Today's video I tell you about my amazing experience in removing 8 feet of mucoid plaque. I believe I have more to get out but already feeling the changes in my intestinal track and I can't wait to share the experience with you guys and teach you about the dangers of mucoid plaque and the importance of getting it out of us. But until recently I had no idea you could remove this much plaque so easily. So be sure to listen and comment or ask questions if you have them because I will answer them! Mucoid plaque is a rubber like substance that is lining our intestinal track. It comes from years of eating the wrong foods: breads, starches, meat, cheese and other dairy products, processed foods and all the usual SAD foods. Even if you are 10 years a raw foodist you will have the 20-30 feet of mucoid plaque because all of us ate the wrong foods before we got on the healthy journey and it is those years that formed all the plaque. I thought there is no way to remove it without taking drastic measures such as long juice feasting or water fasting ... until I discovered 2 bowel cleanses that work fast and in a short period of time. I feel so passionate now to teach others how to cleanse the intestinal track at the start of their detox journey so all the other dietary changes can heal us much faster. I love the way it tastes: 4 ½ quarts clean water in large pot Cut up and add: 4 Russet Potatoes 1 Jewel Yam 1 LARGE handful Rainbow Chard 5-6 sticks celery 1 tomato Cayenne to taste A little (don’t over season) salt free herbal seasoning (I like Bragg Sea Kelp Delight.) Bring to boil, turn down and simmer for 20 minutes. Take off heat, let cool. Strain liquid Broth into 4 quart jars. Compost the veggies. (They are depleted.) I drink this warm or cool. It’s great to drink a big glass full and then kick back for a few minutes and pay attention to how it makes your body feel. It’s very alkalizing! I drink a quart of this each day (at least), and about a quart of fresh organic juice. You can find the recipe for Alkalizing Vegetable Mineral Broth in the Cleanse Guide on page 11. My favorite juice is something like: 1 beet 8 carrots 8-10 celery sticks 1-2 Fuji Apples 1 inch ginger My favorite green smoothie is something like: Add to blender or VitaMix: 1-2 cups water 2 large handfuls of baby kale, chard, spinach mix 1 banana 1 apple 1 handful mixed berries 1 handful blueberries 1 Tablespoon chia seeds (soaked overnight) 1 scoop (about 1 heaping Tablespoon) deep green powder, spirulina, chlorella, or a blend Blend well! Guest Info & Website Daniel James Duncan’s BIO In order to discover this blessed lifestyle of a raw/high-fruit diet, I had to go through a bit of suffering - arising from ignorance… something I'm so grateful for experiencing, to now where I have discovered the Truth & appreciate Life in such a profound way, knowing I can consciously create my Wellbeing. Dr. Hanscom deals with chronic pain patients on a daily basis year after year. After seeing new data that showed patients were worse after surgery Dr. Hanscom decided to look deeper into the issue of pain.  He is no stranger to pain because he too had a horrible pain syndrome with no answers that almost made him take his own life.  He saw first hand how living with pain affected his family and marriage.  He now has hundreds and even thousands of paitents healing their pain by following his amazing work!   Dr. Hanscom believes that each human being has a deep drive to thrive and give back. This force is frequently compromised by chronic pain, which has been documented to have a similar impact on your quality of life as terminal cancer. Life becomes one of survival. Through his own personal ordeal, he discovered that chronic pain is curable by systematically using established medical practices in a self-directed manner. The key is to connect to your own capacity to heal.   Dr. Hanscom is an orthopedic complex spinal deformity surgeon who now understands that most chronic pain from any source is solvable – usually without surgery. He is the creator of the DOC (Direct your Own Care) program, which is the subject of his book, Back in Control: A Surgeon’s Roadmap out of Chronic Pain. He also publishes a weekly blog and maintains a website, www.backincontrol.com, to provide resources for chronic pain patients and their families. Dr. Hanscom distinguishes himself from many spine surgeons in that he strongly encourages non-surgical solutions for his patients. Working from his practice at the Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, Washington, Dr. Hanscom witnessed scores of patients recover, usually without surgery. Through these experiences and his own personal victory over a severe chronic condition, he came to understand that chronic pain, rather than being a structural problem, was a neurological condition; and that most chronic pain, whatever the cause, duration, or degree, is solvable.   As patients apply Dr. Hanscom’s DOC program (Direct your Own Care), in which they choose and perform activities that have been documented to be effective by extensive medical research, the results are often miraculous. Not only have hundreds of people become pain-free using DOC, many of Dr. Hanscom’s surgical patients have opted out of surgery after trying the program for a few weeks. The key to alleviating chronic pain, Dr. Hanscom discovered, is the patient’s control of his or her own treatment plan. He didn’t always believe this way. He spent the first eight years of his practice willingly performing spinal procedures to cure his patients’ discomfort–until research data revealed that the overall success rate for surgery performed for low back pain was less than 30%.   Meanwhile, he was struggling with chronic pain and was suffering from an additional 15 symptoms caused by his stressed nervous system. They included unrelenting anxiety and tinnitus that nearly put him over the edge. He inadvertently discovered an effective (non-surgical) tool that began his path to healing over a mere six months. The experience opened his eyes to the fact that the source of most people’s chronic pain was in the nervous system, not the skeletal system.   Determined to raise the odds for successful spine surgeries, Dr. Hanscom began teaching surgical residents and fellows; partnered with his hospital to establish a database that identifies patients who are at a high risk for negative surgical outcomes; founded the Puget Sound Spine Society, of which he is current president; and, as orthopedic consultant to Premera (Blue Cross of Washington), helped establish best practices for orthopedic surgery.   