Crystal skips dinner, Lisa tells a weird story to compare to Denise Richards situation last season, then dinner ends. Lisa & Sutton go for a swim, Garcelle makes a good point then they sit by the fire. Crystal then confides in Kyle, explaining why she was upset about the night before. The next morning the girls get ready to leave, Crystal breaks down in tears over the "weird" moment with Sutton Stracke when she brought the coat to Crystal the night before, then we get a quick cut to election day & quick cut to the girls reacting to Erika's text about her filing from divorce from her husband of 20 years Tom Girardi. The situation with Myka & James Stauffer over rehoming their adopted child with special needs made them infamous on the internet, in particular the family vlogging community, spurring the rise of the anti-family vlogging community. This scandal forced an end to family related content for the Stauffers. However, James has been posting on his "Stauffer Garage" channel, a car detailing channel. I first found out about this scandal throughout Without A Crystal Ball last year after coming across Katie Joy's content through Sister Wives videos of hers. If Myka returns, it would breathe new life into channels in need of a pivot when the Katie Joy vs. Tati lawsuit drama comes to an end.

Some surprising mixed reactions on former Bachelor Colton Underwood's coming out on GMA. Colton's coming out on Good Morning America plus announcement of a Netflix show about his new life garnered backlash from people who would normally be celebrating someone coming out with a side of themselves they've been hiding. Colton's history of being marketed by ABC's Bachelor/Bachelorette franchise as the "virgin athlete" and his treatment of women on the shows may be contributing to the backlash.

TikTok star Jason Jeter got a LIFETIME BAN from Disney after backstage trespassing & water fountain drinking. First scene is Erika & Sutton meeting up before Lake Tahoe group trip, where Sutton shares a story of a pilot losing his license to which Erika's reacted with shock & embarrassment, a near perfect bread crumb leading to the big story around Erika with her husband, Tom's, legal license trouble. Then, Garcelle & Kyle meet for lunch to start fresh, but Garcelle brings up how hurt she was over Kyle's accusations about her charity which quickly resolves but Garcelle asks Kyle if she would've said that to one of the white women. Next, we see Crystal at home with her kids, husband, live-in Chinese pop star brother, & housekeeper, Lucy plus her embracing the "tiger mom" cliche while bragging about husband showing how supportive of a spouse she is. We also learn Crystal loves scheduling as the glue holding the family together. Then, the girls including Kathy Hilton head to Lake Tahoe in a private jet & we learn Kathy has never been on a girls trip. Upon arrival we have room picking where the house greeter tells of ground level bear access & Garcelle makes a comment about black girls not liking bears so she won't be staying on that level. We also see the girls having to carry their own suitcases to their rooms because of the pandemic situation limiting help. Kathy & Kyle then talk about the time they weren't talking after Kyle made a show about their life growing up. Then, as Kyle attempts to cook dinner for the girls, Crystal makes Kyle a margarita as a self proclaimed tough critic married to a Mexican when Crystal says she feels a kindred spirit with Mexicans because she grew up in Los Angeles. Girl chat before eating dinner leads to poking fun at Kyle & Kathy & Erika chiming in. Sutton gifted flasks at dinner table after Kyle burned the salmon & we learn Kyle's sisters call her Doogie. The second to last scene leads to a game of Two Truths and a Lie where Crystal, Sutton, Erika, & Kathy share where Crystal Kung Minkoff reveals she used to work at an escort agency.. After splitting up for the night Lisa Rinna & Garcelle continue talks of their friendship where race is brought up by Garcelle again. In another room, Kyle, Sutton & Crystal talk about the Garcelle lunch with Kyle racial stereotypes come up too. The episode ends with a cliff hanger of Crystal asking Sutton "Are you the I don't see color girl?". Next episode appears to show Crystal & Sutton's relationship taking a nose dive & Garcelle talking negatively about Paris Hilton to her mom Kathy Hilton.

