In this drill I pick up my range bag weighing approximately 30 pounds, running 50 yards, and shooting for time and accuracy. Running before shooting will get your heart rate up and your adrenaline pumping. Concentrating on hitting your target is a little harder. This is a good drill to use because it gets your heart rate up and not only do you have to concentrate on hitting your target but you also have to hit the target while your heart is pumping. Once that adrenaline gets going and your heart starts pounding it's a lot different getting those shots on target properly.
