center of our lives. Things like a fancy building, fancy chairs, awesome musicians, soft-ear compromising preaching are not important to us. What is important to us and to Jesus, is the relationship we have with Him and His Father. What we are hearing, learning and doing to grow in Christ and how we value the things God puts in our path. Whether we are serving the people in the community or taking care of the widows and the orphans. Everything else is secondary and viewed as a blessing from God.
If you look at the first century church and in particular the seven churches in the book of Revelation Jesus reminds us of the church and the spiritual conditions inside the church. The letters are common in format and include a commendation, criticism, instruction and a promise. These letters are written and are intended to be read by every church starting with Ephesus and ending with Laodicea.
John was exiled to the Island of Patmos because of his preaching and teaching the gospel of Jesus. Where Satan used the Roman emperor Domitian to try to stifle the gospel of Jesus, God turned those ashes into beauty. God used
John to write one of the most important books of the bible. Not only because it reveals who Jesus Christ is (Rev 1:1-3), but also gives a contrast to heaven and hell. It shows Jesus will be the one who executes God's final judgment in the world and defeats Satan, the anti-chirst, the false prophet and all those who take the mark of the beast, throwing them into the lake of fire.
As we see today, not one of the seven churches are left standing and is a perfect illustration how the buildings do not matter to God. What is important to Jesus is our souls, what are we doing with our gifts and who we follow. We are the church and when we set the right priorities through reverencing the Triune God, His blessing will pour out to His people. This is why the letters are timeless and are as relevant today as they were when they were first introduced and read to the church.
My prayer is that we would view our spiritual growth in Christ as the most important component in our lives. That Jesus would shine in each of us. Not to focus on things less important to God, but to focus on Him and His message of Salvation, Grace, Mercy, Sin and Love. That we understand the things in the world are temporary, but through Christ we will live for eternity in heaven. Amen! Amen!

The Gospel of Jesus - The Rapture - Stay Awake, No One Knows the Day or the Hour
We as true believers look at the world much differently than do the believers and non-believers. We look at the world through the lens of Jesus Christ. Because we have a close intimate relationship with Jesus, He will give us a discerning spirit that sees the truth. The truth is, from a prophetic lens perspective, there is a lot going on that aligns very closely to what Jesus and the bible are teaching. I believe that God will send His Son to meet us in the sky soon. The signs that Jesus and Paul tell us about are being realized right before our eyes. It is happening with such speed and blatant disregard for God's word, love or reverence for God that it can only mean we are on the cusp of the Lord's return.
The Olivet discourse is a series of warnings presented in such a way that even the unbeliever can grasp what Jesus is teaching if you have an open mind and ears to hear. They are teachings that are timeless, for the current age and for the future. This means they absolutely apply to us.
The message to stay awake and prepare for the Lord's return has significant meaning for you and me. It means when the Lord returns like a thief in the night, we are ready to go. It means that you will be living for eternity in the kingdom of heaven. Preparing for such a day means you are willing to live the life that God has put before you. It means that you will develop a strong personal relationship with Christ. Jesus is the only one that will not leave you nor forsake you. He is the one you can count on to lift you in your trials, to love you unconditionally, to forgive you of your sins. He has paid the ultimate price and through Him you have a way to Heaven and His Father.
The bible is the inerrant word of God, Jesus is the Son of God, He is the only way to the His Father, He died for our sins, He paid the ultimate price, and when we repent of those sins and allow Jesus through the Holy Spirit to work in our life we find heaven. When we start there and believe with all our hearts that this is the truth, it is the beginning of the preparation for our souls to live for eternity with the Triune God. So when Jesus says "but concerning that day or that hour, no one knows...stay awake" How can you ignore the message from Jesus? Don't let time run out on you in this life because we also know that God loves you and does not want to see one of you lost to the lies of Satan resulting in living for eternity being tormented and separated from God.
My prayer is that everyone would see Jesus and know that He is the Son of God. That through Him you will find salvation, peace, joy and love. May the Lord breathe new life into you and may He turn you from a sinner into a saint by working in you and ultimately through you. May He open your eyes, ears hearts and mind to receive Him in a way that you will never desire to go back to your old life. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ we pray these things Amen! Amen!

