Strangely enough, my interview with Jeremy Brown was completed and uploaded on the exact same day, June 23rd, back in 2021 and today's episode in 2024. This race will be critical for those in Tampa, Florida as well as the country. Laurel Lee, the Secretary of State prior to Cord Byrd, has a lot of money and power behind her. She refused then to call for audits to the 2020 election in Florida instead insisting that the state’s elections went smoothly and with little problems. Those of us who have been involved in investigating the elections processes here in Florida know better. Since becoming Florida US Congresswoman in 2022, she's been proving repeatedly what an Establishment figure she really is. She was one of just six Florida GOP members to vote in favor of the $1.2 trillion spending package that kept the federal government open and was the only one of Florida’s congressional delegation to endorse Gov. Ron DeSantis in his embarrassing bid for president against Donald Trump. She MUST be replaced. Trump himself agrees. In March he posted on Truth Social: "Any great MAGA Republicans looking to run against Laurel Lee in Florida’s 15th Congressional District? IF SO, PLEASE STEP FORWARD!” With that, two candidates did: James Judge and Jennifer Barbosa. In a two-part interview of which this is one part, I interviewed both of these candidates separately and both have amazing stories to tell. Barbosa claims that Judge has violated campaign finance laws after using a good chunk of his donations on personal compensation that benefitted his wife and business. I did contact Judge after my Barbosa interview to ask for his response and he said this is hogwash. Every expenditure, according, to him is within the law. One of these candidates needs to exit this race if Floridians are to have a chance at getting rid of yet another RINO-Establishment politician that Laurel Lee has proven herself to be. This was not an easy endorsement to make. While I found Jennifer Barbosa to be a believable and extremely capable candidate, I felt James Judge to be the better of the two because: 1) Barbosa has no trackable history in Tampa in politics or otherwise. It's just too much of a gamble for me. 2) I cannot be sure that if she were in DC, she has the fighting personality that could stand up to the bully pressures of the UniParty. 3) I have not seen the proof that she's been a Republican for the length of time she claims and James Judge alleges and her interview responses did not assuage that concern. For those reasons, I am giving my Star of Endorsement to James Judge for Florida's District 15. Even so, I would encourage all my viewers to watch both interviews, do your own homework, and use caution! Like so many other grassroots volunteers who are working tirelessly to save America without earning a dime, Deb Monks is no different. Any candidate who steps up to run for office in this political climate deserves our thanks. And George Umansky as a Veteran who has served our country honorably for years has made it his mission to continue doing so in the most challenging of times. If you are deemed a "threat to yourself or others", these laws make it possible, in fact probable, for your 2nd Amendment gun rights to be taken away. Think I'm kidding? A new DOJ directive has just formed a "Resource Center" called ERPO that is fanning agents all over the country to work with law enforcement and health professionals in order to identify "threats" in their counties. They'll be teaching your local Sheriff how to use existing Red Flag Laws to start one of the most aggressive gun confiscation moves we've likely ever seen. Imagine if you or a loved one is a Veteran who has sought help for PTSD...or someone who has perhaps just consulted with a therapist in the past, or you've ever taken an anti-depressant. If you've ever complained about the COVID restrictions or the 2020 presidential transition, you will be on the list of targets. If you have a neighbor with TDS, be especially careful lest they report you. Combine that with a recent ruling by an Obama appointee judge who exonerated an illegal immigrant who was illegally carrying a gun during one of the Summer of Love 2020 riots. That ruling now means legally armed illegals participating in upcoming riots could be coming to a neighborhood near you. We'd better all know our rights by then and have a working relationship with our local Sheriffs and a feel for their understanding of what's coming and what our rights are under the law. Especially the unprecedented ruling by SCOTUS in 1997 of Sheriff Mack's legal win when he challenged the Brady Act all the way to the Supreme Court. That perseverance saved America from losing our gun rights back then and continues to protect our 2nd Amendment rights from federal government gun confiscations even now. This has to be one of the most outrageous stories I've heard about a Supervisor of Elections yet. What's most shocking isn't even that Kim Barton, Alachua County's Supervisor of Elections in Florida had a staff member register felons to vote while they were incarcerated, as though that isn't enough. She got no punishment whatsoever and yet they got added sentences. Every voter who describes themselves as Democrats but caring about prisoner rights ought to think twice. Kim Barton, as a Democrat was doing what Democrats do best: get votes no matter what. When SOE candidate for Alachua County Judith Jensen told me that story I didn't believe it at first. But after speaking with her and doing a bit of research, I knew it was true. When are voters going to get serious about these down ballot races and get honest, ethical candidates in office to replace these puppets doing the bidding for those looking to destroy our Republic? After all, if Barton is willing to register prisoners to vote and gets no reprimand, what's stopping her from signing up illegal immigrants by the literal "boat loads?" Dave Schaffel builds a compelling case why Florida has a major problem within our Supervisor Elections offices from the top down. He says from the Secretary of State Cord Byrd on down to every county SOE, the fix is in as they all parrot the UniParty's official line that 2020 was "the most secure elections in our history". Dave Schaffel vehemently disagrees and his statistical analysis proves it. Are our current SOEs even qualified for such a data-intensive job? How do they know what the numbers are telling them about our elections? Why are the voter rolls still so packed with many questionable voters that make our elections more vulnerable? For every 2,000 ballots Dave examined from the 2020 Collier County election, he was able to discern a very "controlled" data expression for what a statistician would expect. Why didn't Collier's SOE see this same anomaly (and others Dave explains) with the Vote by Mail ballots? The "Phenomenon of Randomness", according to Schaffler should have at least been questioned. But it wasn't and Dave says that's unacceptable. Worse, when he attempted to approach his Collier County SOE about his findings, he got nowhere and says that same lack of accountability is prevalent throughout the State of Florida.
