So now that they have the technology to edit, splice and program a cell, and that technology currently exists, to enter this into somebody, and to go park itself anywhere the administer wants it to park, at will, they can activate it to interact and control someone's brain. Scientists have figured out how to hide imagery in the DNA of bateria and then have the information reproduce in a string in the form of a protein. The new way to hid information is in DNA. They can implant an actual digital photo and the Chinese have implanted a GIF file of a person riding on a horse, into someone's brain.