The Gospel of Jesus The Rapture Separating the Sheep from the Goats
Jesus closes His Olivet Discourse sermon with the prophetic words to His disciples. Jesus in His teaching includes these words, 'Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.'
As a Christian what is your ultimate goal? What is the brass ring you are trying to achieve? To be on the right hand of Jesus or the left? In biblical terms being on the right hand of Jesus depicts power, honor and is considered to be superior. Conversely, on the left depicts being unfavorable in the sight of the King with no honor and no power. In a sense in time out. Unfortunately when Jesus judges the world, timeout is everlasting whether you are in everlasting punishment or eternal life.
We all know the truth if you are filled with the Holy Spirit. God speaks into each one of us to do the right thing. As He has treated his followers, we are to treat His followers in the same way. As Jesus treats people, we should treat them in the same fashion. Jesus' words here do not represent 'works for salvation' but, they do represent what is expected from us in our earthly ministries.
Jesus warns that our time is short and He will be the Judge of ALL nations, not just the Christian nations. We will all sit on the bema seat of judgment and through Jesus teaching in the Olivet discourse, He provides a way for His disciples to endure to the end, to treat people with love and respect. To take the gifts God has given us and use them to fulfill the will of His Father. But most importantly, to hear 'well done good and faithful servant', to become more righteous for the rest of our days and live for eternity.
My prayer is that you will embrace the teachings of Jesus and take them seriously. To heed His warnings and follow the godly life He has given to you. To allow Jesus to refine your mind, to cleanse your heart, but most importantly, to allow the Love of Jesus to pour into you so that it will pour out of you. This all to the glory of His Father in heaven that we may one day sit at the table with Jesus for eternity in heaven. In Jesus Mighty Name Amen! Amen!

The Gospel of Jesus - The Rapture - Preparing for the Return of Jesus
We take a look at the parable from the Olivet Discourse of the ten virgins. Jesus uses parables to illustrate how we should live and act as Christians. How to prepare for His return, how to live a godly life through faith and obedience and how important it is to hear the words "well done good and faithful servant..." The questions become, are you someone who likes to have things in order? Are you someone who makes sure you are prepared for just about every circumstance that comes your way? Another way to put it, do you plan ahead and make sure there is a clear path for your life? Do you see the light at the end of the tunnel? Or are you someone who constantly tells yourself I have time, I will address life issues as they arise, constantly procrastinating, never planning for the future or never looking for the unintended consequences of your actions?
Every time we read scripture God will speak into us in context of our circumstance. This is why the word of God is alive and lives within us.
In the case of the ten virgins there were some who were fully prepared to do what was asked of them at the time the bridegroom appears. Their task was understood completely by all, but only half of them executed flawlessly while the other half were ill prepared, ignoring what duties they have taken on with respect to the wedding ceremony.
As Christians we should always be prepared for the return of our Lord Jesus Christ. Why, because the word of God tells us Jesus is coming. The word of God tells us that Jesus is going to come like a thief in the night.
Through our faith and obedience we are preparing every day for that glorious moment where Jesus will come and take the church of true believers home. We prepare by reading our word daily, believing Jesus died on the cross, was buried and resurrected to the right hand of His Father in heaven. We live our life in a godly manner representing the Triune God, reverencing Him with our whole hearts, mind, strength and soul. This whilst treating people with the love of God that is in us, sharing the gospel of Jesus with everyone.
My prayer is that we would all unite as one body, one voice and one mind in sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. That we would all prepare for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ by sharing His word in our circles of influence and to all nations . Amen! Amen!

