This system was created and founded by Sifu Ben as a culmination of training and teaching martial arts for over 20 years, combined with his love for the Christian faith. We have done our very best to create content which is fun to learn, linked to our faith, deep in tradition and applicable to all aspects of this life’s journey, while preparing us for eternity.
