Anyone else get sore teeth when they change the trays?

Growing up in India, this was of my favorite street foods! Just taking a bite takes me down the memory lane… These Kathi rolls (wraps) are super easy to make and can be eaten as a snack or a full meal! Our cat, Nugget, often likes be in the kitchen with me, watching me prepare all the ingredients and cook. Sometimes he falls asleep in the middle ;) Perhaps he is just waiting for treats? Anyways, enjoy this wholesome, feel-good video from this afternoon! This paneer sabzi (mixture) would make 10 medium sized rolls. Here is the ingredient list to easily add to your grocery cart :) 2 tsp Cumin seeds 1 medium onion 2 Serrano peppers 1 block of 400g Paneer 2 tsp turmeric Salt to taste (I added 3 tsp) This recipe is also ginger and garlic free, but feel free to add some in the beginning along with cumin if you wish. We got an elf costume this Christmas! Please enjoy his purring and angry kicks! I know Christmas three two days ago, but with the moving and all, I hadn’t gotten the time to edit 🥺 And don’t worry, there were PLENTY of treats and hugs involved. I was worried he’d be a little too chonk but on the end, it fit great!

Our Nugget loves sitting in cabinets and he loves potatoes even more! 🥔 since we have moved, he has been missing his old cabinet a lot and staying by my feet until he gets his safe-space back… so guess what we decided to gift him this Christmas?!