The Gospel of Jesus - The Rapture - The Great Falling Away, Do Not Be Deceived
We take a closer look at end time prophecy and how it does/will impact our lives as we move forward. I believe that God is very close to sending His son to bring His church to heaven. Today we are going to see in several scripture that deception will be all around us. In fact, we see deception right in front of our eyes. The difference now and as in times past, our governments have been systematically kicking the Triune God from their nations. We no longer can reverence God in the public square, we can no longer speak out against immoral behavior without retaliation. The churches have gone soft, false teaching is as prevalent today as it was in the first century. Not every pastor has soft teaching, not every pastor is afraid to speak the biblical truths taught to us over the centuries. It is not this group that are at risk...it is those pastors who put money, member size, buildings, etc. ahead of proper teaching.
Jesus and the apostles have warned us about this apostasy that will occur prior to Jesus final judgment. Jesus tells us 'if you have ears to hear, then hear'. His message is straight forward and pretty consistent throughout scripture from the book of Daniel through Revelation with respect to end time behavior. People will be deceived, people will not want the truth through the word of God any longer. This is because the word is like a two edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). It will cut your sinful behavior right out of your body, mind and soul. The bottom line is, people do not want to change their life-style to conform to living a life God has provided to us, they want to live free from morality, free to do whatever pleases them.
Living a Godly life does not mean you will be free from trials and tribulations. What it means is that our response and reactions to these trials matters. We can view life through the eyes of Jesus, depending on Him in every circumstance or you can continue to be stressed out, worried and discombobulated at every turn in your circumstance.
Trusting in the Lord is the only way we are going to get through this life. In Jesus, He is the only way we can keep our head afloat seeing things in a much greater light. He will bring light to every circumstance, but the alternative is viewing the world in darkness. Getting comfortable living in darkness with no hope, no joy, and no love for each other. This is where Satan wants you to live...in misery with him.
On the other hand God will bring peace, joy, happiness, contentment, strength and love to every circumstance. He will guide us and protect us, direct our path when you trust in Him and start living the life God has waiting for you.

The Gospel of Jesus - Only Jesus Brings Redemption
This week Paul reinforces his argument he started by comparing an heir to a slave if he is still a child. The child is still under the watchful eye of a guardian or manager until the father deems the child old enough to receive his inheritance. As heirs to the throne our Father will teach and prepare us for our inheritance.
Paul reminds us that Jesus is born of woman and born under the law. Jesus did not commit sin nor was He bound under the law. Jesus came to fulfill the law!
It is through God's Son Jesus and His obedience to go to the cross, to die on the cross and to be resurrected to sit at the right hand of God that we have been redeemed of our sins and we can receive the gifts and blessings that God has for each one of us. Jesus died for our sins so we no longer need to sacrifice or live under the law.
No matter where you are in your life, Jesus will always be ready for you. All you need to do is receive and believe Jesus is our Lord and Savior. Believe He is the Son of God, know that He died on the cross for you and I. Repent your sins, turn from the worlds bondage and be set free to live for eternity in Heaven with our Father as one in Christ.
My prayer for each one of us is that we remain focused on God in times of joy, pain, sorrow, loss, and growth to see God in all that we do. Give God glory for the work that He is doing in your life and may He continue to bless you, provide for you, protect you and direct your path through His love, grace and mercy. Amen! Amen!

The Gospel of Jesus - In Christ We Become Heirs in God's Kingdom
One of the promises that God makes to us as true believers is that we will become heirs to His throne and in His kingdom. Becoming an heir means that we will inherit the things of God and Jesus Christ. It is not only an honor to serve Jesus, but to also become a part of His family with the riches in heaven that God speaks of.
We should never build in this world more riches that what we are building in heaven. The bible reminds us that the riches on this earth will rust and be eaten by moths. But, the riches in heaven will never perish.
It is never too late to course correct your life. God is long-suffering and patient! He will wait for us to see His glory and to live the life He has for us. When we focus on Christ and the kingdom of heaven, this world and the innate things of the world become less important. What is important is where you are going to live your life for eternity. Do you want to become an heir to God and Jesus? Living an abundant life filled with the peace, love and joy of the Triune God for eternity. Or do you want a life for eternity separated from the Triune God? Living in torment, loveless and filled with hatred and pain for eternity.
My prayer is that every ear would hear the Gospel of Jesus and all would choose to become heirs to God, His Son and the kingdom of heaven. Amen! Amen!

