Enjoy this 40 minute flow to challenge your core strength. Great for intermediate levels or those who are feeling strong today. Grab 2 blocks or something similar and your mat! Have fun! Begin with feet mat width distance, knees up and leaning towards each other. Close your eyes and breath deeply.
