Rating 7.5 on the Dull SCUM Adventure scale, this tale nearly died on the cutting room floor. But, I did learn how to fix a car battery, replace a door and add armour to a car. All while muttering about what restaurant I'm choosing for lunch.... Some of the Fundamentals are starting to make a little more sense. But don't let that make you think that Marmite is anything less than an utter DayZ Buffoonz.

I spent this entire hour asking myself "How does this DayZ UI work then?" It doesnt seem as intuitive as SCUM, but I'm going to stick with it until I at least figure out the basics....

Marmite and DayZ meet for the first time, it goes exactly as expected. Plan for the worst, expect the worst, and get the worst. Sounds about right.

Starting over is hard... the Slog to find good clothing... the weapons hunt... medication collection... finding food, drink and candy? Let's start a new MARMITE tradition - I've spawned a car, filled with all the above and parked it at a random place on the map. No clues except what you see in the video... join the server, find it and keep it all! No Snags - Just SCUM GLEE Find the server online multiplayer and search for MARMITE... then find the car without dying ;)

Marmite tried his hardest, bless him. Getting into bunker wearing a soggy suit, infected, just with arrows made from a bush... hard times!

Boss its da Plane! No this is not fantasy island... it's a little island in the bottom left corner, only accessible by boat or by parachute.

Excited to jump into the new SCUM 0.85 Hells Kitchen Patch that arrived today... so I donated $15 to the developers, in the form of buying that snazzy latino bloke wearing a sharp suit as DLC, and stepped into the Marmite Server. Did things go well? I bet you can guess....

After the last episode's disastrous exploder ending... I respawn and race across the SCUM Landscape to see if my car survived the shock, and hopefully still has some goodies in it. To my surprise, a SCUM Santa had delivered me some very pleasant chrimbo goodies....

How will Marmite manage to end this trip? With a squeal, with a moan or with a BANG! HINT: It wasn't the first two. :(

I've rarely laughed as hard, playing SCUM. From the creepy sounds to the Psychedelics to Crows and Oompa Loompa Puppets - this twisted my melon man.

Let's get our groove on! And explore this super creepy deserted disco slash cage fighting venue. Very Very Weird.

Using dubious techniques to find where the old car was, to finding an old stash, killing some wolves and accidentally swearing at an angry bear. This was a fun ride...

Seriously! What an adventure I had... when I wasnt recording it *sigh* Luckily, this is the second half of that adventure, and it ends very abruptly.

Difficult. Sweaty. Exhausting... and that's the cross country run I'm describing (not you after one too many glasses of wine). Will Marmite manage to sneak into the Robot Airfield and get his stuff back? Will He? Will He?

A few respawns later, Marmite finally spawns in running distance from his old body. But decides to munch on a magic mushroom on the way. Things do not go to plan. Nuff said.

It was all going so well. Until a final cocky moment of overconfidence and the decision to drive a car around some very angry Robots has some dreadful consequences.
