After 2 sessions in the Relax Sauna Robert reports "I had really bad sciatica. Like 2 months of sciatica. The relief I got made me cry. Anyone who has constant pain knows, it just drains you." Beth is a regular to our store and has been using our instore saunas to treat her swollen foot. When she learned about the Relax Sauna, she realized that it, not only would be a great help to her but to a lot of other people as well. It is fantastic for people with autoimmune diseases. Beth has the beginnings of arthritis. She recently moved and likens the move to doing five days of heavy aerobics, similar to going to the gym. She was very sore from having lifted all those heavy boxes, so the first thing that she did was jump into her sauna.
