Ellie & Maddie invited littermates Remmy & Reve & Merlin & Merlin's sister Athena over to celebrate the Sevenhawk Great Danes' 2nd birthday. Watch & laugh as Remmy & Reve have a blast cannonballing into the pool. Merlin is sporting his life jacket, but isn't ready to take the plunge. Athena's opinion of water is the same as Ellie's - not so much. Ellie patiently waits at the lanai door for someone to let her into the AC where she & Athena can enjoy some AC fun while the crazy two year olds play in the pool.

Ellie & Mikey the Great Danes love playing with birthday hats a little more than wearing them. Watch & laugh as Ellie & Mikey have fun pouncing & bouncing arguing over who gets to wear the hat as they celebrate Ellie's 3rd birthday.

Maddie & her littermate sisters Remmy & Reve love getting together for pool play dates & are so excited when they greet each other. Watch & laugh as the three happy girls have so much fun zooming around, checking out the pool & yard & until somebody forgets misses a corner & forgets to brake as they collide with Breeder Dad Christopher, who thankfully stays on his feet as wasn't injured by Dane Damage. Ellie wisely stands behind the Dads as she watches the zoomie fun run.

Ellie the Great Dane loves her stuffy babies. Watch & laugh as Ellie happily cuddles up in bed with Mr Seahorse as Jack decides to vacate the big boy bed. Sweet dreams Miss Ellie!

Maddie the Great Dane loves going for a morning swim & then hopping in bed to "help" Mom make the bed. Watch & laugh as Wet Maddie has great fun pouncing & bouncing on the bed ( Mom missed filming the real fun when Maddie was rolling in the sheets & pillows). Maddie then spies her favorite bone on the dresser beside Dad's snack stash & the games begin again!

Maddie the Great Dane has lovely table manners. Watch & laugh as Maddie just looks so sad & cute with her head on the table, patiently waiting for a taste of the Dunn's Montreal Smoked Meat. And then another piece & another piece. Maddie loves homemade deli sandwich night!

As Maddie & Ellie the Great Danes are great watch dogs, Mom thought they would be more interested in the patio umbrella in the pool! Mom didn't think the overnight storm was overly windy, but apparently Mom was wrong, when she woke up to discover the patio umbrella had gone flying! Watch & laugh as Maddie is more interested in running her usual Squirrel Patrol route out the lanai door, than checking out the new addition to the tanning shelf. Thankfully it was a soft landing & the patio umbrella is back vertical again with no damage.

Maddie the Great Dane loves to be involved in Mom's inventions. Watch & laugh as Mom gets creative trying to keep everyone cool in Florida as they wait for the AC repair guy to arrive. Watch & laugh as Maddie enjoys Mom's DIY Air Conditioner which she created by filling a chiller tray with ice & blowing the cool ice air with the fan. Maddie not only enjoys the cooling effect, but loves the idea of a free range bowl of ice cubes. Thankfully, Serge the repair guy had the capacitator replaced in so time, so everyone was chilling again. It is actually a great outdoor cooling idea with the battery operated fans. Go Mom!

Maddie the Great Dane has very good taste in movies! Watch & laugh as Maddie is fascinated by Rocket the Racoon watching the trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy & turns away when he goes off screen. Good taste Maddie, everyone loves Bradley Cooper!

Maddie the Great Dane loves to know who is swimming in her pool. Watch and laugh as Maddie supervises the maiden voyage of the new Wybot Osprey 200 Cordless Pool Cleaner. Unlike most other cordless cleaners, the Wybot is only about 12 pounds & very easy to lift in & out of the pool. And Mom can clip the Go Pro to him so he can film Maddie swimming from underwater!

Maddie the Great Dane loves the rain....her rain outfit....not so much. Watch & laugh as Maddie looks less than thrilled in her hat & raincoat & after shaking off her hat, Maddie takes off running & tossing her hat in the rain. Obviously Maddie & Mom have different ideas about rain wear....lol We are just happy it is raining in Florida to cool off our week of oppressive 119F / 48C feels like temperature!

Maddie the Great Dane is a very chatty girl. Watch & laugh as Mom tries to convince Maddie that Jack the Cat would prefer to chat, with Maddie using her Indoor Voice. Maddie gets an "A" for effort, but not exactly for execution.

Maddie & Ellie the Great Danes love to celebrate any holiday that involves food. With our feels like temperature in Florida hitting 119F /48C our holiday cookout, rapidly became a cook in. Watch & laugh as Maddie enjoy a taste of the hotdogs & burgers. Ellie definitely won't be joining a holiday hotdog eating contest.

The Poutine technically should have had cheese curds on top, but Mom used the yummy President's Choice (only available in Canada) Poutine Sauce. Little know fact is that Hawaiian Pizza, the ham & pineapple topped pizza was in invented by Sam Panopoulos, who was born in Greece & moved to Canada when he was 20, when he decided to try out pineapple on pizza in 1962 to attract customers to one of his Ontario based restaurants.

Jack the Cat & Maddie & Ellie the Great Danes love playing with their toys. Watch & laugh as Jack gets into the spirit of the holidays & dresses up as Uncle Jack to hang out with the Canadian Critters. Maddie & Ellie patiently wait for Jack's photo shoot to be completed before grabbing a toy to squeak. Mr Wolf had squeakectomy surgery before the afternoon was over.

Chef Maddie and Ellie love to sample dinner, especially when it involves bacon & chicken. With our beastly hot days in Florida & our AC acting a bit sketchy, Mom has been keeping dinner simple & light. A Chicken BLT sandwich has Maddie & Ellie's approval for a great dinner idea.

Maddie & Ellie the Great Danes love to help open boxes. Watch & laugh as Maddie gets a wee bit exuberant in assisting Mom in opening the new cordless pool cleaning box. Mom will be charging it up & letting it zoom around the pool. Keeping the pool clean with our feels like Florida temperatures over 110 degrees is a challenge & Mom loves her army of little robots. The Osprey is very light weight, which is helpful when lifting it in and out of the pool.
