Public Visual Satsang #49 on Thursday, September 1, 2022. SUMMARY: Satsangs are different every time. Lots of sweet support in this one, with back-to-back Self Inquires. Using the immediate feeling that is arising, to find the deeper treasure within it all. 1. Self Inquiry [Laboring of a New Civilization]: Karina, a forward Thinker and Do-er, is on the forefront of new energy and healthcare. At first, it looked like a lot of Anger was coming to Satsang to sit. However, after meeting that powerful emotion, it quickly shifted. To owning her power. As one member of a global, committed team. And to clean up the mess that being a usual but unusual Mom brings. 2. Self Inquiry [Speak Up Now Girl]: Jazz is back with another layer of Inner Child / Outer Woman work. Using Humble as a starting place, she found the positive flip of that polarity. A mass Orphan Rescue ensued, of many younger child parts who lacked voices while growing up. The beginnings of a new Inner Family structure of Inner Mother, Inner Father and Inner Brother, deep within her supportive AlphaMind. 3. Self Inquiry [Trust in the Universe, That I Am Guided, For My Highest Good]: Teresa was terminated from her multi-decade health support career last year, due to the Canadian mandates. She's now fully dismantling her home and belongings, including finding homes for her beloved cats. To set forth on a new, undefined chapter, possibly in Mexico. Watch as we hold space for her to feel her feelings, particularly Anxiety. And how the Light Beings show up, to accompany and radiate her way. I continue to offer Recorded Individual Sessions during these shifting times. Sometimes I know these beautiful beings, sometimes I don’t. It’s always my honor, and education, to meet Consciousness through their unique forms. Here’s another from my queue. I have a long queue in getting these videos out, so it’s at least a year old. I like that some time has gone by as it helps with perspective – as we now have hindsight that we didn’t back then (or at least some). Given the nature of this one, it’s hosted on my new Rumble channel (need just 2 more subscribers to get my official channel name, so do subscribe if you feel so inclined). Nancy, a long-time American Democrat, lives in a seniors complex and is skeptical about the V. In short, she’s decided she’s not gonna take it, even though pretty much her whole family has (either voluntarily or in order to stay employed). This video is a gift to be able to witness (wherever you personally stand on this loaded topic). Watch as we meet ‘going down the rabbit hole’, anxiety and historical trauma. Plus deep longing for enhanced awareness, activism and civilized discourse. Another example of heroically meeting what is, through the lens of a fellow human being. As we witness this kind of deep processing, it ideally opens our Minds and Hearts to the oneness of us all. The pandemic honed her awareness about vulnerability, loneliness, sibling jealousy, and her role as an elder. What started as a Future Self journey morphed into a mediumistic dialogue with deceased parents and grandparents. Who offered perspective on repetitive generational patterns and the shadow work required to shift them. Process Group #16B - 2020 Shifts (August 1, 2020 - Visual Coaching). A usually upbeat American Visual Practitioner feels impending doom. Covid, BLM, mail-in ballots, social media, fake news, vaccines, misinfo ... boiling point. Watch her step-by-step inquiry, meeting all as it is ... including allies from below and above. Impending doom? Or could it actually be impending liberation?! Earth and Gut Microbes say "Thank the Lord someone is giving voice to that possibility". Just F'ing Paint!

During these challenging times, my Seva is to help folks think and feel on their most pressing topics. Pro bono, recorded, and shared. I offer Public Visual Satsangs (every few weeks) and Individual Visual Coaching Sessions (as my schedule allows). Here is a Visual Coaching Session including summary, video, and visual map. SUMMARY: L.B. is frustrated and intense. She wants to show up in the world as the BEING she is. However, something inside is preventing her from doing so. I pull out my Inner Alignment map. It's a good one for situations like this. Where one part of my client wants something to happen and another part doesn't. Split energy. An internal conflict. She embodies the part that is interfering. It's her masculine "Inner Kick-Ass". A micro-managing part of her that analyzes and compares. In a cruel, cutthroat yet clear way. Turns out underneath all that judgment is a soul who wants to change the world. It's hard slogging for a while but we eventually mediate a truce. Recognizing that this masculine part is actually a protector of sorts. Working hard to keep her authentic to quiet, tiny, cute, and weeny ways. It got set up long ago at 8 with a mother who couldn't be counted on and too much responsibility at a young age. We devise a new partnership of good vibes. A hieros gamos - the inner sacred marriage. With praise, nurturing, levity, support, gentle encouragement, and baby steps. We begin with ten minutes of Meditation to settle into Stillness. Next are Reports. Then our agenda organically emerges from the shares. SUMMARY: 1. First up is Kathryn a busy university academic. Two recent evaluations have deposited her at 'not done enough' and 'pride of accomplishments'. We enter the polarity as a portal, to find the treasure within. We meet self-doubt, productivity, shine, make a mark, choice, privilege, honor and humility. Her heart and lungs hold the key of ease. More achievement to now be coupled with an easiness of sense of self. Yes, please! 2. JC had a breakthrough with her Future Self at last weekend's SHIFT-IT Retreat. Lots of naps, wild dreams and painting since. A new constellation is forming but it doesn't belong at work. Her Inner Toddler and Teen object, they want it tattooed on their arm for all to see .... visibility! No to loss of work and dubious success. A pact between the heart and head. Trust. Hush. We've got you! 3. Next is Jill (no notes). Since the Retreat, a Green Man has emerged. We do a quick journey to her AlphaMind for clarification. Her Star Woman Galactic Mind is there to greet us. Green Man becomes Galactic Dad. Star Woman becomes Galactic Mom. The other Guides recalibrate accordingly. Yes please to leaving the trauma behind and stepping into fun, play and visibility. 4. Laurie stays for Bonus Time. The injustices that she has witnessed as an indigenous student in law school have left her angry. She meets her understandable anger. Inviting it to enlarge and stretch into a lava leaking volcano. After it cools, from her mountain vantage point, she finds neutrality at those human foibles below. And asks this perspective to accompany her into her third year. 5. Ginette processed deeply at the Retreat too and comes for her next round. The CEO of a Foundation she's awaits her Board's decision about her role and the overall fate of the organization. Waiting is not her forte. Her Future Selves help with a stuck trauma. Which starts a vibrational cascade in her subtle energy field. Multiple griefs, that she stuffed in order to keep going, come up for processing. We begin the process of meeting them - a timely private session is already booked for next week too. Thank you to everyone who came.
