If we got a dollar every time someone suggested putting our kids in school, we'd have a good chunk of change by now, right? But I also have a sneaking suspicion that the thought of it being easier to just put your kids in school has crossed your mind a time or two. Or maybe quite a few times. No shame though. Diet culture has really messed with many women for way too many years. I fell into the trap of believing whatever the latest trends were. And consistently, I didn't feel or look any better.
