Sticky Buns On Weber Kettle
This was a Christmas morning tradition in my house growing up and I finally decided to do it on my kettle. The recipe is real easy and it makes a great breakfast, snack for the day, or dessert.

FROZEN Rhodes Dinner Rolls
1 Stick of butter
1 small box Butterscotch cook & serve pudding
~1 1/2 cups Brown sugar
Chopped walnuts
Cinnamon
Take a 9"x13" baking pan, or the aluminum one (highly recommended for easy clean up) and grease the bottom of it with the butter. Once complete place FROZEN rolls in pan, then put the butter in a dish and melt it to a liquid. Mix the melted butter and 1 1/2 cups brown sugar in a mixing bowl until completely mixed and a pasty consistency. Spread the pudding and cinnamon over the rolls, then scoop the sugar/butter mix onto each roll. Sprinkle walnuts over it and cover with a towel and let sit over night. In the morning, heat the grill to 350 and place a sheet of aluminum foil on the grates. After that, set the pan on the grill and let cook for 30 minutes. Once done pull from the grill, take another sheet of foil, set it over the pan, and flip the whole thing over, removing the baking pan from the rolls. Then dig in!

Pulled Pork Chili on Weber Kettle
This is a chili that I have been wanting to make for a long time. Like I said in the video, the basic cook was from the BBQ Pit Boys Bacon Cheeseburger Chili. I added a few more ingredients to it and made it a little more to my taste. Hope you enjoy.

Peach Cobbler on Weber Kettle 22" (gluten free)
This a peach cobbler using Paula Dean's recipe, with some slight modifications. I made this with a gluten free due to my wife's gluten allergy.
God bless you.
