The good thing feminism did was its emphasis on equality among both genders. The bad it brought into our culture is that it perhaps unwittingly emasculated the man, and essentially made men disposable. Thus, the ascent of fatherless homes has wreaked a long lasting devastating impact on the nuclear family. Hardest hit is the black family structure. As the saying goes, "when White Folks Catch a Cold, Black Folks Get Pneumonia." Before succumbing to public outcry, #BLM once had on their website the goal to: “dismantle the patriarchal practice” and “...disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure requirement.." Both concepts prove to be a combustible ideological mix and harmful blow to the black family structure which already suffers the generational stronghold of fatherlessness. Ironically, perhaps the so-called concept of 'toxic masculinity' is the result of men growing up without fathers. If we follow the word of God, we can never go wrong. God will never mismanage our lives. The Bible says: Isaiah 5:20-21 “20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! 21 Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!” Marxism has a distaste for capitalism and christianity that it believes stands in the way. In its current iteration, it has conceded that it cannot eradicate the church so it might as well infiltrate it. Black liberation theology seems to have a soft spot for Marxist ideology. From Karl Marx to Antonio Gramsci, to Black Liberation theology and CRT. Are these ideologies Biblical? Karl Marx defines capitalism as a discriminatory system that favors the bourgeoisie (aka business owners) over the proletariat (workers or laborers). To rapidly advance a revolution, he thought Christianity’s acknowledgement of a higher power would stop people from seeking rapid change via revolution. Thus, Karl Marx’s famous (or rather infamous statement): ”RELIGION IS THE OPIUM OF THE MASSES.” Marxist proponents learned a lesson. In order to transform society, they learned the long game: rapid change was not a viable option. Italian Marxist, Antonio Gramsci laid his intensions bare. “For Gramsci, Marxism could supersede religion only if it met people's spiritual needs, and to do so people would have to think of it as an expression of their own experience.” - Wikipedia The key was to infiltrate every strata of society over generations, not years. This strategy has paid off. Society is more susceptible to marxism’s grip. With concepts like, diversity, equity, inclusion, and a new use of PRONOUNS, to concepts of MY TRUTH, to declaring and defining language codes like SPEECH IS VIOLENCE, to biological men competing in women’s sports, our society and even the military have been infected by the CRT pandemic (wading into the treacherous waters of Critical Race Theory, General Milley said he wanted to understand white rage). Most modern historians believe that Jesus, who was born in Bethlehem, a region near Jerusalem in the Middle East, was a man with black skin tones and distinctive facial features. However, modern depictions of Jesus, which are infuenced by the Roman expression of Jesus Christ, often show him as a white man with straight hair.” From my book co-authored with my brother that was published in 1999 (23 years ago) titled: “Uncovering The Hidden Stranger Within: Answering the Question of Identity”. "I came across a site that dealt with Afro-centricity. It went on to assert that Jesus was a fighter for the freedom of black people. It further asserted that He came to liberate people of color from their white oppressors. These words would have read and sounded quite differently, if the words "black" and "white" were excluded. The color constraints added exclude a large segment of the world from God's salvation. This view simply reduces the salvation of man to a mere revolution! "Clearly we see the propaganda emerging - the issue here is the submerging of truth into obscurity, while the distraction lingers strong. It is no longer a Jesus dying for the WHOLE WORLD, it is a "Black Nationalist freedom fighter." "The sensationalism involved is not subtle but blunt. Why would anyone go so far? Without question, the African American has been stripped of his rich history and vital contributions. “However, relying solely on a natural heritage to establish your worth is like seeing a picture that displays food in it, and expecting it to satisfy your hunger. Instead, take a hold of your identity in Christ, and let Him create a new history for you that can never be deprived. If your identity is distorted by your Afro-centric view of Christ, your destiny will be altered. Why? Because it will remain confined to only the biased views that keep it going. By so doing, it does not embrace the broader view of God's love.
