Billy Strings - Renewal Album
Billy Strings was born William Lee Apostol on October 3, 1992, in Lansing, Michigan. His father died of a heroin overdose when he was two and his mother remarried Terry Barber, an accomplished amateur bluegrass musician. Billy regards Barber as his father. The family moved to Morehead, Kentucky, then to Muir, Michigan. While he was still a pre-teen his parents became addicted to methamphetamine. He left the family home at the age of thirteen and went through a period of hard-drug usage. His family eventually achieved sobriety; Billy stopped using hard drugs and drinking alcohol.
Barber was a heavy influence on his stepson, introducing him to traditional bluegrass artists at a young age, including Doc Watson, Del McCoury, David Grisman, Bill Monroe, John Hartford, Ralph Stanley, Earl Scruggs, and Larry Sparks.[ Strings is also a rock and metal fan, influenced by Jimi Hendrix, Johnny Winter, Widespread Panic, Phish, Grateful Dead, Def Leppard, Between the Buried and Me, and Black Sabbath, and played in hard rock and indie rock bands in his teens.
Apostol got his stage name Billy Strings from his aunt, who saw his ability on multiple traditional bluegrass instruments.

Yes - Close To The Edge (Full Album)
Close to the Edge is the fifth studio album by English progressive rock band Yes. It was released on 8 September 1972 by Atlantic Records, and is their last album of the 1970s to feature their original drummer Bill Bruford. After scoring a commercial and critical hit with Fragile and touring the album, Yes regrouped to prepare material for a follow-up, ideas for which had been put down some months before. The album's centrepiece is the 18-minute title track, with themes and lyrics inspired by the Herman Hesse novel Siddhartha. Side two contains two non-conceptual tracks, the folk-inspired "And You and I" and the comparatively straightforward rocker "Siberian Khatru". Bruford found the album particularly laborious to make, which culminated in his decision to quit the band after it was recorded, to join King Crimson. Close to the Edge became the band's greatest commercial success at the time of release.

Close to the Edge
And You and I

Yes - The Yes Album
The Yes Album is the third studio album by English progressive rock band Yes, released on 19 February 1971 by Atlantic Records. It was the band's first album to feature guitarist Steve Howe, who replaced Peter Banks in 1970, as well as their last to feature keyboardist Tony Kaye until 1983's 90125. The band spent mid-1970 writing and rehearsing new material at a farmhouse at Romansleigh, Devon, and the new songs were recorded at Advision Studios in London in the autumn. The album was the first by the band to feature all-original material. While the album retained close harmony singing, Kaye's Hammond organ, and Chris Squire's melodic bass, as heard on earlier releases, the new material also covered further styles including jazz piano, funk, and acoustic music. All of the band members contributed ideas, and tracks were extended in length to allow music to develop.

Yours Is No Disgrace
Clap
Starship Trooper
I've Seen All Good People

Captain Beyond - Sufficiently Breathless (Full Album with Song Titles)
Sufficiently Breathless, the second album by Captain Beyond, was released in 1973 and features a jazzier, smoother sound than its predecessor, reminiscent of mid-1970s Santana. The medley format of the first album is retained only for the last six minutes of Sufficiently Breathless: "Voyages of Past Travellers" flows directly into "Everything's a Circle", which in turn is actually two distinct songs despite being listed under a single title. Original drummer/songwriter Bobby Caldwell had been replaced by Marty Rodriguez and Guille Garcia in the band. According to bassist Lee Dorman, the songs were written by vocalist Rod Evans, guitarist Larry "Rhino" Reinhardt, and Dorman himself, but Rodriguez and Garcia were allotted a percentage point of the songwriting royalties due to their contributions to the arrangements.
Tracks:
Sufficiently Breathless
Bright Blue Tango
Drifting In Space
Evil Men
Starglow Energy
Distant Sun
Voyages of Past Travellers

IRON BUTTERFLY - IN-A-GADDA-DA-VIDA (or In The Garden Of Eden?)
"Wait a minute, this sounds like rock and/or roll," says Reverend Lovejoy on the episode of The Simpsons where Bart switches out the hymnals with copies of "In the Garden of Eden" by I. Ron Butterfly. Of course, the joke on the churchgoers (and the poor organist who passes out at the end of the 17-minute hippie anthem) is that it's actually the sheet music to the 1968 bad trip of a hit song "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida" by Iron Butterfly.
But the biblical reference is actually on the mark. Public Radio International spoke with WNYC radio host John Schaefer about how the song became a hit completely by accident. He said that lead singer Doug Ingle "was drunk or high or both, and slurred the words 'in the garden of Eden,'" just like Bart's joke.
The epic song that Ultimate Guitar posits as a contender for the first heavy metal song ever was written as a love song from Adam to Eve, but in this version it seems Adam was the one who dipped a bit too much into the forbidden fruit. The mystery behind the slurred lyrics gave the song the right kind of controversy it needed to stand out in the world of 1960's psychedelic rock.
Iron Butterfly is an American rock band formed in San Diego, California, in 1966. They are best known for the 1968 hit "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida", providing a dramatic sound that led the way towards the development of hard rock and heavy metal music.Wikipedia

Phil Collins - Best Of
*SIGOPS Collection*
Philip David Charles Collins is an English singer, drummer, songwriter, record producer and actor. He was the drummer and later lead singer of the rock band Genesis and also has a career as a solo performer. Between 1982 and 1990, Collins achieved three UK and seven US number one singles as a solo artist.
Born and raised in west London, Collins began playing drums at five and completed drama school training, which secured him various roles as a child actor, with his first major role at 13 as the Artful Dodger in the West End musical Oliver!. He then pursued a musical career, joining Genesis in 1970 as their drummer and becoming lead singer in 1975 following the departure of Peter Gabriel. During the second half of the 1970s, in-between Genesis albums and tours, Collins was also drummer of jazz rock band Brand X. Collins began a successful solo career in the 1980s, initially inspired by his marital breakdown and love of soul music, releasing the albums Face Value (1981), Hello, I Must Be Going (1982), No Jacket Required (1985) and ...But Seriously (1989). Collins became, in the words of AllMusic, "one of the most successful pop and adult contemporary singers of the '80s and beyond".
