Art Destress - Videos to help those viewers relax, take your mind off of the issues and problems of life, and sort of forget those things for a little while. I will paint what I am feeling in my heart that helps me to relax and destress in hopes that it will help others as well.

Just sit back, grab yourself some coffee (or whatever you enjoy), watch me paint, listen to some nice jazz/relaxing instrumental music, and/or perhaps this will inspire you do painting or do some kind of art or hobby of your own.
