I thought this would be a fun video to do and will have to say I did enjoy thinking through what all I really like about my 2015 KL Trailhawk. A couple things I could have mentioned that I really like are the true 4X4 Low range. It's doesn't use the transmission to just gear it down but actually locks into 4X4. Also the rear locking differential can come in really useful and both of these are things that only the Cherokee Trailhawk, in it's class, has. I also really have fun with the different drive modes. This was the first time I'd been to Glade Top Trail and it was a blast. I really wasn't sure what to expect. What we found was a lot of fun and a place we will definitely be heading back to so we can explore more trails. The view on top of the glade is as good as it gets. The trail we ended up on had great variety of terrain that was just a ton of fun. We ran the trail with my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and my buddy's 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sport. They both handled the terrain perfect. The video ended up being a little longer than what I had planned but I couldn't bring myself to cut out anymore of footage than I already had. Unfortunately the GoPro had been turned off of 4k so that footage isn't as crisp as I'd like. Also I chose not to add any music to the video. I've gone back and forth on if I should add music or not. We have been itching to explore more in parts of the Mark Twain National Forrest South of Chadwick, MO. So me and my boys set out on a day trip to do just that. The area we went to we had camped in before but was unable to do much exploring in so far. When we arrived at Devreaux Road we ran into a local out running the trails that showed us a couple of trail heads he recommended. I'm glad he did. We had a great time exploring and continuing to build my offroading abilities with this Jeep Cherokee. We definitly are going to be returning to this area for more exploring in the future.
