What is Legalese? Legalese is a language used in the legal system. It uses different definitions to some words compared to the typical English language we’re familiar with. I personally referred to Blacks Law Dictionary Version 4 for these definition’s. Do your own research, you’ll be surprised at some of the definitions and hidden meanings of these words. For example are you a man, a person or a citizen? Anytime you take on a title, it comes with duties and obligations.