The Gospel of Jesus - There is No Substitution for God's Promises pt 2
There is no substitution for developing a relationship with Jesus. Our Journey with God can and should be awesome. Our desire to develop a strong relationship with Him should override our desires to find happiness in the world. We are learning that there is no other means by which we can get to heaven, it is only through Christ that we will get there. God's perfect plan to bring the New Covenant to the world in His Son Jesus shows just how much God really does love us!
If you are trying to find happiness, peace, strength, hope or love by excluding Jesus Christ or God the Father, then you are looking for those things in all the wrong places. It is in that special relationship we have with our Lord and Savior and His Father that these things will come to us. You cannot substitute the world for the kingdom of heaven and find the love that God truly has for you. It is in Him and through Him that our lives will continue to mature as Christians, representing God with the respect and the glory that He deserves.
What are you waiting for? Time is now and time is short to finally live the life God has given you. To honor God and live freely in His will for the rest of our days. In that you will find your peace, faith, love, hope and eternal resting place in heaven. Amen! Amen!

The Gospel of Jesus - There is No Substitution for God's Promises
We jump back into Galatians only to see Paul take a really hard stance in his argument comparing the law and God's promises. The false teaching was deep rooted in Galatia and Paul has to turn up the heat to make his point that the law will not get you into heaven. Although God gave us the old covenant laws, God, before time, prepared a way to replace the old covenant with the New covenant (Jesus Christ).
The commitment God made to us was carried out through Jesus' death on the cross. His resurrection is the beginning of the age of the new covenant. When Jesus returns, that new covenant will be fulfilled and our transformation (glorification) will be complete.
It is in our faith in Jesus that we can experience the new covenant promise of complete forgiveness of our sins. With a strong personal relationship with Jesus we will experience the gradual transformation or our hearts, minds and souls. The ultimate goal is to become more like Jesus! How are you doing in your transformational state? Continue to grow in Christ and you will find yourself living in the kingdom of heaven for eternity with the Triune God.

The Gospel of Jesus - The Rapture, Heaven, Your Eternal Resting Place
As a believer do you know one of the many promises God makes to us is that as true believers, we will live in the Kingdom of Heaven with Him for eternity? Have you ever wondered what heaven looks like? Did you ever compare and contrast heaven and hell? God is giving each one of us the opportunity to choose heaven. According to scripture it is so beautiful and I can only imagine that John’s words only scrape the surface to describe its actual beauty. Jesus describes heaven to the thief on the cross as “Paradise”. As a believer we will live with the Triune God worshiping Him! We will truly find the peace of the Lord in Heaven. There is no sin, no war, no sickness, no deceit or lies. Just image how your eternal life will be in heaven. Conversely, Hell will be a place where worms never die, the heat never dissipates, and you are in isolation and separated from God. There is nothing good that is in hell.
If you do not know Christ today, then I recommend you seek Him and find Him. Time is short and if you wait to find Jesus, it could be too late. You do not want to live for eternity in hell nor does God want you to live for eternity in hell!
Give your life to Christ now, repent your sins, allow Jesus through the Holy Spirit to sanctify you to prepare you to live in paradise for eternity.

The Gospel of Jesus - The Rapture, The Rider on the White Horse
This week we are going to see Jesus’ obedience to His Father. He is given the role of executioner for the judgement that God the Father will pass onto the world. During this time we will see Jesus on a white horse in the clouds with His heavenly army behind Him. Jesus will destroy Satan and his army with the sword of the word coming from His mouth. Jesus then throws Satan and his people into the lake of fire.
If you receive Jesus today and believe He is the Lord and Savior, the Son of God and repent your sins, you too can be a part of His heavenly army sitting behind Him watching Him destroy Satan.
If we believe the word of God is inerrant, then we also believe that God wins always. God’s promises are true and when Jesus tells us that he has gone to build our mansions in heaven for us, then we should believe that we will have a final resting place in the kingdom of heaven with the Triune God for eternity.

The Gospel of Jesus - The Rapture - Don't Take the Mark of the Beast!
This week we will continue in the series of the Rapture. Today we will look into the mark of the beast. If you are left behind, you will be forced to take the mark of the beast. If you do not take the mark, you will be killed. The reason is, you are openly rejecting the Triune God (God the Father, The Son Jesus and the Holy Spirit). By accepting to worship the beast (e.g., Satan) you have made a public choice. This choice has dire consequences and those consequences are living in damnation for eternity. If you do not believe God will reject you as you reject Him, read (Luke 16:19-31)
As a true believer we will not have to make this choice! We will be meeting Jesus in the air and we will be in heaven with Him before any of this takes place. This is my pre-tribulation position I believe in. God will not let us experience His final judgement as in Revelation 3:10 tells us. Therefore, I believe that God will take His church out of the way for Judgment on this earth.
To be assured of being in heaven during this judgment, I encourage you to receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, repent your sins and start to live the life Christ has given to you for Him so you may live with Him for eternity in the kingdom of heaven.