Today Dr. Hanscom’s mission is to re-introduce true healing into medicine. He feels that doctors should be given the time to understand their patients and the life situations surrounding their medical problems. Currently, we are prescribing simplistic solutions for a complex problem. TODAY’S GUEST: Dr. Hillary Smith has maintained an Integrative Wellness and Chiropractic practice in the  Los Angeles area since 1985. In 2006, she incorporated Advanced Medical Thermography-The Breast Thermography Center into her office.  Because of her dedication and excellence in the field, Dr. Smith was chosen to train for and  receive the  highest Clinical Thermographer certification. She personally trained with Dr. Peter Leando, an international leader in thermal imaging. While researching options for her own pro-active health, Dr. Smith became interested in Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging (DITI) or Thermography. Further study lead her to the realization that DITI is an amazing and underutilized screening tool that could help people detect very early changes in their physiology and be used to track the efficacy of their treatment choices. In 2006, Dr. Smith decided that educating the public about Thermography and offering a superior service was where all the roads she had traveled led to. She went to North Carolina to receive her training on the campus of Duke Medical Center through the auspices of the American College of Clinical Thermography.  Dr. Smith graduated Cum Laude from the Southern California University of Health Sciences where she earned a B.S. in Biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in 1984. She received a Doctorate of Homeopathic Medicine from The Hahnemann College of Homeopathy in 1992. In 2005, Dr. Hillary Smith received certification in First Line Therapy, a lifestyle change program that addresses many chronic health issues and is a Certified Health Coach. With a focus on Clinical Nutrition, she has attended numerous hours of post graduate education, including the 100 hour course of Applied Kinesiology. Probably not enough. It’s one of the things I’m most excited about when it comes to the prevention of the terrible disease of breast cancer simply because it enables you to diagnose a potential problem years before other methods will ven be able to detect an issue, and by then it could already be too late. Breast thermography is a non-invasive technique that does NOT bombard your body with any kind of harmful radiation or chemical to do its work. It is a high resolution camera that detects the heat signature of your body’s parts and organs and highly trained technicians are able to read the picture to determine if you have any foreign masses growing in your body. With the existence of breast thermography I don’t see any reason women should continue having mammograms done. Not only are they unneeded, they are also being show more and more to actually cause harm to women while they are doing the work of diagnosing. What kind of sense is that? I can’t see any which is why I am suggesting thermography to all my clients. Or maybe you didn’t realize that. Mammograms are the process of running radiation through the breast in order to take a “picture” what what exists in the breast in terms of masses, cysts, etc. But the saddest part of the mammogram scheme is that the only thing proven to cause breast cancer is radiation. It’s silly. Women are encouraged to have regular mammograms which are very likely the very cause of the cancer they are trying to detect. It’s ridiculous. For over three decades, her research interests have always been at the intersection of biology and computation: developing a computational model for the human auditory system, understanding human language so as to develop algorithms and systems for human computer interactions, as well as applying natural language processing (NLP) techniques to gene predictions. She has published over 170 refereed articles on these subjects, and has been invited to give keynote speeches at several international conferences. She has also supervised numerous Master's and PhD theses at MIT. In 2012, Dr. Seneff was elected Fellow of the International Speech and Communication Association (ISCA). So we actually continued the conversation for this episode and you’ll get to hear a lot more of what she’s learned in her studies. She’s uncovering some amazing data that suggests that glyphosate poisoning is connected to Autism, Parkinson’s, ALS, and much more. Glyphosate and autism connections are becoming more and more obvious as the research continues but you don’t hear about it because the companies that produce the chemicals that contain glyphosate are in the back pocket of powerful politicians. TODAY’S GUEST: As a young adult caring for both of her ill parents, Valerie realized her natural ability as a nurse, and her interest in the healing arts grew.   TODAY’S GUEST: Rick Simpson is a retired power engineer who worked for 25 years in the medical system in Canada.  After suffering a severe head injury in 1997 he took all the medications that the doctors prescribed, but their side effects did nothing but harm.  So in desperation he turned to the use of cannabis extracts, which he produced himself and quickly found that he had discovered the greatest natural medicine on earth.  After learning the truth about the amazing healing abilities of these extracts, he then went to everyone in authority to have its use recognized once more,  but found that in reality those who control our lives, wanted to keep the truth hidden from public view.  Having nowhere else to turn, he then made this knowledge public and since that time countless individuals worldwide have used his information to cure or control illnesses for which our current medical systems have no solution. Rick Simpson was giving the oil away for free, since he was growing plants in his own backyard, while he was still in Canada, until 2009, when the Royal Canadian Mounted Police did the final raid at his home. Rick was always talking about THC oil, and not CBD oil. The oil that he was giving away for free had a very high percentage of THC and it also contained low levels of CBD and other cannabinoids.  Today these extracts are usually called RSO or Rick Simpson Oil and it was the previous leader of the hemp movement Jack Herer himself who coined this phrase. Since 2013 Rick no longer lives in Canada.
