A special flight carrying Russian citizens evacuated from Gaza arrives from Cairo at Moscow Domodedovo Airport. The United States House of Representatives will consider a bill for additional aid to Ukraine today in their fight against the Russian invasion of the country. At the same time a motion to vacate the Speakers Chair is expected from members of the far right of the Republican Party. It is unclear on how other Republicans or Democrats will vote on such a motion. Under House rules a motion to vacate must be considered, debated and voted on before any other business can be considered. Romanian troops began the construction of air raid shelters in Plauru on the border with Ukraine on Thursday, after parts of a suspected Russian drone were discovered last week. Dozens of soldiers were seen digging trenches and using sandbags and concrete in the construction of the two bomb shelters, which will be reportedly handed over to local authorities once completed. Romania's Defense Ministry ordered the building of the shelters for local residents living in the village, and promised to erect more observation points and deploy additional patrols to monitor the area. "We are not going to leave the place, we have animals here, dogs, pigs. If they will come we are going to shoot them down," said local fisherman, Nedelcu Alexandru. Romanian Defense Minister Angel Tilvar said on Wednesday that wreckage from a suspected Russian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) had been found near Plauru.
