One of the best eating fish caught in local waters, and this is how it is filleted straight after the catch.

On the Estuary in the coastal town of Mandurah South of Perth, crabs are plentiful and there for the taking. Many a days were spent on a boat and walking the shallows picking up whatever walked by, each one was measured by abide by local fisheries laws and had to be over 127 mm in size. Makes for a nice dinner.

You don't need to cast out far to catch something, you just need to place the bait where the fish are.
