At the United Ballet Theatre we completed our 20/21 season. While many consider 2020 to be a cancelled year, at UBT we strived to make it count. As athletes we believe that each day counts even if it’s the worst day - or year. We are now looking ahead to an exciting 21/22 season with beautiful performances to come! All that it takes, we did it. Supercharge your strength with this ten minute workout!! It focuses on building full body strength, targeting the core, and developing cardiac health. Choose your intensity by completing the set only once or replay for multiple rounds depending on your fitness level. This routine can be done with or without props. For props you need a weighted Ugi ball -12lbs used in demo- and a Fusion ball.
