Champions Never Quit - Timothy McGaffin II and Cheri McGaffin

Me: "Why does CPS even exist? Police: "Because they specialize in things dealing with children." Me: "Yeah, and they also are proven to be child sex traffickers, CPS." It's very concerning when law enforcement won't acknowledge CPS has lots of problems and pretends everything is fine despite evidence to the contrary and turning a blind eye to corruption. I was falsely accused. Charge DISMISSED with PREJUDICE and ALL allegations DISMISSED. But I shouldn't even have been charged in the 1st place if CPS and police actually did an investigation instead of believing a psychopath who has a long history of lying and grooming and brainwashing. Susan Manning is a psychopath who lost custody of her children, kidnapped my wife 3 times growing up, lied constantly to my wife about her dad, coached my wife what to say on the phone to her dad, then recorded the phone calls with her dad. Susan Manning is currently on her 6th marriage. When we saw Susan Manning repeating her same grooming and brainwashing patterns with our teenage daughters, we confronted Susan and established healthy boundaries to protect our children and family from Susan Manning. And that is when Susan Manning called CPS and lied to CPS caseworker Annette Monson. On April 27, 2022 CPS caseworker Annette Monson appeared at our door. We exercised our God-given, Constitutional right NOT to speak to her because she has a history of violating people's rights such as making false statements on reports, entering homes without being invited in, ie: trespassing and because CPS is corrupt and unconstitutional. As soon as Annette left, I immediately called Ephraim, Utah police and spoke to Officer Aagard informing him I have no problem speaking to CPS once we get an attorney and have an attorney present and everything is recorded. The next morning on April 28, 2022, I called CPS caseworker Annette Monson on the phone and told her that she is required by law to tell me what the specific allegations are against me. She said she understood but refused to tell me what was going on and what the allegations were. I then called the police and spoke to Officer Hurst asking him to make a police report record that Annette Monson refuses to tell me what the allegations are. So CPS treats us GUILTY until proven Innocent because we declined to speak to them, yet then when I ask them what's going on and to tell me what the allegations are they refuse to speak to me. FACTS: 1. Alleged Psychopath, Susan Manning was told by law enforcement that she did NOT have authority to have Tim and Cheri McGaffin's daughter. 2. Susan fled with our daughter once she knew Cheri was on her way to pick up her daughter. 3. When called on the phone by Ephraim, UT Police Sgt. Steve Cragun, Susan resisted bringing our daughter back and had to be threatened with kidnapping charges 3 times. 4. Susan Manning and her 6th husband, Michael Brook both now have a permanent Stalking Injunction against them which prevents them from contacting us and our family or gathering any information about us directly or indirectly through any 3rd party. In addition to the stalking injunction there is also a NO CONTACT ORDER against both Susan Manning and Michael Brook as they were also each criminally charged for "electronic communication harassment". Susan Manning attempted to kidnap our daughter on April 28, 2022. Cheri McGaffin filed a police report on the attempted kidnapping, case number: 22041368 As Cheri was growing up, Susan groomed and brainwashed Cheri by constantly lying to Cheri about her father, coaching Cheri what to say on the phone to her father, then recording the phone calls between Cheri and her father. Susan also took Cheri to satanic rituals and kidnapped Cheri 3 times, among other psychopathic behavior. In 2022 we recognized Susan repeating her same patterns of grooming and brainwashing with our own daughters (Susan's granddaughters). We (Tim and Cheri McGaffin) then confronted Susan and established healthy boundaries to protect our daughters, our children, our family from Susan's machinations and manipulations. On April 26, 2022, Susan called and lied to CPS caseworker Annette Monson. Later, DCFS supervisor Dave Stevens called Tim McGaffin on the phone and told Tim that Susan "lied about everything". Dave said "it wasn't just half-truths mixed with lies, it was all lies." And that "there wasn't even a sliver of truth." Dave Stevens also told Tim that CPS “definitely made mistakes” and that "changes need to be made" such as: 1. No more trespassing. (Annette Monson trespassed in our home) 2. Review actual evidence, do not make assumptions. 3. Need to verify all information. Cheri McGaffin speaking: On Thursday morning April 28, 2022 my 5-year-old son came running to me and saying that he saw my 16-year-old running out of the house, across the front yard and down the road. I immediately ran outside and saw our 16-year-old getting into a white van at the end of the road. I immediately called 911. I did not hear back from the police or anybody for about 4 or 5 nerve-wracking hours, but I almost immediately suspected the involvement of my mother Susan as she had done something very similar when I was a teenager and my parents were involved in a bitter divorce. On my 16th Birthday I had wanted to go out to dinner with my mom Susan and her current husband at the time. My dad was the custodial parent and he said, “No”, I could not go to dinner with Susan since he wanted to spend time with me on my birthday and my mom could see me another day. I was pretty mad about that and called my mom crying saying that dad was abusive. My mom told me and my sister to run out of the house at a certain time and she would drive by and pick us up. Later that day when our dad was upstairs, my sister and I ran outside and down the road. When he noticed we were gone my dad got in his car, but my sister and I jumped over a snowbank on the side of the road so he couldn’t see us. When my mom came driving down the road, my sister and I jumped over the snowbank and got into my mom's van. We did not see our dad for a year after that. Susan would have me try to record phone calls with my dad when I was younger. She would have myself and my sister either together or separately call my dad on the phone and she would press record on a phone-recording system she had setup and connected to the phone. Susan would coach me on what to say to try and get my dad to say something she could use against him so she would get custody. She didn't have custody of me or my 2 siblings. At the time I was not able to fully recognize how inappropriate and damaging what my mother was doing, but I ultimately was able to understand how wrong it is.
