PERIMENOPAUSE: The UK LEADS THE WAY - A guide for women by a Perimenopausal Health Coach
When it comes to perimenopause, the U.S. and the rest of the world lag behind the UK.
Despite our deaf ears in the States, we cannot ignore this hormonal shift that affects every woman around the globe after the age of 35.
If you were born in 1986, you've entered the perimenopausal phase.
Those born between 1986 and 1991 may already be experiencing perimenopausal symptoms.
You are not crazy, your hormones are out of balance, and there are ways to put them back into balance for the next 10 to 15 years.
If you're in your 40s, you know what I mean :P
My search for experts and professionals from all over the world led me to Polly Warren, a Perimenopause health coach from the UK
It's wise to compare notes from practitioners in different countries, especially from the UK - since they are ahead of the game - as well as becoming familiar with their knowledge and approach to perimenopause.
Unfortunately, we don't have many studies on the decline of estrogen and progesterone. Therefore, this is our most effective tool to stay informed and up to date on all options and procedures.
