A tip for moms with Low Back pain, Post-partum and beyond!
Hi ladies! There are SO many things we could get into on and around this topic, but here’s my “common sense” take on low back pain developing as a new mom, and a simple exercise to make mom-life a bit easier. Yoga Class for Post-Hike Soreness
As an avid hiker, I am no stranger to feeling beat up after a hike! This is for all my fellow hiking ladies (but men will benefit too); may you recover quicker with this. Equipment needed: pillow(throw or bedroom), strap/bath robe belt, and some space on the floor. Yoga mat optional. Check out the surprise at the end- you won’t believe the cuteness!