My thoughts as a Californian on Caitlyn Jenner running for governor against Gavin Newsom in recall election. Caitlyn Jenner announced her run for governor a few weeks ago and it has brought national attention to the election as a result. From mainstream media to new media, the reactions have been interesting. Caitlyn, as a trans women, Kardashian adjacent, Trump Republican, has turned the dial of cognitive dissonance to its highest levels in California and across the country. When Bruce Jenner transitioned to Caitlyn Jenner in front of the world, it was new territory and it appears that will continue with this campaign. Many wondered if Caitlyn would adopt Trump era policies of populism, stray from some controversial trans policy, and address many California centric issues such as; wildfires, drought conditions, border immigration, policing, and more. Now, media at all levels including local California stations have no choice but to cover this story despite any bias they have politically. A recent Hannity interview with Sean Hannity on Fox News Channel (FNC) continued to add to national interest in this election although most coverage coming off the interview was criticism of her showing her privilege. Internet reactions also brought up the car accident from years ago where people think Caitlyn (then Bruce) got away with a crime. There is also talk of discrediting those running in the election by using the "all Republicans are bad", "Trump transphobic", "Caitlyn the murder", generalizations becoming more frequent in recent memory but coming back to haunt those using those methods (i.e. 2016 when Donald Trump shocked many by defeating Hillary Clinton). Then we get an intro to Krystal and her older husband and we learn they met when she was 20 & from the valley. We learn about Crystal's Chinese heritage & similarities / differences between her & other housewives. A glam “barbecue” at Dorit’s house brings Kyle's sister Kathy Hilton & Crystal to meet the entire group and get a glimpse at the "snobby" side of her when being introduced to Dorit and saying "if you don't know someone they may not be worth knowing". We are then present for the announcement of the first cast trip to Lake Tahoe, California for group bonding after a rough year. Episode ends with girls saying what the past year taught them and Erika giving insight on her "very dark summer" to get us interested in what is to come. Next episode appears to dive into race talks with Garcelle & Kyle then Kyle, Crystal & Sutton, before & during the Tahoe trip. Then on "Watch What Happens Live" with Andy Cohen the entire cast minus Erika & Kathy joined live virtually and from the vibe of the show I think the group will bond over the Erika situation. In this episode of WWHL we also get talks of former housewife Lisa Vanderpump & references to Lisa Rinna's "own it" tagline from the premiere episode. We shall see!

On the porch, Kyle talks about family genetics leading to Garcelle brings up her experience with Paris Hilton. At dinner we learn Lisa Rinna has a lip line "Rinna Beauty" & Sutton brings up the conversation with Crystal from the night before. Dorit chimes in as Crystal listens leading to a relay of incident to other side of table. They start a drinking prank leading to drama on the ride home as they re-enter the house. They attempt to clear the air, but Sutton isn't having it leading to a night ending poorly again. Crystal Kung Minkoff heads to her room for the night after calling Sutton Stracke a ridiculous human being. This is a segment from Monday's live with my reaction to the coverage of this story by a few creators including Katie Joy from "Without A Crystal Ball", Josh from "Dad Challenge Podcast" & radiantbritt. Josh Duggar was arrested last Thursday in Arkansas and has pleaded not guilty to charges of receiving and possessing material depicting the sexual abuse of children. Josh has been in the spotlight as one of 19 kids of parents Jim Bob & Michelle Duggar who rose to fame with their show "19 Kids & Counting" on TLC. However, this isn't the first run in with the law for Josh as the show was cancelled originally because of past similar allegations.

Johnny Harris' "The REAL Reason McDonalds Ice Cream Machines Are Always Broken" viral video reaction. Does my local franchise have a working machine? Many big media companies, independent media companies, creators, authors, and more have tried to tackle the problem of ice cream machines being down at McDonald's. The latest video from YouTube journalist Johnny Harris going 2021 YouTube viral is a sign this theory is not slowing down. This video brought up great points and indicates this may be the beginning of the end for the broken ice cream machine for McDonald's franchises allowing them to compete with the likes of Wendy's, Chick-fil-a, Burger King, In-n-Out and more. I also share some fun facts about me regarding fast food shakes, Disneyland Dole Whips, the frozen yogurt shop craze of years past, Sizzler soft serve, and Tillamook Toasted Coconut Fudge gelato.

YouTube Drama, Anti-MLM & Motivational "Guru" commentator Camelia just revealed she was sued by guru Marisa Peer. I have some thoughts as someone who has interacted with the community over the last few years in good and not so good ways. Marisa Peer is a British therapist, best selling author, and motivational speaker who Camelia made videos about red flags she saw regarding qualifications of Marisa. After back and forth over these videos and copyright claims against Camelia, Marisa's lawyer served Camelia with a lawsuit. This lawsuit joins the long list of recent lawsuits involving James Charles, Tati Westbrook, Without A Crystal Ball (Katie Joy), Real Housewife of Beverly Hills Erika Jayne & soon to be ex-husband once mega attorney Tom Girardi, Real Housewife of Salt Lake City Jen Shah, and wedding dress designer Hayley Paige just to name a few. This is also reminiscent of a past lawsuit between YouTube news commentator Meet Kevin and business guru Grant Cardone. Not to mention, recent legal issues with Josh Duggar of '19 Kids and Counting' and court proceedings in the Britney Spears conservatorship situation which has given new life to the "# Free Britney" movement.

