Board Chair McNealy attempts to silence the parents by setting unreasonable rules to be allowed to speak and having Sheriff Deputies escort one parent out of the room because he said the Superintendent's name. "Dr Simon" "Let them eat cake!" Simon says "I'm not in Breach because I don't want to be."

Suzanne Kay reveals to the Alachua County School Board that Superintendent Simon is in breach of contract by not having certs required by her contract. Alachua County requires more certs than the State does and she is in breach of the contract.
