Play-time! Cat at play
This gorgeous fluffy cat often comes to visit us for some pets. He loves to hang out in our garden and today was playtime. You can tell when he is up for some loving pets or wants to chase something. He is so playful and focuses on the object or prey once the cat instinct sets in. He is a lovely black and white, long haired male and he is one of the reasons why we are thinking of adopting two cats soon as well, should I landlady allow us to have pets :) If that is the case, be prepared for more cat videos from here, hehehe.

Sleepy malamute yawning
We are dog sitting for 2 weeks. This is a very sleepy dog yawning.
We are currently dog-sitting in Oxfordshire. Two beautiful malamutes, this is 7, one of them. The summer heat makes them very sleepy. A little morning yawn by this gorgeous malamute girl.

Cute dog snapping at water coming out of a hose
Cute Malamute Q loves to play with water, here he is snapping at it coming out of a hose to fill up his playpan.
We are currently dog-sitting in Oxfordshire. Two beautiful malamutes, this is Q, one of them. They struggle with the current summer heat because of their thick fur, so we thought water will help to cool them down. Q is the younger one and still very energetic and playful. He had an amazing time splashing about outside in the waterpan, more videos to come on that. But here he is simply loving the water dashing out of the hose and tries to get it by snapping at it. He looks up with expectation when the waterflow stops, when it starts again, he gets a little confused when it disappeared just as he snapped at it.For most of the time he is also keeping his front two paws in the waterpan whilst chasing the water to cool him down. Alaskan malamutes have very dense fur, they are so fluffy. The dogs we are dog sitting and looking after at the moment are very big and very lovable. They love cuddles and treats, of course. Today they were not very much up for a walk because of the heat, so we stayed mostly in the shade in the garden and let them release their energy in play with water to cool down.
