Ya'll, this was likely the best Blackstone breakfast cook I've ever made and had! The crispness of the hashbrown casserole cake, then the creamy gravy, smokey bacon, and then that fried egg on top! Dang it boy! It was amazing! You can make these in indiviual bowls or skillets for serving. Your family and or guests will LOVE this dish! Here's the ingredients: Hashbrown casserole 1 package (32oz I think) frozen shreaded hashbrowns 1/2 cup melted butter 1 10 1/4oz can cream of chicken soup (can use cream of celery, mushroom, etc) 1 pint sour cream 1/4 - 1/2 cup grated onion 2 cups grated cheese (I used cheddar blend and Mexican cheese blend) 1 teaspoon Lowry seasoning 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper Taste this mixture and adjust seasoning. Form these into patties and place on oiled Blackstone (can use cast iron skillet too). After a long night at the restaurant, it was good to have one of these. Adjust the amount of coffee you desire as well as sugar and cream. So, Maryn wanted some egg rolls and so I told her let's do it. Ingredients Egg Roll Mixture 1.5 lbs ground pork Cabbage 1/4 cup onion 1/4 cup carrots 2 Green onions 1/4 cup Soy sauce 2-3 teaspoons Oyster sauce Thumb fresh ginger on micro plane 3 cloves garlic Pack of egg roll wrappers Oil Butter Splash Rice vinegar Canola spray Duck Sauce 1 cup apricot jam 2 teaspoons rice vinegar 1 teaspoon water 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon salt Squirt of mustard 1 teaspoon soy sauce Place items in a small saucepan on med/low heat. Heat and mix through. You can run throw a sieve, but I don't. I like it chunky. Steak cheese fries! My word ya'll what else is better? These fries were meaty, cheesey, little crunch from the vegetables. They were amazing! Ingredients as follows: Cheese sauce: 1-2 tablespoons butter 1 - 2 tablespoons flour 1 cup Milk Cheddar cheese Monterey Jack cheese Make roux with butter and flour. Pour milk in and whisk. Add cheese. 3-4 russet potatoes 1 teaspoon Salt Drizzle Olive oil Cut into fries Toss in olive oil Sprinkle with salt Steak: 1 - 2 teaspoons salt 1 - 2 teaspoons Pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon beef powder 1/4 cup onions 1/4 cup peppers Want to donate to the channel? #friedrice #chickenfriedrice #howtomakefriedrice Chicken fried rice on the Blackstone griddle has to be one of the most popular recipes. I get a lot of questions about fried rice. Mainly about how to get the rice from being mushy or sticky. For me the trick is getting the rice dry. I'll cook the rice and place in the fridge to dry out. It needs time. For this video I sped things up by placing into the oven on warm feature to help. Then I placed in the fridge. Wasn't as dry as I typically have, but still good to work with. Fried rice is versatile. Your ingredients can be endless. For us, we added cabbage, onions, and peppers. Cooking rice: Ingredients 2 cups jasmine rice water 1:1 ratio rice to water. I also rinse the rice numberous times to wash the starch off it before cooking. Brought to a boil then reduced to low heat simmer, placed the lid on, and cooked for 15 mins. After 15 mins, I removed from the heat and let rest till somewhat cool. Then transfer to your sheet pan.
