Why Did Robert F. Kennedy and Lyndon B. Johnson Hate Each Other?
Exploring the bitter rivalry between RFK and LBJ by looking at their interactions, personalities and histories. From before Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy and Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson even met they were destined to hate each other. One was poor, the other was rich. One was quiet, the other was loud. One was compassionate, the other cruel. Both, however, were absolutely determined to have their own way.

John Scott Harrison - Son and Father of United States Presidents
John Scott Harrison is the only man with the distinction of being both a child of a United States President and the son of a United States President. John Scott's dad was President William Henry Harrison and his son was President Benjamin Harrison.
After his death the body of John Scott would be stolen by body snatchers. The history of body snatching and the history of grave robbing differ. Grave robbing has always existed whereas bodysnatchers only became prevalent in the 1800s when medical students wanted more bodies to dissect.

Curse of Tippecanoe Explained
Is it possible that battle between William Henry Harrison and Tecumseh from nearly 200 years ago was responsible for a presidential 20-year death curse? It's known as Tenskwatawa Presidential Curse, Tenskwatawa the prophet curse, Tecumseh's curse or the Curse of Tippacanoe year zero ending.
While it's not true that presidents die every 20 years it is not far from the truth.
Tenskwatawa the prophet (brother of Tecumseh) supposedly cursed William Henry Harrison after the loss at the Battle of Tippecanoe. Every president elected in the year zero ends up dying in office.
President William Harrison was the first to die, making him the president with shortest term. Abraham Lincoln was assassinated by actor John Wilkes Booth. James A. Garfield was assassinated by madman Charles Guiteau. President William McKinley was killed by anarchist assassins Leon Czolgosz.
President Warren Harding elected in 1920 died in office due to illness as did Franklin D. Roosevelt. And John F. Kennedy was killed by assassin and Marxist sympathizer Lee Harvey Oswald.
The only Presidential death not connected to the curse is Zachary Taylor. President Taylor died in 1850 and was elected in 1848.

Who Was Boston Corbett - Abraham Lincoln's Avenger
From his early days as Thomas Corbett, to joining the Methodist Episcopalian Church to hunting John Wilkes Booth - this is the story of an un-notable Union Army soldier who became one of the greatest heroes of the Civil War. While many know the story of how was John Wilkes Booth caught they don't know the story of his killer.
Many might not also expect that this national hero would spend a year in the Topeka Asylum for the Insane or that he was a self-made eunuch. While the life of Boston Corbett is full of wild stories it is also marked with acts of bravery unlike anything else in the American Civil War. Even at the notorious Andersonville Prison Boston Corbett would make a name for himself.
And today people still wonder what happened to Boston Corbett as the disappearance and death of the man who avenged Abraham Lincoln remain a mystery.