Allegations against "cheerlebrities" over inappropriate contact with minors over social media are adding up as more come forward with claims against Netflix's "Cheer" star Jerry Harris and Awesomeness TV's "Cheerleaders" former star Robert Scianna. Another Navarro College cheerleader Mitchell Ryan is in trouble as well for similar reasons. All this comes after revelations over a cheer mom making a deep fake to spite her child's cheer competition made national headlines, spurring a conversation around the environment created in all-star cheer and other competitive spaces for young people. This is a similar incident to recent allegations in James Charles' latest scandal.

BLM co-founder Patrisse Khan-Cullors real estate binge exposed amid Derek Chauvin trial over George Floyd death & media spotlight turning to recent events of perceived police brutality. The timing of this suspect financial activity for the activist leader comes at a time when support for the group is needed most as the trial of Chauvin exposes the media narrative prompting them to turn viewer attention to other instances of alleged police brutality. The one home in question most is the $1.4 million home in Topanga Canyon, California just outside Los Angeles which is a mostly white neighborhood. This also puts a spotlight on what is really happening with the organization financially after a year with record donations from individuals and corporations to support the black community

James Charles' latest scandal apology video "holding myself accountable" sparked reactions & conversations around many important topics regarding legal age of consent, power dynamics/inbalance between YouTubers/celebrities/famous people/influencers and their followers/fans/customers, and more. In this video I give my thoughts on James' video addressing the scandal which could lead to legal action against him by families of victims of his inappropriate behavior toward minors. I also address some criticsm by other commentary channels who have been covering this story and their thoughts on if people should still support James from fans and followers to companies like Morphe who partners with James Charles for his makeup brand "James Charles X Morphe". James Charles has been a leader in the emergence of men wearing makeup ever since the beginning of his career doing a mainstream campaign for Covergirl to his appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show before becoming an internet sensation. Although this may prove to be his biggest scandal yet, James has been involved with plenty of high profile drama from "Dramageddon" involving Tati Westbrook, Jeffree Star and other beauty influencers to recent backlash involving TikTok stars (TikTokers) turned YouTube stars (YouTubers) Dixie and Charlie D'amelio in a video he did with the D'amelio family.

Nate has been diving into YouTube Shorts on his channel through case studies, analytics, and personal experience while Annie has been sticking to topics outside Shorts until last week when she decided to share her opinion on the subject. Annie's video titled "Why I DON’T Use YouTube Shorts! (and why you shouldn’t either)" prompted Nate to do a reaction video which led to fallout leaving one video public and one not public. Nate's video "My Response to Annie Dubé: Why I DON’T Use YouTube Shorts" has since become public again. In this video I share my thoughts on the situation and lessons to learn as a viewer, aspiring content creator, and/or current content creator from handling differing opinions to the copyright system on YouTube.

Vice President Kamala Harris' laugh at border crisis & school reopening Qs + President Joe Biden's stumbles up Air Force One become latest run of bad optics for the new White House administration amid mounting pressure on many fronts. VP Harris was on a publicity tour for public health (including vaccine safety ) when pressed about the ongoing crisis at the US/Mexico border broke into what seemed to be a nervous laugh. This same laugh (some would say a cackle) emerged again this week at an event regarding the children of America returning to in person learning across the country amid revelations in San Diego County, California of migrant children just entering the country in 2021 being taught in person at the San Diego Convention Center before school-age American citizens. President Biden has been the subject of concern too after two recent stumbles up Air Force One; one that was a series of three stumbles leading to him falling on his knees, the other just days ago in the rain while carrying an umbrella in one hand and what appeared to be a luggage bag in the other but not resulting in the same severity of fall as the previous incident.

Andrew Cuomo misconduct accusers + nursing home scandal have increased calls for him to resign, I do not agree. In this episode, I will share the reasons I believe this. Both sides of the political aisle (including Democrats; New York City Mayor Bill De Blasio, New York Senator Kirsten Gillibrand & Chuck Schumer, Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC), and more) are publicly supporting investigations into the allegations of misconduct in the workplace which could lead to criminal action against the Governor of the State of New York. His administration is also under investigation for allegedly manipulating nursing home death data last year which could shine a light on the direct impact of his policies on elderly in his state. His press conferences recently moved to phone only with mounting pressure from the media as he takes questions, a stark contrast to the media treatment he received only a few months ago before allegations surfaced. This comes months after he wrote and published a book about his handling of the pandemic called "American Crisis: Leadership Lessons from the COVID-19 Pandemic" which is now being heavily scrutinized.

Recently, she was the subject of headlines as she defended a defamation lawsuit brought by beauty influencer Tati Westbrook and her husband James Westbrook but has continued with similar behavior despite the seriousness of the matter.