The Gospel of Jesus The Rapture, Don't Be Left Behind
If you have a strong relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, there is one thing we know. We know that God promised if we believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, repent our sins and live a life according to His word, we will find the kingdom of heaven. We also know that God will judge this world and everyone in it. We know that God sends His Son Jesus to get His church before He cast His final judgment so we may live for eternity in heaven. There are many who still don’t fully understand this promise from God or think they have time to live their own life without trying to develop a stronger relationship with Him. One thing we know, God asks us to prepare for the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. To do that we must believe in Jesus, we must hold strong to the things we read in His word and the things we are taught.
Today we are perfectly aligned with what God has written that will take place in the final days. We read God’s word and compare to what we see and read is happening across the globe today. We see it in government actions, lawlessness, destruction of the family unit, destruction of the children, people who want to be God, only to fall short just as those who tried in the past. It is more prevalent today than any other time in the history of the world. There is only ONE God who gives life, who sustains life and who will get us into heaven and that is the Triune God!

The Gospel of Jesus - The Law Cannot Give Life
Just like most things in life a promise is only as good as your word and effort to keep it. Paul knows the promise that God made to Abraham. Paul also knows that God will always keep His promises to us. This is the promise He made to Abraham, that you will find life through Jesus Christ. It is one promise we better take very seriously. God gave His Son so we may find everlasting life. God also knew that we as humans are incapable of keeping every aspect of the law. With this knowledge, Jesus was born to be the sacrifice for all of us. Jesus died for all, once and for all and all we need do is receive Him and repent our sins so that we may be released from this bondage of the world. When we receive Jesus, repent our sins, live for Him, we will then find our way into the kingdom of heaven.

The Gospel of Jesus We are Justified by Faith in Jesus
This week and in the coming weeks we are going to see Paul continue his speech from verses 2:13-14. Paul reminds the church that they (Paul and Peter) are Jews. He turns his attention from Peter to the Galatian church. Which seems that the church is suffering from similar issues with respect to Jewish law. This becomes important in the case Paul will make regarding the doctrine of justification by faith through Jesus Christ. It is not our works through the law of Moses or ‘works of the law’ that you are justified, it is through your faith in Jesus Christ. No work is required for salvation! That is given to us freely from the act of Jesus who died on the cross, was resurrected from the dead and rose to his Father now sitting at His Fathers right hand.

The Gospel of Jesus When Representing Christ, Behavior Matters
The question we all should ask ourselves as Christians is this…” Do we wear two masks”? One in church and one at home and at work? Being a Christian comes with a responsibility to represent Christ with reverence and respect. We should not be so comfortable that we can put on a different mask for different environments. Once we give our life to Christ, it belongs to Him
1 Corinthians 6:19–20 19 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? 20 For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.
All too often we run across a circumstance where we will have a choice to compromise or to do the right thing. In all cases we should always do the right thing in the sight of God. The world will want you to negotiate your position and in some cases that will result in going against Christ. There is an expectation from God that we will follow Him with all our hearts, mind, soul and strength. When we fail to do that, Jesus is there to pick us up and carry us through those failed times. Remember, Jesus can make beauty of ashes. He loves you and will see you through your most difficult of times when you allow Him to do so.

The Gospel of Jesus Have Trust, Faith and Obedience in Your Calling
We see that Paul concludes his meeting with the pillars of the Jerusalem church and confirms that he has been called to minister and preach to the gentiles. Although his responsibility is not just to the gentiles, it also includes the Jewish community as well. Just as Peter was not only preaching to the Jewish community.
Much like our roles in preaching we do not share the gospel of Jesus with the select few, but anyone who God brings into our lives. Our responsibility is to get the word to everyone who is able to hear it. Through our faith, trust and obedience we can achieve what God has called us to do. Staying strong in our word and in the Lord Jesus Christ.
2 Timothy 3:16–17 16 All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.
The Gospel of Jesus Don't Run the Race in Vain
Don’t wait until it’s too late to start running the race. When you start the race, don’t be afraid to share the gospel of Christ. If you wait to run you may be in a position to be left behind when Jesus calls His church home. You want to be a light on the hill (Matthew 5:14 14 “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.) Are you speaking the right gospel? Are your words that you use going to point people to the King of the universes? Do they encourage? Do they exhort? Do they admonish?

