A quick video on how I make this iconic sauce. As always. Enjoy!!! Nashville Style Hot Sauce 1. Let’s get started making this iconic hot sauce that has taken the country by storm. 2. All you need are a few ingredients and the courage to give it a try. 3. First we need a small to medium sauce pan 4. The ingredients are fairly simple. 1. 1/2 stick of butter 2. 1/4 cup of Manteca/Lard 3. 1 TBSP of Spanish Paprika 4. 1 TBSN of Cayenne Pepper - More if you like it extra spicy. 5. 1/2 TBSP of Granulated Garlic 6. 1 TSP Pepper 7. 1 TSP Kosher Salt 8. 1/2 Cup of Vegetable Oil 5. After you get all the ingredients into the sauce pan, it’s time to get it over medium high heat. Once it starts to simmer turn the heat down to medium and keep stirring to combine and make sure it doesn’t burn. Do this for a few minutes then turn the heat off and let it rest for an hour or more to develop that complex hot sauce flavor. 6. Here is a sneak peek at the fried chicken that i will use the hot sauce on. Just dip the fried chicken in the hot sauce and plate with some pickles for garnish. 7.
