We go out and work on building a retaining wall at the Abandoned Mansion! We used old concrete barriers and had a friend come with his heavy equipment to build a retaining wall with the end goal of creating a driveway to the mansion. While out looking for land we found a really cool secret piece of land for sale in the PNW! We set out in search of more property for sale in Northern Idahp. After a few disappointments, we hit the JACKPOT piece of land! It has so much of what we are looking for in our dream property, but there are a few drawbacks.... He literally bought a mansion for a box of donuts and some cash.... A little bit ago, he bought an ABANDONED mansion in a little mining town - FOR $750 AND A BOX OF DONUTS?! It needs some serious TLC though.... The mansion is in complete disrepair, it needs to be completely torn down and rebuilt.
