Honu (sea turtles) are in warm subtropical and tropical ocean waters worldwide. To the Hawaiian people, sea turtles, or “Honu,” are sacred creatures. They embody good luck, protection, endurance, and long life. They gather on the beach to rest and charge their bodies with energy.
