🚨CALL TO ACTION: Contact your member of US Congress and Senate to sponsor, cosponsor, or support a Joint Resolution of Disapproval under the Congressional Review Act to stop gender identity politics at every public school in the United States. In spite of around 240,000 comments made on the Title IX Rule Changes last year, the Biden Administration has expanded the definition of “on the basis of sex” discrimination to “sex stereotyping”, “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” which begins August 1, 2024, will allow all we have been fighting against: biological males in bathrooms, locker rooms, sports, and more that have been designated specifically for girls or women. And they are tying it directly to the federal funds our public schools receive and to the food programs (SNAP) in the school cafeterias! This must be stopped! Our representatives in Washington need to know how we feel about this NOW! Must be 18 to view. HarmfuI content in video. We found this book at Davenport Hight School in Polk County, Florida. It's also in Hillsborough County. Check your school district to see if your minor child has access to this. The book is called "Trans+: Love, Sex, Romance, and Being You" and was written in 2019. Authored by Kathryn Gonzales and Karen Rayne PhD, Illustrated by Anne Passchier. The real problem with this book is where the QR codes take a minor child. In 2023. the Supreme Court overturned the Lemon Test. The ruling officially ruled that there IS NO Separation of Church and State. The Supreme Court officially overturned 1971's controversial and heavily criticized Lemon v. Kurtzman opinion. Lemon was used for over fifty years in analyzing claims under the Establishment Clause. Since 2021, Polk County Citizens Defending Freedom has been battling age in-appropriate material in the schools that violate Florida statutes. Polk CDF has challenged more than 50 books that violate Florida statute. The Polk County School Board has failed to comply with Florida Statute as well as properly follow their own book review policy to determine the legitimacy of those challenges.