Leading Indicators Pointing to End Times
Rumors of War, War, Nation will rise against Nation, Kingdom against Kingdom, Famines, Earthquakes, Church Falling away, Restrainer removed, Deception, Lawlessness revealed. These things are the precursor to the birthing pains that we will exhibit before the second coming of Christ. Are you living your life ignoring what the bible warns us about on how prepare for the birthing pangs we will experience? Or are you someone who looks at the current events around the globe and can map out these events to the scriptures? If you are the one who looks at the current events through the lens of the bible and continues to pray for all things and turn to God for wisdom, knowledge and understanding in all things, then you are preparing yourself for your final destination spending your eternal life with the Lord Jesus Christ in heaven. Time is short and the time is now to be more prepared than ever to start living or continue to live for Jesus as we witness the prophetic events of the bible.

Your Reputation,Easy to Build, Harder to Rebuild
As a child of God, we make decisions that may at the time seem innocuous but over time they seem to become a bit problematic. It is through these decisions that our reputation can be tarnished. We have to ask ourselves, the decisions we make and how we choose to live our lives, will it glorify God and point people towards Him, or will it confuse people and question your Christian walk and God?
I have taught my boys this concept, that is easier to build your reputation that to rebuild it. God gives us a few things that we will take everywhere. That is our word and how we treat others. Do we represent God and Jesus the way they deserve or are we in this life for ourselves alone? It is incumbent upon us to represent God and Jesus with respect, reverence and love so others may want to mimic not only what we have but where it comes from. If we live without compromising God’s word then we are truly living the life that God has given us and we are truly in His will.

God will Remove the Vail from Your Heart
Are you being called by God? Do you have things in your life that you are trying to hide? God calls everyone into His kingdom to do the work He has assigned to each of us. We need to be ready to answer the call! How do we answer? The first thing we do is submit to Him and let Him lead our lives. This requires allowing God to lift the veil from our hearts. Until we give our whole heart to God, we will not be in His will. Our effectiveness in serving Him and sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ will be diminished. Paul unknowingly had a veil on his heart, he believed he was doing good in persecuting Christians only to find out that was not God’s plan for his life.
God knows us, He knows our hearts and there is no reason to hide anything from Him. The quicker we stop hiding from God while listening to Satan, the quicker we can do God’s work in sharing Jesus. This will lead to a life of excitement, surprise and joy. It will also lead to a life where persecution from the world will come.
Satan does not want you to give your life to Christ. He wants you to live in fear, in sorrow, in pain, in distress and in the deceit, that he has created in your life. But our God is greater than he who is in the world because our God lives in us. No one is greater than our God!
Stop trying to live in two different worlds. Paul could not do it and neither can we do it so live for Christ now and enjoy what God has planned for you giving all your heart, mind, soul and strength to Him. He loves you, why because He tells us so.

Life Before Christ
This week we get insight into Paul’s life before he became a messenger for Jesus preaching the gospel of Jesus. Paul learned the hard way that you can never come against God and when God calls you for ministry you should answer that call. As with Paul, we don’t know where God is going to lead us but we do know that wherever he leads us it will be the best place to be. That place is in His will.
Our lives before Christ looks much different than after Christ. Through God’s grace, He gives us opportunities to follow him. To meet us where we are and love us there. He wants us to live for Him and stay in His will for our life and no matter what are life looked like in the past, once we commit to Christ, God will no longer remember our past or our sins. When you think you are not worthy to follow Christ, then you are right. No one is righteous or worthy (Romans 3:9 9 What then? Are we Jews any better off? No, not at all. For we have already charged that all, both Jews and Greeks, are under sin, 10 as it is written: “None is righteous, no, not one;). But God loves us so much He paid the ultimate price for each one of us. His Son!
