The name "StandingWatch" is derived from a biblical passage in Habakkuk 2:1, which reads: "I will stand my watch And set myself on the rampart, And watch to see what He will say to me..." The Church of the Eternal God produces the weekly video internet broadcast, "StandingWatch" ("AufPostenStehen" in German), with Evangelist Norbert Link.
